I love the Cambria! It is the only hotel I will stay at near the airport since I found it. They offer airport parking for only $10 per day and shuttle service starting at 4:00 am. I had dinner in the restaurant and watched the Grizzlies play the Cavs. The salad was delicious and the service was great. The rooms are clean and very modern. I love the airplane mural on the wall. I give the Cambria an enthusiastic 10 out of 10.

The room was clean, I liked the fact that I could control the temperature. It was comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful as well. The outdoor pool was shaped like a guitar, so if you have kids they might like that. Pretty family friendly. They have a fitness room and laundromat too so if you’re having a longer stay that’s a plus.

The alarm kept going off and it happened on two consecutive days. The bar takes very long to serve. It took over half an hour for me to get food and there was only one server however he adjusted my bill and I was grateful. On the second day the $15 credit was actually added to my bill and I had to request to rectify that. I missed my shuttle because of this. All in all, the hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms are beautiful. I don’t like that they come to clean every three days. Parking was very hard to find. But it is a beautiful hotel.

The room was clean, but the staff had to be told to bring new supplies and towels daily. There was an unexcepted charge of 10 dollars per night to park without any security walking the area at night if you had to park behind the premises.

Great hotel. New and clean, with a wonderful staff. Really good breakfast options and surprisingly delicious burgers that hit the spot upon a late arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is shaped like a guitar (cool!) and the gym has modern equipment. Near the airport, so you will hear planes landing but soundproofing is good and you will not hear noise from other rooms.

Chose primarily for Tesla charger. Beautiful room and lovely touches on the mood lighting and striped bedding. Made the room feel warm and inviting. Comfortable beds and pillows. Would absolutely stay again.

It was a nice hotel but I’ve been in the other airport hotel and didn’t hear the plane as much as I did here. Also thin walls hearing people around or above you. It was definitely an okay place to stay but it wouldn’t be my first choice. Very clean but you’ll have to call them to get them to clean your room

There were 2 stink bugs in my room on separate occasions, on top of the shower being disgusting, and the sheets stained and not totally clean. I could hear every single footstep and noise anyone made at any time of day, to the point where I was woken up at 5:30 in the morning. I asked to move rooms, and nothing was done to help.

I was given a wheelchair accessible room on the fisrt floor. The shower wasnt plumbed properly to contain the water so the bathroom floor got very wet. There was some mold and poor grouting. The door to the hallway didnt quite meet the frame so zero sound.dampening. It was noisy at night. Breakfast food quality was poor. Very disappointing and uncomfortable two night stay there. Bed side light did not work.

The room was clean and had plenty of room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom has a feature in the mirror to defog, play music, and check the time. Staff were friendly and helpful. We could hear planes landing and taking off, but the noise was not too distracting and it did not interfere with our sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Chose the option to pay at the hotel through hotels.com because I wanted a specific card ran and at the time of booking I did not have it on me, hours before we got there they tried to run our card multiple times because they were “sold out” so I guess that option is not their preference and you should just go ahead and pay ahead of time. The rooms were HOT and never seemed to fully cool down, and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The common areas were nice, but overall will probably not chose a cambria again.

Didn’t have breakfast but tried to have a nice dinner. The poor bartender was in charge of entire area. Then we had to go back to room to get IDs and could not order a smaller meal (kids meal) without leaving restaurant to take to our room. Very odd. The restaurant might do better knowing many women (maybe men) tend to want to eat 1/2 meals, smaller meals, or kids meal instead of a huge normal serving. The bathroom door had issues opening. Asked for extra pillows to be sent up & was told by front desk (at check in) she would take care of this. Never happened. Promises made should be promises completed.

The beds was amazing. I slept like a baby. The gym was nice and the facility was clean. The hospitality workers seem like they were just there for a paycheck. The one person that stuck out was Jose P. He was fantastic. He should be promoted.

Great place to stay close to the airport with fantastic customer service. Brian at the front desk was amazing. Knew us by first name every time we saw him. Only issue was the shuttle van to and from the airport. Poorly marked, beat up from a previous accident with some seat belts not working. Not a good impression for there hotel but the hotel itself was great.

⸻ Great Facilities, Worst Welcome & hospitality I’ve Experienced 14th & 15th May Hotel Cambria is a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel. The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The restaurant offered good food, and the overall ambiance was lovely. However, the service completely missed the mark. The young receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and made no eye contact—her sarcastic and abrupt manner made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. I’ve never experienced such an unwelcoming attitude in all my travels. Staff throughout the hotel, including housekeeping and restaurant staff, were often on their phones, giving the impression that guests were a disruption to their day. Such a beautiful property deserves staff who reflect the same standard. Sadly, the service made what could have been a great stay feel disappointing.

My stay at the property was great! Staff and service were excellent, especially Omar. He was patient, kind, and very attentive. He made my stay very smooth and easy, from check in and to check out. He made sure I was accommodated with everything! Not far from Downtown/Midtown area, about 10-15 minutes away.

The room was nice the way it was set up. But in our bathroom it was a dirty q-tip in it and hair in the shower. Also we order food only because we got a food credit from our booking. The server at the bar area was very rude and didn’t want give us our food credit on both meals. However the lady at the front desk was very nice about things and tried to help the stay to be more pleasant .

The hotel seemed newly built, very clean, and modern. Almost everything about the stay was great — the facilities were in excellent condition, and the atmosphere inside felt fresh and well-maintained. However, the service was extremely disappointing. The front desk employee was very rude and unkind, which made me feel uncomfortable right from check-in. She did not provide basic information such as where my room was located or proper parking instructions. Instead, she simply asked if I had a car, tossed me the parking pass, and curtly mentioned the cost. For someone who travels often, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with front desk service. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is wonderful, but the lack of professionalism at the front desk overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay.

This hotel was great for our family! We were able to drive everywhere within 20 minutes. We visited downtown, went to the Nashville Shores Waterpark and the Opry Mills Mall. The hotel was convenient to all of that. It was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. It is extremely close to the airport, so we could see and hear planes coming into the airport constantly, but it didn’t bother us, especially when we were inside. We enjoyed our stay!

First and foremost the jets fly directly over the hotel. pretty loud but stops around 10pm. would have been good to know before booking the restaurant was out of 3 prime items for dinner and breakfast was not very good. cold pancakes and no jelly for toast i did not receive my promotion item of $ 15 off for a stay, nor did i get the complimentary breakfast. when i inquired at checkout i was told they don’t always know there are promotions and i would have to check with the mgr who was not there. ugh best part of breakfast was cold fruit Would i recommend the hotel? probably not first due to the proximity of the jets and second the staff ( not all) don’t seem to care or enjoy their job.

The only thing that I did not like was the food in the restaurant. Very limited menu and very slow service. I wish the hours would be less limited. When you are ready to eat you sometime had to wait for 3 hours if you did not get there at the right time.

The dinning was truly horrible. The food didn’t even come close to the descriptions, the bar person had no idea what was on the menu and did not care. Couldn’t even describe what was I could expect. All of the food fell far short of acceptable and I’m not a particularly fussy eater! The host who checked me in was superior in knowledge, courtesy, and engaging demeanor. Clone her and share with Hangars bar. Morning host was also superior.

We found the Cambria do our flight being canceled. This hotel exceeded expectations with a clever room design, extremely cozy bed, nice bar area, and a very unique shape of pool. We enjoyed a few cocktails at the bar and some bites to eat. Great value when you’re in a pinch.
