Shuttle very convenient for casino.

Very convenient location (walkable) to Hollywood Casino. Fantastic restaurant (Alfredo's Mediterranean Grill and Steakhouse) is co-located at the hotel.

It was a great place for the money and the shuttle bus was fantastic!

Very smoke filled enrty way. Not a great place for people who are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Didn’t realize had to climb outside stairs to second floor when booking , ice machine broken, pleasant staff , shuttle service to casino was convenient , bathroom vanity sink was extremely low . Free breakfast was reasonable and well stocked.

Staff was excellent and the restaurant and Turf bar were very good. I remember when it was the old Turf Club from years ago brought back a lot of good memories

Wonderful hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Enjoyed Turf’s Winners Circle Lounge. Will definitely stay again!

We had ordered a king room and found out upon arrival that it was another building with no elevator. We couldn't use it so had to switch to 2 queens. My husband liked the breakfast well enough. I didn't like it very much because I don't like sausage, nor biscuits and gravy or waffles. There was one choice of cold cereal. I had a container of yogurt (only one flavor). Only one choice of fresh fruit. The room was clean, friendly staff and if we stayed in the area again, we would consider staying with you.

Very clean and friendly service

We stayed one night. When darkness came so did the roaches! HORRIBLE sleepless night with worry! We informed the manager who informed us since we booked through a third party (hotels.com) she could only give us another room or a future night to come back. Um no thank you. Never got an apology. Hotels.com customer service apologized and helped us. We had to exterminate everything we took.

The room stunk and generally did not look clean. A large stain on the carpet. The room was so bad that my wife refused to stay one night. There was yellow caution tape up in area getting to our room. Seriously I can’t believe that Hotels.com even deals with place. I felt like I was stepping into an old 70s movie with a scene at a shady motel. I am not exaggerating. My wife refuse to sleep in that room because it was so nasty, that we had to get a room at another hotel.

I felt like the hotel was in good condition for the price. Really the only negative was that we found a cockroach crawling on the wall of our room above the beds.

Very clean. The hot breakfast was pretty good. The scrambled egg was preportioned into round disks, which was great for making a sausage and egg biscuit, but might have seemed a little odd if eating with a fork. I was in an older building, but it didn't feel old for the most part. The outside stairs were uneven and one of the outside second-floor walkways felt like it sloped away from the building. The ceiling in my room is very low. The showerhead was at chin level and the sink was just above knee level (maybe mid-thigh). Parking next to the buildings is adequate, but some of the spaces in the middle of the lot are reserved for the next door Enterprise car rental (beware: those spaces are marked with just one little sign). I saw the entrances for the on-site lounge and restaurant, but did not look in, although I noticed that their Wi-Fi signals were strong, even in my room across the parking lot.

It was smelling, old (50’s), not very many plugs. Bed was uncomfortable & pillows very small. Would not suggest this place to anyone. Booked from the pictures and description. It was very misleading.

Overall was nice. Got a bit noisy at night from the bar as our room was in main floor ppl coming up from the lounge being loud. Everyone was nice. Got up morning to leave went out to car came back in a couldn’t get back in room had to be let back in cards didn’t work anymore. Parking was not the best you have to be back early to keep ur spot.

The room was old but well maintained. Pillows were terrible but the bed was super comfortable.

The room was pretty clean. I was very happy that we had a whirlpool tub. The room was very hot even though our thermostat was at 68. Our friends said the same thing about theirs. Also, the lobby area was very hot. It was great having a bar on site although it’s very smoky but the people and staff are very friendly would definitely stay here again.

Room and highway location were good and there's ample parking. The air-conditioning unit is exceptionally loud when it periodically fires up.

The bed was absolutely horrible. You could feel every spring in the mattress. Did not sleep well at all. In the room air conditioner kept turning on and off which was very annoying.

DID NOT CARE FOR CHILD SIZED PILLOWS AND BATH TOWELS EGG OPTION FOR BREAKFAST WOULD BE NICE

Check in at the desk was great- all downhill from there. The room was not as pictured, I would even go as far as to say that it was falsely advertised by both interior and exterior photos of the facility. We believed that we had booked a hotel room but upon checking in we were pointed across the parking lot to the "Turf Motel". Upon entering our room we were greeted by old red carpet, a ceiling height well under 8' tall, as sink just 24" from the floor and a shower head that was below shoulder height. Our mid level expectations of the room were shattered within 10 seconds of opening the door. The free breakfast was almost as disappointing as the rest of the place. The waffle maker was missing but signage on how to use it was still posted. We passed on the remaining 3 items (eggs, sausage, unknown substance) and opted for the Mountain View Diner across the street. We stuck it out for 2 of our 3 nights that we had booked but decided to end our stay early and return home rather than sleep one more night the Rodeway in (aka Turf Motel) Upon early checkout, we were not asked how our stay was or why we were leaving early, the young man simply took took our room keys and when back to his computer. Very unsatisfied with our stay with the main issue being that the facility as a whole was mis-represented. If it were represent accurately we would not have booked the Rodeway Inn.

Everyone was friendly and quick. I ordered food for dinner and the front desk called to tell me it had arrived.

We had a medical emergency and hotel.com said roadway inn would not refund our money.

Very well maintained professional staff. Dana went out of her way to make us feel welcomed.

This is my go-to motel. The staff are great. Coffee 24/7 as well. I really appreciate the customer service and friendly folks here.

I had requested for early check-in and my room was ready an hour before regular checkin time, front desk staff was gracious and friendly. I’d look for this hotel wherever i go. Breakfast was decent.

All the staff i encountered were very friendly and helpful. Room and breakfast area were very clean! I would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was polite and amicable. The rooms are clean welll maintained.

When I called the front desk at about 1AM and told the clerk there were people yelling at each other in the parking lot. I was told there was nothing they were willing to do about it. It continued throughout the night. That was only on the second night.

Location & Shuttle to Casino were great. We had a smoking room, so didn’t expect a nice room. It was clean enough, but we booked for 3 people & only had 2 sets of towels. When asking for another at the front desk, we were given a washcloth & 1 bathmat. One towel was delivered later. Breakfast was good on the weekend, weekday, not so much. Shower head was good height if you were under 5’ 2” tall, we were not.

I liked that it was on a main road and near downtown. Hotel had shuttle to nearby casino.

Its by a casino, clean rooms for the most part. Did feel safe through vist.

Good place for the price. Decor & furnishings are a bit dated,hence the price. Close to casino & restaurants. Good size fridge,micro,ironing board,TV in our room. Will return.

Easy property to get to and the price was great!

The place is clean but outdated. Can be quite noisy because of the casino goers. But also very convenient for the casino.

One night stay very close to Harpers Ferry NHP and the Charles Toen race track and casino

We always enjoy staying at The Roadway. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They redid the bar downstairs and it has several tvs. Great for watching games. They also have a shuttle to the casino and it’s 20 min drive to Shepherdstown. A nice, artsy place.

Parking is tight

What I liked was the overall rating was higher than some of the brand named motels. Plus Rodeway was a lot cheaper than the other big dogs. Clean, quiet, friendly and excellent location to casino.

The room was very clean, The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good.

Motel average, staff ok, don’t consider a oatmeal sandwich cookie, Twinkie, toast, 2 choices of cold cereal, sunny d, milk and cold muffins much of a breakfast, nothing hot beside coffee or tea, I seen ketchup and syrup I don’t know what for, didnt see anything offered it was needed for. They needed to take breakfast offered out of advertising, for this reason would not stay there again or recommend.

Did not feel safe here. Room was OK but exterior needed major renovations. Free Breakfast was ridiculous - nothing HOT, no fruit, no eggs - only biscuits and gravy. Worth the extra $50 to stay at the casino hotel. Will not make this mistake again,

This is a great place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is all you would need for a great start to your day. I would add, they were able to give us an early check in. They also gave us the room we requested. This was our 2nd stay. We will be back again. If you get a chance Harper's Ferry is just a bit down the road. Visit this National Park and take the very quick hike to Jefferson's Rock.
