This was our third stay at Rondel Village and we still consider it to be one of the best spots on Seven Mile Beach. The location is excellent and the grounds are well kept. Our housekeeper made beautiful flower arrangements with bath towels, adding a touch of class. All of the staff members were professional. However, some maintenance issues were annoying. For example, whoever painted our bathroom did not bother to stay within the lines. The door trim was rotted at the bottom. The shower door was difficult to open. One needed two hands to open the room to our door. We enjoyed meals at the restaurant but the quality was inconsistent. The servers were excellent though. Jamaica has no shortage of nice people.

Rondel was a great choice for us. It’s not glitzy, but had everything we needed. It’s close to a grocery store and there are tons of restaurants nearby while walking 7 mile beach. The on site restaurant was really good. Employees who stood out were the bartender, DelRoy, lifeguard Duran and housekeepers Melissa and Donna. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Great beach!

Bathroom smelled like raw sewage no parking had to park outside I wasn’t worth the $220 a night I paid. I feel like I got robbed. But you live and learn, the pictures definitely didn’t match the property. It was like a funny commercial when they say you ever booked a stay and when you get there it’s not what it seemed on the pamphlet, lol I’m good it was only 2 nights. Oh and I tried to book on the beach side and I was charged $48 more to do so. Guests also paid a service fee at the restaurant. 10% not gratuities.

Nice place, nice staff. Breakfast expensive and except for the first days we had to wait a long time for it to be served.
