Room was dirty, toilet was broken and maintenance couldn't fix the toilet, bugs in the room and nets flying around the sink. Towels look used not clean. Bed was slept in and the front staff was clueless.

Toilet in room did not flush. Front desk lady did no problem-solving . I canecelled my 2nd night. I had family staying at same property, all 4 rooms had issues.

I always check reviews before staying and the reviews weren't bad. Im not sure how anybody would be ok staying in a room so gross. Mold and mildew on everything including the bed skirt. Was a non-smoking room but smelled terrible and im a smoker. Burn hole and stains on bed sheet. Dirty washcloth hanging in shower and leftover towels from the lsst guest. Breakfast was terrible not even dry cereal just old dried up egg and gravy.

I arrived and the door was not even locked or closed. I left for dinner and came back to a key that did not work. The hotel manager gave me another card, still didn't work. 3rd try he couldn't open it so he had to use a key. We moved my stuff to the next room which was not the king I purchased but I chose to ignore it, until I turned down the covers to find a piece of women's lingerie. I brought it to the front desk. He told me there was a record the room was cleaned. I said obviously not. I have no guarantee the bedding was cleaned. I requested another room (#3). I checked out the room, it seemed ok. I went back to get my stuff and the keycard didn't work for room 2. I went back to the manager and I showed him the key and said, now this one doesn't work, you need to follow me with a key. I went back to the room. He didn't follow. I waited,no one showed up. I went back to the office, he shooed me away and said his assistant was coming. He did this in a demeaning tone and raised voice. I got my stuff and put it in my car and went back to the manager and said I didn't feel comfortable staying there. 2 padlocks, 1piece of lingerie, a raised voice plus the walls, stairs, carpets, etc were in bad condition. I got a full refund according to the receipt but DO NOT STAY HERE. I went to the Rodeway Inn who was nice and the room was good
