This was an excellent stay, owners and staff very nice and accommodating, breakfast was wonderful, very tasty. Fire pit including S’mores and wine were offered to wind down at the end of the day. Great relaxing outside seating all around the porch as well. Rooms were thoughtfully decorated and comfortable.

This is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful property. Amazing food and amenities. Totally comfortable and clean room right in the heart of Jefferson. The staff and owners are so nice and again, just amazing breakfast and scheduling the dinner is a must. Everything was perfect!

Amazing! There is absolutely nothing bad to say about Carriage House B&B. You get a warm welcome, comfortable accommodations, and top notch food. Seriously, it is the best! BW welcomed us, showed us to our room, gave a tour of the grounds, ensured that no one had food allergies. He showed us where to find the complimentary water, wine, and coffee, and explained that there would be a fire pit with Smores later that evening. The grounds are beautifully manicured, and Jefferson itself is full of history and places to explore. Treat yourself to a stay!

1st time staying at CH. Bummer we did not get to stay in the main house but the 2nd house on the hill was fine. Bfast was outstanding each day. Water and wine provided in the main house fridge BRAVO!... We got to hang out by the fire pit on sat night. Met nice folks. The only trouble was the 2nd house refridge. Somehow the cooling effect had a burnt plastic smell on the containers inside the fridge. Yuck. But the staff was so friendly and welcoming. BRAVO!

They had actual separate buildings as well as rooms in the main house. fire pit was available, when you make a reservation for a weekend with expedia you then need to actually call the B&B and ask about their eat in dinners for Friday and Saturday nights. that info is not available on expedia,

I could on and on about this little Jefferson hidden treasure!! The complimentary wine, wine glasses, smores over firepit evenings in the courtyard area oh and yes oh yes bottomless mimosas for Breakfast what?!? Plus not just pet-"friendly"-pet welcoming! Very reasonably priced for all the extras including a breakfast and a pet fee can't believe this bargain! Plus courteous welcoming staff, amazing food and numerous options for breakfast seatings (outside wrap around patio or inside) plus 3 different times to choose a convenient breakfast time!

Our cottage was nicely decorated,clean and comfortable. We were greeted with the details about our stay. Firepit, wine and breakfast times. We would highly recommend staying for a weekend and exploring Jefferson. It’s a wonderful old town and everyone was very friendly.

The breakfast was delicious and more than you could eat. The room was clean. The house we stayed in had steps and was a little difficult for my husband as he walks with a cane. The main house did not have that problem.

Disappointed. Was really hoping to stay in main house. Did not realize we would be in an off site room. Definitely not as nostalgic & warm feeling as the last time we stayed here (main house). Staff was very polite & breakfast was the best!

I booked this stay to see Taj Farrant the guitar prodigy from Australia the night of my stay. Very comfortable room and bed… The owners are very hospitable, and my goodnessThe gourmet breakfast that was served this morning was out of this world!!! If you are ever in the area book your stay!

The food, location, and owners are great! The home is very nice. The room was nice, but I would like to stay in a room outside of the main house. Our room was right off the living room and dining room and it felt like we lacked privacy.

We booked the room with 2 double beds, online it states this room is across the street from the main house. It is over a block and a half from the main house. We were not given instructions on climate control and woke up to a room at 55 degeees. They did bring us a space heater which was appreciated when we called to inquire about location of a thermostat in the house.

Very pretty room and location. Good walking distance to everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was amazing! Also, we had the gourmet dinner on Friday night and it was perfect! Highly recommend this place.
