Old fashion motel that is kept up very well, Manager very responsive. Small basic room but just what you need. Desk with office chair right next to fridge and microwave. Huge king bed. Park right in front of your room so no walking. Simple and basic but all you really need and Clean.

This was a great motel for the price. Clean and updated. Comfy bed. Good easy parking. Only one complaint. There are not black out shades. It’s such an easy and inexpensive thing. Would have been a ten star motel with those. I used towels hanging which didn’t work well. There are great lighting in the parking lot which is great for safety … not for sleep with them shining through horizontal blinds. Heat and AC work well. WiFi was okay. FYI I had no tmobile service in my room (109). Total sos mode. WiFi is open so not safe to use on a phone without vpn.

The room was clean even though it was old. It was recently renovated. They did a pretty good job with it. It does the trick for the cost. It was by far the most affordable and the bed was comfortable. It was a good place to stay for the price. I will stay there again likely, but not what I would call a vacation destination.

Kind staff and comfy bed. Yes, the building and rooms are older, but they were clean, and that's what really matters at the end of the day. I'm traveling to Greensboro every weekend for the rest of the month and I plan on booking a room for each visit. Can't beat the price, and the room has everything you need.

The best thing I can say is the air conditioner was so loud that it blocked out street noise. It did not block the parking lot construction noise. The bed was adequate. Bathroom smelled moldy. Spotlight shines through the blinds all night so brightly that sun up was not obvious. Would not stay there again. Didn't even stay the second night I had booked.

Room was very barebones and budget, but I will admit everything was very clean. Unfortunately, the bed felt like something from the 80s and was very firm and uncomfortable. The window a/c heater unit was so loud when it kicks in, that it'll wake you up at night for sure. In addition, the walls are paper thin so I can hear when the person next door is flushing the toilet and I can everything outdoors as if there was no wall at all. The only good news was it was a quiet night, so I didn't really hear much except for an oversized truck with exhaust early in the AM. Check in person was short and generally rude, though I get a feeling it was nothing personal - that is just her personality, or lack of. She was on the phone the entire time of the check time. I realize I didn't pay very much, and it could have been worse (dirty and with roaches/mice), but I will stay somewhere else next time.

We stayed one night while travelling with our dog. The room was extremely basic, no tissues, no coffee, no bedside lamps… but it was clean, had updated bathroom and vanity, hot shower and very comfortable bed.

I had a very comfortable stay here for a couple of nights. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything I look for in a motel. The wi fi worked well, TV was good. Only thing lacking was limited toiletries and no coffee in rooms which h is pretty standard in most hotels.

It seems to be newly renovated, which was nice. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is nice. There were no bedside lamps. The TV had lines through the screen. It was hard to find plugs. The floor with sandy. We would probably stay there again if we had to. We had to bring our dog last minute and didn't have much option in our price range, so it was good enough. When we got there we realized we had to pay $30 for the dog. That's apparently mentioned somewhere but I didn't see it.

We enjoyed our stay the lady at the window was very nice. The only reason I gave a 3/4 on the property was because some construction work was going on and they put us in a room right there. There were only 3 other guests at the time we stayed so they could have put us away from the construction

The proper Ty was okay at best. But I was charged $30 to Check-in early after.I was told that there was no early check in over the phone. I Left in a hurryThe next morning and I left an envelope, a manilla envelope with $97, and some very important medicines.I didn't realize I had left it until I got home.The next morning and got ready for work. When I called acquiring about my very important belongings , the woman that answered acted like she could care less and told me to call at nine o'clock to speak with the people who cleaned my room. As if they are going to be honest about it, I hope and pray they will as I have not yet spoken to them.But the woman in charge acted like she could care less and did nothing to help.Try and find my loss belongings.I'll never be staying there again and I will be filling a police report if my belongings do not turn up

If you like an abusive property owner screeching at you from the courtyard before you have even gotten out of the car, this is the place for you. Needless to say, the abusiveness of her approach and disregard for the comfort of her guests already checked-in and in their bed just added to the distaste for me to stay.

It’s really nice place to stay. Near Small Greensboro downtown had some good food options. Old charming stores. Hotel management is very helpful and nice. Also owner is very supportive. We have been staying there almost every month. Thank you so much .

Check in was fast and smooth, bed was not bad and shower was hot and nice. I did not enjoy the bright light coming through the blinds during the night while trying to sleep. I couldn’t get the room dark at all at night. NO SERVICE AT ALL. NOT EVEN WITH WI-FI. So if you don’t mind having no service and can bring a sleep eye mask then you should be good to go. I was given extra towels and pillows when asked and owner was friendly and helpful.

It’s really nice place to stay. Near Small Greensboro downtown had some good food options. Old charming stores. Hotel management is very helpful and nice. Also owner is very supportive. We have been staying there almost every month. Thank you so much .

This was a very pleasant place to stay for the night during a short visit in Georgia. Very clean and located in the downtown area which was great to walk and learn some history about the area. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed one night while travelling with our dog. The room was extremely basic, no tissues, no coffee, no bedside lamps… but it was clean, had updated bathroom and vanity, hot shower and very comfortable bed.

Absolutely disgusting place. No shampoo, paper-thin 10-cents soap, no coffee, no breakfast, no curtains to windows, bathroom door doesnt close because of loose hinges, no hand towels, dirty bed linen, AC/heater is at least 50 years old. No dresser or table. For all this, you expect $40 a night, but no, you pay double for this dump. Bonus, rude owner, treats you like you went there to rob her, but with thjs price for trash, she is the robber. Simply, dont go there!!

I had a very comfortable stay here for a couple of nights. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything I look for in a motel. The wi fi worked well, TV was good. Only thing lacking was limited toiletries and no coffee in rooms which h is pretty standard in most hotels.

Great for 1 night stop over. It’s an updated motor inn. Small but clean room, updated shower bathroom, well lit property, heat/ac great, comfy bed… room has microwave and fridge, no coffee, shampoo, conditioner or lotion.. bar soap only. Clean and safe area.

The room was very sparse with furniture, there were no tables with lamps beside the beds we had to use ceiling lights that were very bright. The bathtub did not drain properly. Also, there was a large rainstorm and the water all leaked underneath the door and made the whole floor wet.The price was well above what the room offered.

I accidentally reserved a smoking room and the owners changed it with no worry and gave me a room that was clean and no noise from neighbors, I asked some locals about his hotel and they said it was very good for the town and it was I'll be staying here again next year, thank you
