Everything about the hotel is good. Very close to bus stop and subway. Location is convinient. Rooms are small but its good value for money. Breakfast is just bread and bagels, could be better. Overall a good economic and value for money stay on Manhattan.

It was a fun experience, I was in New York for the weekend and if you're going to be based in Chinatown, it's pretty central and a good place to start the day.

Stayed 1 night

I booked through hotels.com and even reserved a middle tier room but when I arrived I was given the lowest tier in an extremely small room AND asked to pay $22 additional dollars because apparently the hotels.com rate was not the entire rate?? I dont understand. The lady was sort of rude but then showed us to another apartment like room a few blocks away that sort of made things better. Upon checking in, in the evening, I asked for a late check-out and saw on the paper that I signed that late check-out was at 12 noon free of charge. I said perfect. the next day at 11am I had someone knocking at the door asking for me to check out. I had just gotten out of the shower and did not appreciate this after discussing with the front desk lady and seeing it written by the hotel on the paper that I signed. overall it wasnt the worst, but definitely wasnt the best for paying for $370 for ONE NIGHT plus a $100 incidentals. overall this was not as smooth as I would have liked and i definitely will not be staying here again
