Hotel was gorgeous! The only issue we had was I chose this hotel for the rooftop pool and bar but the pool was like an ice bath, no one went in because of the temperature which was extremely disappointing.

Comfortable, great location, good service. Pool filled up to capacity in afternoon but there was enough turnover that we didn’t have to wait long. Almost no shade at pool. Would be nice if they had some umbrellas (even for rent)

The property is in a great walkable location. We stayed in the wing with the suites which were spacious with great views. The saltwater pool and outdoor area was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The entire property was struggling with IT issues during our July 4th weekend stay, but the staff made up for all that inconvenience, and it was a beautiful property. I would definitely stay again, and recommend the Omni. Not just here, but every hotel that mounts those nasty pumps in the shower need to do a better job cleaning them AND filling them. They are gross, and I try not to have to use them, but when I do and they are either empty or have not been cleaned properly...yuk!

One of the nicest hotels in the Nashville area. Many food options, great staff, good amenities. Pool is very relaxing and a decent size. Did not see many places to fill up water was the only complaint I have.

Valet parking is required for $68 a night which you dont find out about until after you have checked in. The pool was so cold we would not get in and the pool bar closed at what we thought was early. I believe it was at 5 on a Saturday.

Great hotel walking distance to Broadway. Large fitness center. Only issues was landline phones weren’t working in hotel during our stay. We will stay again at Omni when we return.

Gorgeous hotel, but disappointing to arrive to see construction in the lobby, be given a paper informing me they will be testing the fire alarm for the next few days, and to have a strange construction man literally follow my daughters and I into our room (He tested the fire alarm, but he didn't say who he was or what he was doing). I understand things like this need done, but I wish I was notified ahead of time; quite frankly, I would have found another hotel, which is probably why they don't tell you. Our room was beautiful with comfortable beds, but it was dirty and dusty. I wanted to use the ice bucket, but that was dirty too. The board under the mattress was unsightly and a surprise to see in this hotel. I attached three pictures, but there were other things in the room that were dirty and dusty, and black hairs.

Stayed at the Omni this weekend while in town for a concert. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. the room was immaculate and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The Omni will be my new go to when in Nashville.

Overall the property was average. We did spa treatments which were again, average at best. Our room was dusty and there were old cupcakes in the ice bucket when we went to get ice for drinks. Housekeeping could be much better. For the price of the stay, we expected better. The location was great and an easy walk to Broadway and Printers Alley. We will stay at a different hotel on our next visit to Nashville.

If you are looking to get a good night sleep, don’t go here. It’s incredibly noisy!! I’ve stayed at other properties in the area, and non were this noisy. I could hear everything that was happening blocks over and I was on the 5th floor. I hated the window that went all the way to the floor too.

I was very disappointed with the noise in the room. Our room was on the 15th floor. I noticed a mechanical sound that constantly went on and off. It really bothered my sleep.I called about it and the engineers came up and said that this was from the elevator bank below. there was an equipment room directly below our room. they offered to mover us if we wanted. I would have if we weren't already halfway through our trip.

Love this hotel. The room could use a little updating (drawers and doors wouldn’t stay closed), issues with lighting, refrigerator wouldn’t get cold enough. Enjoyed the pool. Love Barlines! All the bartenders there are awesome!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. When we had a minor issue with our room, and we were treated with kindness and empathy and our requests were all accommodated and promptly dealt with. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the pool area was really nice and big with lots of area for lounging. Location is perfect- 10 minutes on foot to Broadway. Especially loved the hatch printing press in the hotel. The coffee shop was also great. Will definitely be back- thanks for a wonderful stay!

The property itself was nice. No issues with that. The issue we had is we asked to split the entire cost of the reservation on two credit cards upon check in, and again at checkout. This never happened. Both cards received charges but it was nowhere near evenly split. We never received a receipt for either card, so we had no idea what the charges were for specifically. It took 2 days of calling to get through to someone in accounting to try and correct the issue. After speaking with someone for over an hour, we were told it was all fixed and the charges had been split. I’m still not convinced that has happened, but it’s not worth my time to try and contact them again.

The property looked very nice. However, they “overbooked” their rooms and cancelled my reservation since it was booked through a 3rd party. They didn’t notify Expedia of the cancellation so it was just a surprise that I had no room to stay in when I went to check in.

10/10 Recommend the Omni Nash. We will definitely be back! They were so kind, hospitable and I felt right at home. I booked a weekend stay for my partner and I for a birthday weekend — as soon as we arrived, they grabbed our bags, gave us water & the check in process was so quick, easy & smooth. They even upgraded us to a suite & brought champagne & treats to the room. Cant wait to go back - excellent service & hospitality!!

Rude staff at check in, elevators were down, air conditioning did not work in the room. We have stayed at the Omni many times and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had there. I was very disappointed.

Such a nice hotel and conveniently located. We felt so comfortable in our room on the 8th floor. Bar lines had live music and enjoyed hanging for a bit by the lobby fireplace . 48$ for two pool drinks….umm…..

Place is a rip off, not that it was horrible, but for the price there was nothing more special than going to a Hampton Inn. Spent $80 on breakfast that wasn’t any better than the free breakfast at any ole $100/night hotel. Avocados on toast were brown, no sugar for the coffee…sorry but just because you have a fancy looking lobby doesn’t justify the prices.

We had a great stay. Beautiful hotel, very clean, nice rooftop pool with drinks and a DJ Saturday. We stopped several nights at the lobby bar, Heathe, Todd and Devin were great, very personable and made excellent drinks. Steakhouse in the hotel was impressive as well. Walking distance to Broadway. Next trip to Nashville, we will stay at the Omni again!
