Staff was great at night, you have to leave your key when you leave at the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had I felt was a big one. Someone, assuming the cleaning staff, entered my room at 9am. This felt very early for turn down service. I also had the key with me from the front desk so they should have known I was in my room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff member they said it wasn’t that early and asked if they knocked .. but I can’t say whether or not they knocked since I was asleep. It was prior to checkout time and woke me up. I’ve never had this happen anywhere else. Maybe it’s not that out of the norm, but I did find it surprising and unsettling being a solo female traveler.

All the staff are so lovely. I like to sleep with the windows open and the road noise travels so would advise bringing earplugs! But the hotel and all the staff were so good, no complaints at all :)

Staff were super-friendly. Hotel was lovely & quaint. Rooms cleaned daily without fail. Rail station to airport is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Vavin Metro station is just a 12-minute walk giving access to all around Paris via interchanging lines. Bus services also just a short walk away. Shower, toilet TV, lighting all worked perfectly. No air-con advertised, so fans provided in the room. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I used it very much as a base for wider travelling so it really was somewhere just to sleep. However, brilliantly located for the part of Paris I needed to be, the staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful, and were always at the desk at whatever time of day or night I returned. I felt rather sad saying goodbye to the place - I’d definitely consider going back here
