Excelente hotel, el único detalle que veo es que no se pueden meter niños al mar

Nuevo Hotel Muy bonitas habitaciones , restaurantes Ricos , instalaciones excelentes . Felicito a Jessica de recepción , Rosalia de la heladería , Gill de actividades , arturo mesero de Oceana y Arturo gerente de méralo y porto fino y Armando mesero de Meraki Súper profesionales los mejores , se ve que tienen mucha experiencia y ganas de trabajar , ustedes hicieron la gran diferencia de nuestra estancia

The facility is nice and new what the property is advertising online is completely false. The hotel say 7 restaurants but only 3 are available the other 4 under construction, No Spa, room service never showed. Alot of the services are not available nor in use. For the price of this hotel I could've stayed elsewhere.

Fabiola from Excursions kids club and Yulisa from barefoot grill are awesome . We had excellent stay. All staff are nice.

Es un hotel muy bonito, con areas agradables, comida y bebida muy buenos, sin embargo el hotel no se encuentra terminado en su totalidad, algunas areas como el spa no se encontraban disponibles.

Increíble calidad esperada de un hotel de esta magnitud, si lo que buscas es paz y tranquilidad es el lugar adecuado. Sin embargo, considera que no hay casi camastros con sombra en la playa ni en las albercas; si te gusta meterte al mar, está no es la playa adecuada ya que no te permiten meterte más allá de los pies. Y debido a la lejanía, no hay banda tocando ni vendedores.

Excelente servicio y atención por parte de todos. La comida deliciosa. Instalaciones en perfecto estado. Lo malo, no tienen cargadores para carros eléctricos y no hay actividades para pequeños de 2 años

Excelentes instalaciones. Magníficas sus habitaciones. Sus restaurantes no están todos abiertos y por ello, al llegar a cenar, hubo que esperar 40 minutos para poder acceder.

We stayed for 14 days and it was wonderful. Very quiet until the week of Thanksgiving, then it was so busy. Fatima in housekeeping was fantastic every day. Joel in entertainment was funny and kind. And a special shout out to Oscar who was in my opinion one of the hardest working servers around the pool!! He was awesome! Thanks for the amazing memories Dreams!

The property is new and they have good facilities, spacious, nice rooms, great activities, shows, events, fun for the family. However, it is understaffed, hallways are not cleaned at all, dirt, dead bugs and other disgusting stuff (someone vomitted on the stairs) remained there for days even after we called the front desk and reported it. The food at the restaurants is very good but again they are unsedstaffed so even if they try their hardest the service is very poor. For example there were very long lines at the breakfast stations or food items weren't re-stocked in buffets, and in certain restaurants the service was slow. Also, the wines included are only house wines that are terrible, we bought wine everynight. They were very inflexibe about certain things that were irrelevant (not letting us add a two-top table to a six-seat table to accomadate parents because it was against their brand) while missing the boat on big things (vomit on the stairs for 2 days) or housekeeping was good but missed details (dirty cups left in the room or the room-service bin for days) or poor circulation in the gym). Its not a cheap hotel and has a lot of potential to be worth the money so we hope they get their staffing right otherwise it will be a waste of a property.

Vale la pena, el restaurante Italiano Portofino esta muy rico, cuando terminas de hacer el check in te abordan para ofrecerte un club vacacional donde puedes perder hasta 4 hrs…en general bien, las habitaciones muy padres y limpias y las albercas agradables.

El hotel no cuenta con el personal suficiente para atender a la cantidad de personas hospedadas en el. Los restaurantes se quedaban sin comida, no hacen la limpieza de los cuartos y las bebidas en el bar se terminan.

Solo falto mas control para el acceso, ya que por la app kigo decia que no estaba valido. Y las sabanas de la cama y fundas estaban algo sucias

La casa esta en una zona de playa muy bonita y tranquila, aunque si esta muy separada de la cuidad, la limpieza fue buena, recamaras cómodas, instalaciones en buenas condiciones y trato muy amable

Esta muy cómodo,, si vas de plan de relajamiento,, es el lugar ideal,,,,,

It was a nice hotel, but overall i think the hotel can do better, our room key wouldnt open the door, and they had us waiting outside our room for over an hour, they should have a master key to open the door, instead they had tu unbolt the door to get it, i know it can happen to anybody, but a hotel that fancy should have other Alternatives to opening a door..

We felt very safe due to two check points to enter the property. Staff was attentive and friendly. There were several meal options, but the World Cafe breakfast was our favorite. The ocean view was beautiful from every room.

La casa esta en una zona de playa muy bonita y tranquila, aunque si esta muy separada de la cuidad, la limpieza fue buena, recamaras cómodas, instalaciones en buenas condiciones y trato muy amable

Staff & service are amazing...Love the place.. Some staff selling the Time shares a little to pushy... But will return.

La atención en los restaurantes a la carta es lenta.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, excelente atención del personal de la alberca , comida muy buena , muy tranquilo y seguro , si volvería en mis próximas vacaciones

Property was beautiful with much fun especially the food and restaurants all recommend

Five star service and 3.5 star food

They’re great with kids, all the staff it’s amazing. The food it’s very good in all of their restaurants, definitely coming back.

Viajamos en familia con niños pequeños y todo estuvo increíble. Teníamos dudas porque la mayoría de los comentarios eran malos relacionados con el servicio pero a mí me pareció muy bueno, rápido y todos amables. Restaurantes deliciosos y buenos vinos. Hay un club para niños donde unas chicas maravillosas (Majo, Gabi, Dania y Fabiola) los ponen a realizar actividades muy bonitas, los sacan a la playa, a la piscina y en el mismo club, nos ayudó en los momentos que el sol está súper fuerte a que estuvieran dentro y frescos. Muchas gracias chicas por su hermosa labor y atenciones. También hay una heladería con helados y conos deliciosos. Tostadas de ceviches deliciosas en el bar de playa 👌👌👌

Food was excellent! Even buffet breakfast was great

Viajamos en familia con niños pequeños de 3 años y todo estuvo perfecto, menús para todos, variedad de restaurantes y un club para niños donde pueden estar haciendo actividades divertidas por varias horas cuidados por unas chicas maravillosas, Majo, Dania, Gabi y Fabiola. Las tostadas de ceviche del bar de la playa y el restaurante Meraki son deliciosos. 👌 super recomendado. Todos son muy amables.
