Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. My only gripe was we waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle to come back after we just missed it. We watched the Charlotte Airport Hilton shuttle, which is 1/2 mile away from the Hilton Garden, come 3 times before the Hilton garden shuttle arrived.

Really nice hotel with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. It is convenient to the airport and has an airport shuttle. We arrived after 10 pm and were travel weary. We were warmly greeted, check-in was quite easy, welcoming and informative.

Overall the hotel was very nice and the food at the restaurant was good. Servers were very friendly. The only complaint we had was our room smelled extremely musty, like mildew. It was too late for us to try and get a new room so we just told the staff about it during check out. Other than the room smell, would stay again.

I was there to celebrate my birthday in Charlotte. The mattresses were hard. They need to invest in better mattresses. The toilets are too low. Also it's ridiculous to have to pay for parking. If I have a pay for my room, I shouldn't have a pay for parking. Also the breakfast horrible, It should have been free.

Check in was good I appreciate the deposit amount not like most with $75+ the bar was okay. The only thing is sound proof rooms no so sound proofish the beds could be more comfortable but I slept well and housekeeping knocking on the doors at 9am checkout is 12 idk if it was a mistake but I guess I need to use my do not disturb placard. Anyways

The front desk person was very rude. We tried to get a shuttle from airport in the late evening. When I can called the hotel the front desk lady said 5-7 min. After waiting over 20 min I called hotel what’s going on and she put me on hold and then hang up on me. She did the same thing again when I called back.My husband then called from his phone and she picked up and told him the shuttle is about to head to airport, we were there waiting over 40 min at 11pm with a kid. When we finally get to hotel she get us keys told me your room number is on key . There was no greeting or thank you or apologizing. Just very rude person . I think her name is Anastasia.. anyway terrible experience overall .

Overall this is an excellent place to stay. The desk staff was great and very helpful. I was not impressed at all with the bartender. He was arrogant and rude and everytime so one ordered a beverage he would make a comment that he was closing down and it basically forced a really good crowd to leave. People were watching college football and enjoying conversation but he kinda forced everyone to leave around 10 some went to other establishments to finish watching the football games they were watching

Overall, the property is nice - clean, comfortable and decent food. This is not the property for you if you're looking for something walkable to downtown or anything. This is located in the middle of a business park and offers no nearby activities. One other note about the actual hotel, the toilets are short - barely standard height.

Staff very nice and friendly and tried to be helpful. Food in restaurant was terrible. Ordered medium rare burger with bacon/ cheese. Bacon was literally charred as was the burger. I am surprised the wait person had the nerve to bring it to the table. Breakfast also disappointing and not included in the room rate. Service also slow, it think that was a kitchen issue.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, it’s really convenient if you need to fly since it’s next to the airport and they have a free shuttle. Breakfast is delicious and the room was very spacious and clean. It’s going to be my designated hotel every time I need to go to CLT.
