Vary low quality room. Hookers on the sidewalk out front. Pool was filthy. All around bad experience

I wish the pool was outside it's inside pool

No ice machine on property. Pillows were terrible and left with a migrane. Smell in room. No fridge in room. Pool looked like something metal had fallen in the bottom and not cleaned.

There isn’t enough parking

I arrived at the hotel about 10 pm from Disneyland. Pulled into the parking lot. And it was completely full. Mind you this is a big hotel. But their clients are people who live there by the mont. do they have people staying with people and no parking for overnighters. I turned around and left. Didn’t even check in. Got another room. And lost the money I paid for Beachside My recommendation don’t book here. You will be disappointed. 😢 I am a single mom and work hard for my money.

This place is good for the price but don't really care I've stayed many times but the last few have been not very good I complained about stomping all night and few towels police activity and take a cash deposits then they don't seem to care. The have charging stations for cars and lots of traffic.

Room looked clean but air conditioning didn’t work, door didn’t latch, they had a sign saying you couldn’t refuse room service but if something went missing or lost or damaged it wasn’t their responsibility, they had a sign with their rules of conduct saying the police patrolled the building frequently and you had to use the deadbolt for your safety, they had trash everywhere in the buckets. The bathroom and room was very outdated. The tv didn’t work. Floors were wooden or vinyl but very very dirty. Instantly turned my daughter’s socks black. We booked for 2 nights, cancelled 1 night and appreciate they refunded it. But all we did was shower and leave that same day. We didn’t even sleep the night there because of how unsafe and dirty it was. The pool area looked dirty. It looks like a lot of people live there. I would not recommend for a family at all as I didn’t feel safe with my 3 children. I wish I would’ve taken pictures to show the condition of the rooms but you definitely pay for what you get. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Shopping was ok and parking was not bad at all.

One of the worst stays I,I've ever had, from the dirty bed, roaches, loud women(hookers?) talking all night outside the door, broken shower head dripping all night, smell of cigarettes, even though there is no smoking allowed in the room. Id say more but having to write all of it down would be as inconvenient as staying in this room.

The staff was surprisingly pleasant. The motel itself was very neglected. Roaches-big ones, just casually stroll around the floors and the walls. But don't worry, you won't bother them. They're used to being around people

The sheets were stained with bodily fluids, and there was an unidentifiable pink stain on the duvet cover. There was mold in the trash can and shower. The room smelled of mold/mildew. There was water all around the toilet.

They have me room 108 that had an insane amount of roaches!!! Crawling on the walls all over the bathroom floor went to sleep for like a hour and woke to that experience !! Customer service not great at all and when told about the matter they didn’t do anything to accommodate me !!! Never again!!! Affordable but not worth it !!!

Everything was dirty

Cockroaches everywhere. They gave me room 310 first. I complained that there were lots of cockroaches. Then they moved me to 311. That also had cockroaches. So, I checked out immediately within few minutes, and I had to go to find another hotel. They did not give me their info, etc. I had to insist and get the info. I would like to escalate a complaint formally. Please advise. Thanks

Disgusting. Read all the reviews I concur with all of them. Less than one star. TV didn't work, no towels. Yucky floor. Sheets had spots of little stains. Comforter had cigarette holes. The critters that hung out side were loud and smoked the wacky weed. Very scary. My door jamb was barely hanging on. And the finishing nails were exposed. Missing some trim. It would appear that the door has been kicked in.

Please do not stay here, especially with kids. -urine EVERYWHERE outside -BLACK MOLD in the bathroom -CRUSTED DRIED BLOOD on blankets and sheets -Ambulence, fire dept, and police cars were in and out of the hotel ALL NIGHT!! First thing I noticed was the strong smell of urine as we were checking in. Urine puddles (I can tell from the smell) along the halls. BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE in the bathroom (ceiling, wall, shower, bathroom sink, bathroom mirror). Strong odor of artificial fragrance and tobacco throughout the room despite getting a smoke free room. We were exhausted from being at Disneyland all day that My family went straight to shower and sleep. I did not notice the filthy, crusty, bloody, disgusting sheets and blankets until the next morning. I would have left the night before and demanded a refund!!! I have been booking with Expedia since 2019, I may never use this site again after this experience. I know my research, I only saw good reviews at the top of the page when I booked and the hotel had a 3.5 star review. As I made my way back just now to write a review, suddenly and "magically" all of the negative reviews and 2 star rating appeared. I have no doubt I was cheated by the "algorithm" or whatever other AI programs sites use now. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves and Expedia should be more careful about which places they list on their site. I have pictures of EVERYTHING I just mentioned, I could not upload them to this review unfortunately.

This property shouldn’t even be allowed to be open. AVOID at all costs. I spent an entire 3 seconds in the room before seeing 20+ cockroaches all over the room. I left immediately, and did not stay at the hotel at all.

the staff was great, but the property was surprisingly unclean... the room was still dirty, the air conditioner rusted over, the sheets were ripped, the room smelled like cigarettes, etc. was not a fan of the space.

Room was over 80* and even with the air conditioner set at 65 it never got much under 80 any day. The floors were sticky, there was no shower head, and the TV only had streaming service options for you to log into your personal ones.

Acceptable for the price paid but I wouldn’t stay again. My room was right by the road and the window was VERY thin and shook every time a car went past. The noise of the road is one thing, but plus the window shaking and the strange characters hanging around directly outside my door, it was difficult to sleep. Surfaces were pretty grimy BUT no bugs or roaches so that’s a plus.

Pillow case was dirty and the sheets as well and when I wanted to use the restroom the toilet seat had some stains . I only need to room to sleep the night but there was no tv I was told the room was being worked on.now that think about it might be the reason why I was coughing a lot of night .

None of HBOs/cable channels work. Very poor internet connection almost none. Toilet flush very slow

Staff was great. People, you gotta remember this is the cheapest motel in the area. You get what you pay for. Room was humid for some reason, stains everywhere but main areas were cleaned and appeared to be sanitized. Tv did not work in our room, controller did nothing. Area was kind of loud and a lot going on. Smell was alright, smelled like fabulouso. Overall for one night it could’ve been worse.

Mold on mirror but otherwise not as dirty as i had feared from the reviews. Beds were comfortable, walls were thin and could hear full conversations in the room next to us but it was bearable. Overall got what I paid for and I am satisfied.

The property is very dated and very ugly inside. The blankets are old with holes and stains on them. Uncomfortable beds. Loud HVAC system. Stinky musty smelling bathroom with old dried paint on the toilet lid. There is no water stopper for the bathtub. Not great water pressure at the bathroom sink. Killed a couple cochroaches. The ad says indoor pool but its really outdoors with a roof over it.

Great service at front desk.

Alex at front desk was easy going and provided excellent service. The area around the stairs was dirty.

Easy check-in and check out, fast and allowed late check out for up to 20mins which wasn’t bad.

Rude front desk agent, I guess he lives on the property so he didn't appear happy. I booked through Expedia and he told me I couldn't check in until 3pm, so I waited 2 hours outside after I had just arrived from a 5 hour flight. When he allowed me to check in 10 minutes earlier, he decided to be argumentative when I mentioned most hotels allow 1pm check in. He said I should have booked in person rather than Expedia. There are 8 other hotels on this street, take your chances on a different one.

I believe they have bed bugs. If you get the room online they charge you 100 deposit if you pay them is only $40 deposit. Not in the best condition but it will work for the low price of you don't mind being around hookers

This is definitely a you get what you pay for hotel. Cigarette smell not very clean in the hallways and elevator. Beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very polite and friendly.

I just went to extend my stay here for one day. This hotel requires an additional $20 cash only to extend each day you extend. I've never run across that before.

This was the most terrible stay in my life, I can’t believe hotels.com. Has this place listed on their site! The one and only lobby staff worker that happened to be there had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. He was completely rude, dishonest, and had complete disregard or care for how bad he was treating my family and I . The owners and workers of this hotel are very corrupt, this place is full of drug users, the room are very dirty with live cockroaches all over the bathroom floors and under the sink in the room. As soon as we arrived and entered the room and noticed everything, we let the guy at the front desk know about the unclean sheets, the roaches in the bathroom and the floors. When he came upstairs to see the room as if he was in disbelief, he let us know that because the sheets had already been removed from one bed’s so that he could no longer refund us our money because the room was considered used, We let him know that we pulled the sheets back to check and see how clean they were because of all the roaches and how obviously and literally dirty the room looked he didn’t care, and even said that they wouldn’t do anything about it anymore, I then contacted Hotels.com just to be told the same thing, that he told me that they couldn’t refund me because he saying that we used the room already when I explained everything to Hotels.com about the situation, so of course hotels.com was very “accommodating”And provided us a lousy $22 coupon

It was clean reasonable price not too far from Disneyland, but I think people are living in the other hotel rooms. They’re up all night looks like they are drug addictes

Too close to the street cars and truck noises all night. Homeless people all out in the sidewalk loud..tweekers getting high on the property walking like zombies about Come back one eve five police cars going thru a persons van. Rooms could use some paint dirt can be seen on the walls shower rack is broken and missing. Can use a major upgrade!

I don’t understand how these places stay open showers dirty so is sink and fridge AC barely works. Check in dude is chill but doesn’t seem like he’s doing much for the property so why not be chilling. Pretty bummed on stay and cleaning plus my car doesn’t seem very safe.

The location wasn't bad--it was easy to find from the street.

Enjoyed my stay. Quiet and clean. Very close to all the major freeways and Amusement Parks. Would stay again for sure..
