Very clean, quiet and affordable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is amazing eggs, bacon, home fries a bit spicy, waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit,juice, coffee, tea. You couldn’t ask for more. It was very well done and well stocked. The staff were on top of it. Easy parking and there is a mall right across the street. Pool area and gym very clean. Definitely return to this one.

Great location to arena. If you use their shuttle only pay one way as you will have to wait in the cold to get a ride back vs taking a taxi. He wants you to pay round trip up front.

The on-line booking was very straight forward and easy. Staff extra cordial & friendly, always willing to please. Only thing we didn’t like was the loud rapp music in the bar area. We went down for a drink but didn’t stay because of the music.

Some things in the bathroom were broken and that gives the appearance of neglect and the shower curtain smelled damp and bad, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed but we arrived at 11 at night exhausted and well at that time you really sleep anywhere, for the price I think there are better options where they take care of the details.

The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. I was disappointed that I could find hair everywhere. I think the previous guest must of had a haircut and the bathroom floor and table between the beds were covered in short and long pieces. We found that navigating the breakfast bar hard. Not well laid out, was a traffic jam of people but at had lots of little extras that you don’t usually see which was nice.

This was our second stay at this Hotel. We had a perfect stay last time. This trip? Not so much. Service was excellent. Love the pool area. Oh and those Cookies. Such a great idea. This stay however was a bit frustrating. There were a few families that let their children run up and down the hallway at all hours of the night. The family above us sounded like they were moving furniture. None of this is the Hotel's fault, but it was disappointing. However, the thermostat is difficult to use. The room was 74F when we walked in. I tried to cool it down. The heating/cooling unit rattled so loud. I thought a plane was taking off! Later, I woke up sweating. Apparently I had raised the temp to 78F! I was afraid to turn it down, because I didn't want to wake up my husband, so I left it. We will stay there again. It's so conveniently located to the stadium & shopping center. I'll just try to remember how to work the thermostat & hope there aren't any inconsiderate families staying on the same floor!

Very rude staff and poor customer service. We asked for a late checkout and were told that we could extend the check out time by 30 minutes only (until 11:30) and would be charged for anything after that. We were just getting ready to exit the room at 11:30 and the staff called out room telling us we needed to leave right away. The cleaners were no where near our room at the time. The hot breakfast was gone before the breakfast closing time and not replenished.

Absolutely fabulous check in. The woman working was extremely kind and explained all the amenities when we arrived. The bar/lounge area was great and the free breakfast was delicious. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

called to change my checkin date to a day later... couldn't change my reservation on the system but was told i'd be charged for full stay but would be refunded for the unused day after the fact... now they are refusing to do so. terrible experience and customer service!

The hotel is new and in great condition. The only negative thing I could say is one elevator door really squeaks as it opens and closes and the entrance to the hotel is ambiguous….you drive through what looks like a construction site with weeds three feet high to get to the parking lot.

From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless and i loved the virtual check-in/checkout offered through Expedia. I also loved that it came with breakfast and the suite was spacious with basic kitchen items in the kitchenette. However, breakfast selection was a bit limited and seating space constrained. Staff were very pleasant and helpful too.
