It is not made clear on the Hilton Grand Vacation Mont-Tremblant website that the hotel does not have any food service, a real drawback when the only restaurants or groceries are not within walking distance, you would need to take your car and pay to park. Shuttle stops at 5pm in September. We were visiting for one night only, the hotel was not able to check us in until after 4pm, and despite the Expedia booking indicated 11:00am checkout, we were told that was for owners only, other guests checkout was 10:00am. The front guest team was lovely in any case, and the outdoor landscaping and amenities are super.

The property was very clean and the staff were super nice. We reached at 10AM even though the check-in was at 4. The staff allowed us to park our vehicle and use the shuttle to go to the festival in the town. They even offered us towels to enjoy the pool but were strict about the check in time. We really appreciated that. Our condo was really clean and nice. It felt like we were at home. We had two rooms with a King bed in one and two twins beds and two bathrooms. It was pure luxury. The only thing that we didn't realize was that we had to carry our luggage up which was tiring. No elevators. They even had tennis courts but we didn't have tennis shoes so couldn't use it. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a few days. I would highly recommend this place for families.

Loved the ski shuttle to Tremblant. Loved the ski locker at Tremblant so we didn’t need to carry our skiis. The kitchen was well equipped and the staff were very friendly. Property was well maintained. Great hot tub.

Malgré les restrictions, nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Le lit et le canapé-lit étaient confortables. L’équipement fournit pour la cuisine était suffisant. La cafetière est pour du café moulu. Lors de notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas prête , à l’arrivée à la chambre nous avons constater ceci : Un concombre pourri encore dans un tiroir au frigo, un chaudron avec des résidus sur le rebord en grande quantité qui semblait être du gruau et un savons avec ces poils sur le porte savon de la douche 🙄pas très accueillant ça . Le matelas est peut-être dû à être changer car de chaque côté nous avions un trou qui faisait en sorte qu’on était toujours porté à se deporter vers le centre . Mis à part ces commentaires Nous avons aimé notre séjour, le reste de l’appartement était très grand décoré avec du goût et c’était tranquille . Golf à proximité ainsi que le village à quelques pas de marche nous savions qu’il y avait une navette mais préférions y aller à la marche. Nous y retournerons sans problème Les autres appartements n’auront sûrement pas les désagréments que nous avons eu . Merci

It was an ok stay. Called maintenance twice for a broken toilet upon checkin. They never managed to fix it despite thinking so. Resorted to using the main floor washroom only
