It was ok. The pool is in another building To get to your room you have to go to the 25th floor, get off go around to otherside get back on elevator to get to your room.😩😩 It quiet and clean.

Have to take to seperate elevators to get to hotels floors; take one elevator all the way up, walk to another hallway, and then have to take a 2nd elevator down to the hotels floors. Same, but in reverse to leave hotel....extremely inconveinent. Have to go to another building altogether for the pool. There was one staff member available for an evening checkin and he did not seem like he eanted to be there. I checked out at 430am so I could catch my flight, waited at desk for 20mins and no staff member was available. Only good thing about this hotel was the pool bar and the pool bar staff.

This is not a high end hotel by any means. Ugly 80s bathroom, tired building, inconvenient elevator switching to get to room, amenities are lower tier. This showed up as a 5 start hotel on Hotels.com but it’s more like a 3 star hotel. The water was lukewarm and wouldn’t get hot.

A three-star hotel trying to pose as a luxury hotel. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good, albeit overpriced. The elevator situation is awkward. You have to take the elevator up to the 25th floor, then back down another elevator to get to the rooms. The elevator broke during my stay, which was inconvenient to say the least. There was trash left behind from a prior guest in my room. I didn't notice it right away because my flight was super delayed and I didn't check until 4am so I just passed out when I arrived. And three times I had insufficient hot water to shower. I was too tired to complain about any of it and really was just sleeping there. But I would never stay here again. There is a Marriott property close by where I would have been better off.

The location was excellent. Near Metro mover and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Hotel was very clean. Didn't like the inconvenience to go to different elevators to go to your room.

Place is very nice. The staff is courteous and helpful. Room was great. We did get our upgrade but we had to ask for our 50 credit that they did not apply. Great location Items that need work: Not enough chairs at the pool. Literally they had less than a dozen and there was no where to sit around the pool. They offered two drink cards but you couldn’t use them at the pool and the food service there was very limited. I really feel charging 40 a day for the resort fee is over the top and I was not happy with them asking 50$ a night to park there. I was able to Uber from the Boca area for the same cost and not drive to Miami. All in all. A good stay. The main Restaurant was very good. No real complaint but felt it was overpriced.

The hotel has a weird layout. You need to go up one set of elevator banks to the 25th floor, walk around the floor, then go to another set of elevator banks to get access to the rooms. You have to do the reverse if you want to leave. You also need to leave the hotel, walk across the valet and go into another building to get access to the pool. So not as convenient as anticipated. Otherwise, it was nice and their 25th floor lounge did have a nice view. The room was nice but the walls are not as soundproofed as anticipated. Although, noise from the neighbors was only occasional. If people in the general area open their room doors, something occurs where sometimes it sounds like your door is opening.

Overall the room was good. The elevator situation is terrible , taking different elevators to get to your room doesn’t make sense. Also having to cross the driveway to go to the pool is very inconvenient . The AC in my room 2115 broke and the engineer had to come at 11:30pm to fix it. Great service but the hotel doesn’t not compare to others in the area .

The stay at Hotel AKA was a wonderful stay. The premises and rooms were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The property was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and I’m usually picky about the shower gel and shampoo provided but these were excellent quality and I loved the smell. I enjoyed the pool as well. I would definitely stay again but next time for longer.

Good location. Rooms need to be properly cleaned. Infestation of bugs in bathroom, poor room lighting at night and carpet had blood and coffee stains. Carpet should be removed and placed with hardwood for hygienic reasons and limit risk of bed bugs.

The property was decent. The amenities were average. My room wasn’t up to par with my expectations. My sheets had stains. The chairs also had odd brown stains. It was honestly disappointing. Luckily I only stayed for 1 night otherwise I would’ve complained and gotten another room.

Hotel is okay. Overall it was clean but we had blood on our bedspread when we arrived. Housekeeping took care of it right away. Our room had a nice view of the bay. Bathroom was very clean. But there were just some small things that stood out. Shower door was crooked so water leaked everywhere. The light switch in bathroom crackled when turning on light and it was hit and miss if light would stay on. The bed and pillows were comfortable but mattress seemed saggy in the middle. The hotel layout is bizarre. Two separate elevator banks to get to your room. If you want to use the pool, that’s in another building with another elevator. There are only 10 loungers around the pool. But pool bar was good sized and served light bites and drinks. Nice views from Mare but we didn’t eat there. Won’t stay there again just due to the inconvenient layout.

Getting to room is a pain. Taking elevators from front desk to 25th floor and then walking around to other elevators to go down to room is unusual. Our panoramic view was full of buildings under construction and not very appealing. The glass windows must be very thin because we were on 16th floor and could hear motorcycles and pounding music from cars until early morning hours. Our toilet was not flushing the best and overflowed the day we left,

Hotel is interesting. You have to go up one set of elevators to the 25th floor. Before getting on another set to actually enter the hotel portion. Rooms are nice. Very clean but very small. More like a cruise ship size.

I stayed here the last two visits to Miami and this hotel continues to impress me. My first stay was during their renovations in 2022 so it was a bit noisy as expected. However, this stay was much more peaceful. The hotel is a couple of blocks away from the mall which made it convenient. We didn't experience steady traffic on the streets that would increase the noise levels in the evenings. I recommend the suites with the panoramic view.

The bathrooms have a huge amount of wasted space, Ulting in a very small one person sink and a very small bathtub. The walk-in shower is fine. There are almost no towel bars in the bathroom.

I felt like the bathrooms needed an upgrade to match the style on aesthetic of the rest of the hotel but the hotel was very nice. The rooms are a bit smaller than they look in the photo, but there is a big bathroom.

TERRIBLE! The restaurant forgot our food order until we reminded them 40 minutes later, and then we had to wait another 20 minutes. We didn’t get the food credit we were supposed to get. We arrived early and asked about early check in, and were told the room would be ready “soon”. Almost five hours later, at 3:57 pm, the room was finally ready. If we had known it would take this long, we would have gone out, but we were constantly told it was “almost ready”. Room didn’t have sheets for the pull out bed, and the front desk seemed confused as to why we would need sheets. We were supposed to get bottles of water at check in, and we did - tiny, tiny little bottles of water. No complimentary glass of champagne as promised. To get to our room on the 16th floor we had to take an elevator up to the 25th floor and then another elevator down to 16, and each elevator took a long time to get there. I would never, ever stay here again. The staff seems confused about what it means to provide service.

The front desk staff is pretty terrible and unfriendly. Overall, the service was bad. When i arrived, no one greeted me or spoke to me and when I asked why they said “we’ve had a long day”. I had just flown 14 hours on a red eye to arrive here, so that was tone deaf. I didn’t receive my VIP amenity due to staff unresponsiveness. None of the room phones work either you have to text an automatic answering service to get any type of service so I couldn’t order extra towels, or room service or anything. It’s just odd. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property itself--rooms, restaurant--was lovely: clean, in great condition, thoughtfully designed, etc. Every single staff member was exceptional. They went over and above to be helpful. The people made me feel welcome with their warmth and happy dispositions :)

Good value for money in the heart of Brickell area. Close to Miami avenue shopping and restaurants. Walking distance. The hotel is not on a beach but if you want a nice city hotel this should satisfy you. Good food in restaurant upstairs as well.

Although the hotel stay and amenities were good, the food from Drift Amare was terrible! We had dinner there for our anniversary and it was overhyped as a Michelin star restaurant, but did not deliver on that reputation. $250 down the drain unfortunately. And then we had breakfast there the next morning which was no better! I would hands down stay at this property again, but know better than to eat any meal on property!

This is a 3 star hotel & almost everyone who works at the front desk is super rude. The rooms are not designed well, tons of empty space & drawers. The elevator bank design having to transfer elevators is also really stupid. The $98 priced fix brunch is a laughable mediocre rip off in what looks like a conference room.
