The rug in the hallway was dirty. Was woken up at night by another guest trying to check in due to no one on duty at the front desk. No one was at the desk during checkout. Was expecting at least a coffe pot in room but there wasn’t one.

It was clean and nicely decorated with a good size fridge. The room was ground level and parking was right outside our door. It is very convenient to many locations.

The ice machine was not sanitary. It was very old bin type with a hand held scoop. Disgusting that everyone puts their hands in the ice bin.

Close to area attractions; able to park right in front of your room; would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room but clean and simple room was sufficient for a 4-day stay. Great water pressure in the shower!

The front door was stuck. No elevator. clean. bed comfortable. No frills.

Very comfortable room at a great price. Good place to stay for a family. Only a few toiletries are provided so bring shampoo and conditioner if needed.

Dirty rooms, the mattress had a huge brown stain on it, there were cockroacheson the floors , and the staff were hard to understand need to tear down and rebuild!

Rooms could use a little updating and deep clean. There were lots of little flies, dirt in corners, bathtub could use a good clean.

Stain on bedsheet /comforter _ i have to purchase some sanitizer /air freshner/ towels don't seem cleaned. I have to purchase my towel.. Bad smell as soon we opened the door.

Yikes… I knew it would be a resort for $75 but this was pretty awful. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. I would not have gotten in that nasty shower unless I was covered in mud. No bathroom fan, no shampoo, the soap was from another hotel, the towels were very worn and thin. There were hairs on the sink and dirt on the floor between the bathroom and bedroom. The “king size” bed was 2 twins pushed together that felt like you were sloshing in the ocean when you tried to move. There were brownish red stains on the underside of the comforter that was straight out of the 1980’s. Just really dated and gross all around. I’m not sure how it has a 7.2 rating, so here’s a review for you who think it’ll be fine based on that high score so you can make your own choice.

Very friendly, very comfortable bed. I gave three stars because there’s mold that needs taken care of in shower area and wall looks like was gonna fall in. Apart from the mold everything else was very clean.

We checked in and then checked out due to the condition in the room. No towels in the bathroom and both beds had dirty sheets and pillowcases. Had to check into a different motel.

THE ROOM WAS FILTHY. I'm not sure the last time the bathroom or sink area had been cleaned, it was dirty, there was hair. I didn't even want to sit on the toilet seat. The entire building stunk. The beds made a serious amount of noise, and we could hear all conversations in other rooms. We arrived late so had to ring the bell to get the attendant from his room. That's fine but we did call ahead with an ETA (10:30pm) and were told that was fine. Nothing about the attendant not being available. He onyl grumbled at us, no clear words or instructions, just pointed to toward the room.

We had a late check in. No one was at the front desk you had to ring and wait for someone to come down. The stairs to the rooms are open for anyone to walk around but the lobby entrance was locked. The same in the morning for check out, we had to ring and wait for someone to come down and some man was also waiting to enter the lobby. The rooms look like they tried to update them but the linens were stained, the furniture was damaged. My husband found a used towel on the bathroom floor. We had 2 rooms. The 2nd room same issue. Not the cleanest, the door chain did not reach to be able to use it. The lock was not secure. My adult daughter stayed in that room. She said she put furniture infront of the door. We only stayed over night and will not be back.

Bathroom has mold/mildew. Needs updating. Comforter had stains. One of the owners were waiting outside our door 30 minutes before checkout time to show us the price it costs for not leaving on time. They didn’t speak English well so communication was not easy.

The motel was close to all of the local attractions, but the road noise from the big trucks on Route 30 could be heard at almost any hour of the day.

It’s what you pay for. The outlets in my room did not work except for one which was shared with the hair dryer. I was exited about the view that showed the farm that you saw in the pictures… but what the pictures don’t show you is how a large tree covers the view from most rooms, if you are even facing that direction. The room was clean but everything was dated.

The only thing I had a problem with were the beds, they were rock hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a hard board. Everything else about the room was nice, I loved the hot water pressure, I had 2 mini fridges for some reason. Also, there was no telephone in room, and I did not see any free wifi password available, even though room was advertised with free wifi..I will stay here again

Solid option in the Lancaster area for an "economy" stay, and if you're primarily using a hotel as a place to sleep (not spending a lot of time at the room or relying on hotel amenities for entertainment), it gets the job done. Kinda on the outskirts but easy drive to wherever in the area. Clean, quaint. My experience was easy in/easy out. Not rowdy while I was there by any stretch, but the proverbial "thin walls" - don't really serve well as noise barriers - if you're a light sleeper, it may bite you at some point. Outside of that, it serves its purpose. Will look to return when in the area for similar scenario.

Not what we expected! We thought it was going to be a quaint and comfy little Amish place, being it’s called the old Amish inn, but it was not ! Very unkept nothing like the pictures they had posted on the place . The rooms were fairly clean, but everything in the room was very old, can see nothing is being done to repair the many things that are so outdated, rusty falling apart!! The sink faucet was moving and definitely not attached to sink anymore. It was rusty and should have been replaced by now ., The tub showerhead was strapped on with zip ties. Everything in that room was old , and it looks like updates haven’t been made in YEARS. It seemed clean, so they do clean the rooms .. I was afraid there may be bed bugs , I did lift up the mattress to make sure ..We did stay the night, but I would never recommend anyone to stay there. I would give it a one star but the only reason I’m giving it a two is because room was clean .. it also stated it’s walking distance to shopping. Yes it is walking distance but there’s a highway you’d have to cross. The shopping is not what we thought it was old cute little Amish stores, but it was a shopping center with a food store and other types of stores like that.

The towel bar fell off when I took the towel off the sheet didn’t fit the mattress and the commode didn’t flush right

Hotel room was nice other than leaky sink. Breakfast not good, coffee creamer No good. Could see many Amish buggies go by during the day though.

Old and somewhat dated but overall good for the money. Rooms adjacent to street are a bit noisy, but our second stay was quite quiet. Water pressure and availability of sufficient hot water was a concern

Nice room with a nice view. Hot water was weak at best, only lasted a few minutes, and none at night. Just warm.

We had an easy check in and Sid was very nice and friendly! All of the staff were very nice and got whatever we needed! The room was nice and very large, it was clean and so was the bathroom and sink with the mirror. They do need to update sink faucet and bath fixtures! They provided bars of soap, body wash/shampoo, toilet paper, plastic cups, iron with board, new hairdryer, tissues, and desk with chair, TV and WiFi! The sheets and cover were stained and had cigarette burn holes the first night on one of the beds and they changed them the second night with torn sheets and cigarette burn holes, but the last night we stayed there they cleaned the room and replaced all the sheets and bed covers with new ones! The water pressure was wonderful and we had wonderful hot showers! The room temperature was wonderful and we could adjust it as needed! They accommodated us with a ground floor room, because of my mother’s need of a rollater, etc. it was not handicapped equipped, but she managed! The hotel is wonderfully located near Old Lincoln Highway (Route 30) and was near every place we wanted to go! Gas station was on the corner and the Dollar Tree was across the street with a Waffle House on the corner across from the gas station! We would love to stay there again!

For the price not too bad. Very old fashioned. Had to ring a door bell next to the office to get someone. Then when tryinf to check out at 10am no one was anywhere to be found.

Very nice! Until 4am came around 2 rooms next to us decided to wake up and let their kids run around and they were drinking. Noone interfered from hotel staff until we did as they were blasting spanish music letting the kids run up and down the halls.

Front desk staff very nice…..easy check in check out….room was clean….beds comfortable…..no loud noises during the night. Located near everything we were in town to do.

I booked this stay last minute based off the reviews. The property is very outdated, bed is uncomfortable, and my blanket had a cigarette burn through it from a previous customer. They took a $50 deposit from me and I was told it would be released after checkout/room inspection. That was 5 days ago and still haven gotten it. I called and I was told to wait a couple of days, and still haven't gotten it. The one good thing is my family and I were told if the office was closed to ring the bell and someone would be down to check us in. The person who came down to check us in was pleasant.

There was no breakfast available just coffee. This would have a good appeal. The hotel lobby was a little small. The receptionist was friendly and cordial.

There was no continental dining as listed in the ad, no coffee in the office, no coffee makers in the rooms, the ice machine was basically empty and looked dirty and when I had to cut my trip short by 1 day because of a family emergency, they refused me a refund, blaming it on Expedia.

Older hotel with basic amenities at a good value. This area is close to restaurants, shopping, and is in the heart of Pennsylvania Amish country.

The Inn was close to Lancaster and convenient to every thing, but smelled of smoke, the sink leaked it was old and the sheets were soiled in one of beds. They offer breakfast from 6 to 10 but by 8 AM no one was there and nothing put out. The website and pictures are misleading.

No coffee maker in the room and nothing for breakfast was ever made available. Had to ask for coffee to be made. Would not stay there again.

They need to purchase new towels. Tell up there is not staff or way to get towels after first night. Breakfast is toast, bagels and dry cereal which looks very old and coffee.

The pillows are very old and worn out, as is the mattress. There is no breakfast, only coffee.

This Olde Amish Inn was not Amish at all! Though the room, bathroom and sink area were very small, they were clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. All the lamps and TV worked. However, if you want "breakfast", go somewhere else. It was all carbs: cereal, breads and bagels, and the coffee and tea had a funny taste. Seemed like the milk was going sour! We had to discard both. Staff was friendly.

I would have given it 3 stars if there had been a free breakfast as advertised.

Very slow WiFi. Had to ring for any service. Nothing available at 8am for Continental breakfast, except coffee on Monday. No defined time posted for breakfast. Bathroom in room needs some repairs.
