Very helpful and pleasant employees. My suggestion would to have a parking lot that can use Visa or Mastercard

The staff made everything easy for us. It was extremely helpful to have a washer/dryer and microwave. Very convenient and near a shopping area, not too far from the train station. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.

Hotel was fine, however, there is no seating area or lounge area to sit and as the rooms are very small it would have been nice. The restaurant was either full for breakfast or not open which was not optimal. Staff also was unable to assist in confirming cabs or providing info on tourism. That said, there were plenty of free brochures to help us out.

東京旅行で子供1歳、4歳の 家族4人で泊まりました。 清潔感のある部屋でしたが、ベットのすみに 足の皮が大量に落ちてあったので ぞっとしました。パッと見は綺麗ですが 細かくみるとホコリが凄かったり 汚れが付いている所も多いですので 気にされない方であれば問題ないかと思います。 4人で十分な広さで清潔感以外は快適に 過ごせました。部屋着は大人用だけで 子供用は無かったので持っていくのが オススメです。アメニティ類は 子供用もあるのでありがたかったです。 コインランドリーもあり 旅行2日目で洗濯物のあったので 利用しました。洗濯＋乾燥がいっぺんに 出来たのですごく助かりました。 駐車場はホテルの施設内にあるのですが 台数が限られていて停めれなかったらので 近くのパーキングに停めましたが、 ホテルのパーキングより断然安いです！

stay in this hotel every time stop by Tokyo. Hope they can have a bigger room with more washers and dryers for the customers.

お風呂はトイレとガラスの扉で仕切られていてシャワーなどが気にせず使えます また浴槽に湯を入れて入れます 1階には海鮮料理とおでんなどとお酒が楽しめるお店が入っていてとても便利でした

房間清潔，接近京急蒲田站，只有2部洗乾衣機是不足夠用

早朝に空港へ向かうため前泊しました。アメニティがそろっていて、スリッパからヘアゴムまであり、至れり尽くせりです。スーパーも近くにあります。コインランドリーや電子レンジもあり、大変便利です。

車で子供連れの家族が泊まるには、駐車場が6台しか停めれないのが残念！たまたま近くにあったから良かったけど 雨だったから、そこからホテルまで大変でした！部屋は、まー良かった、シャワーだけじゃなくて、湯船に入れて小さい子供には良かった

The room was clean and had all the amenities I required. Over all satisfactory.

This place is good for a night or if the intent is to catch the train easily to Haneda airport. The breakfast happened to be included in the booking and it was good enough and convenient. Would be fine without it too, lots of places around the area or catch a train somewhere else. The rooms tidy and at first seem clean. On closer inspection it is very dusty, the ventilation seem like it too and if you're prone to allergies just be aware. The walls had all sorts of splashes. The rainfall shower head had green mold on it... But the front desk was very helpful and proactive. I requested for the shower head to be cleaned and it was done right away! So I think there is room for improvement, maybe more so for certain departments and their standards. Not sure but I was very satisfied with the front desk and for that, I may book again for a night if needing to be close to Haneda.

空気清浄機をつけたら、空気清浄機の排出口にホコリがたまっていたようで ホコリを撒き散らしたのでつかえなかった。また、ティッシュケースの上面もホコリだらけでした。その他は、非常に良かったのですが残念です。

客室は清潔ですし、間取りが浴室、洗面所、トイレ別でした。

羽田空港からのアクセスも最高で、従業員の教育も良いので大好きなホテルでしたが、今回は本当に残念な事だらけでした。昨年に利用した時は、清潔感がありましたが、今回は、ほこりが部屋中にあり、何故かバス、トイレの臭いが酷くて、そして消臭剤は空っぽ、2日目も掃除された後に補充された形跡もなく、また空っぽの状態。壁紙の汚れも酷くて信じられないほどに、シミだらけ、お風呂にも指紋が沢山ついていて、明らかにきちんと掃除していない様子で気持ち悪かった。フロントデスクの女性の方々も前回のスタッフの方が断然丁寧でした。でも、ロケーションが最高で好きなホテルなので、次回に期待したいです。

3泊しましたが、この間ベットメイキングされることなくベットシーツは変えられないままでした。壁も薄汚くカビがところどころ見られた。 不潔な印象はぬぐえない。 定額宿泊所並みのホテルにしては料金も割高なので、以後利用することは無いです。

This APA hotel is one of my favorites. I love the deep and good size of the bathtub and spacious bathroom. I felt like a home. And it’s close from Keikyu Tamara Eki. I’ll definitely be back.

3 beds room is small. Bathroom is big with tub. Beds are comfortable. Breakfest are delicious. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Great loction.

Great staff, adequate room, great location. It was a nice and newish room, very quiet, very accessible, though the pillows were not great. Loved the separate toilet and shower areas. Great, friendly staff.

The room was slightly larger than a standard Japanese business hotel meaning we were able to have our large luggage stored without taking up valuable room space. The room had a big glass windrow looking into the bathroom which added a bit of a wow factor to the room.

Close to the train station. Very small quarters, but we expected that. So worth it for the price. If you share a room/bed, know that the bed is shoved against the wall, so one person has to plan to climb off the back of the bed to use the restroom at night. I found the small size charming and very Japanese due to the compactness. Surprisingly large bathroom. Close to the airport. Super helpful staff. Received a surprise complimentary breakfast. We were surprised that the windows were all in the bathroom rather than the main bed area. But they did have a frosted glass window all the way across the room between the bathroom and main room for natural light. However, we could not leave the blinds open for natural light if in the bathroom since there were warning signs about peeping toms with binoculars who could see in from across the river. I would stay again for sure due to fantastic price with included breakfast. Have google translate ready since all instructions on the TV were in Japanese, for example. No room to set luggage on the floor, I used the desk as it was a seriously small space in this room. Fun to try something new and very Japanese. Would be absolutely perfect for a solo traveler. It is a non-tourist area, hardly any tourists seen out and about. Nice to see locals in this neighborhood. Not a massive variety of restaurants, but found a good meal and fun shops. We recommend "Muni" for handmade gifts, as a surprise fun find. Great hotel.

One thing and the only thing was that the room was very small. Perhaps, it would have been good for one guest not two.

チェックインの際にお部屋が会いていると言う事で、アップグレードをしていただきありがとうございました。　旅の疲れがあったので、追加料金を払いチェックアウトを延長していただきました。チェックアウトの手続きをしていただいた若い男性のSさんと言う方の接客態度が丁寧で素晴らしかった。そしてもう1人の若い女性の方も荷物を預かる手配を早急に笑顔でしていただき良かったです。バス、トイレ別のホテルだったので、ゆっくり出来ました。お部屋も綺麗でした。

Very clean and cozy. Daily toiletry bag and yukata. Rainfall shower was excellent. Schedule of stay and room cleaning on the television was great. Staff was first class. 皆さん、どもありがとうございました。また今度。

Staff was kind and very helpful, check was quick, room was nice and clean. Wheb checking out they held our bags for us so we could get lunch in town.

The staff accomodated our request to put two of our rooms in the same floor , next to each other. And to do that , they gave us a complimentary upgrade of the two rooms. We will definitely come again , when need to fly from Haneda Airport, Tokyo , Japan April 19th 2025 Saturday

Fantastic stay at this APA hotel. Very close to Haneda airport and Shinagawa station. You have two choices of major stations to ride: Kamata and Keikyu-Kamata. The former is busier than the latter. Shops and dining options abound the area, and more entertainment options near the Kamata area. The hotel is great and clean. Staff are polite, efficient, and very attentive. They can communicate well enough, and more complicated requests and inquiries they (and you should too) will use a translation app to help you as much as they can. Kudos to the the front desk for helping with all my requests like luggage transfer. A few things we would've liked better: the rooms can get a bit dusty. A bit more thorpigh cleaning of vents and such would be appreciated, but it is not deal-breaking. Second, the breakfast options are a bit limited. Staying multiple nights and having the breakfast option, they can get a bit tiring. Some variety would be great, but for what is in the menu - the food has been fantastic and filling. Cheers to the restaurant staff for being so attentive as well. Thank you so much for having us, and if I get a chance to stay in the Kamata area again, I would definitely pick this APA hotel once more.

羽田空港からのアクセスが最高です。前回は、お掃除が行き届いていませんでしたが、今回は、きちんと清掃されていて、とても良かったと思います。　次の日のチェックアウトが早朝だった為に朝食が必要なかったので、その旨をホテルを出る前に伝えたら、「返金は出来ません」と女性スタッフからきつい口調で言われた。一言も返金してくださいとか言ってないし、別に料金を払っていると言う意識もなかったので、返金してもらう気もなかったです。前夜に、朝食の時間を伝えていたので、一応伝えた方が良いのかなと思って伝えただけです。しかも、フロントには人がいませんでしたので、しばらく待って、ベルを鳴らしました。滞在は、本当に快適でした。

Staff were very nice.

I did not like the time of check in .If the check out is at 10 AM the check in should also be early not at 3pm because ,guests that had a long trip need to freshen up and change clothes comfortably or rest for at least a couple of hours. It is not even 24 hours you pay.

Excellent area due to the closeness to Keikyu Kamata station. Kamata station is only a short 10 min walk away as well. Convenient to travel around Tokyo. Staff were very friendly. I would stay here again if I come back.

アパホテルは何処に泊まっても綺麗で、スタッフさんも親切丁寧です。ここは初めてでしたが、とても良かったです。難を言えば1点。朝食が5種類位から選ぶスタイルでビュッフェではなかったです。岩手の瓶どんがメニューにあったのでそれがいいね〜！という事で現地にて朝食を追加。8:30には朝食レストランに行ったのに、「瓶どんは売り切れです」と言われてしまい、とても残念でした。他に食べたいメニューが無かったので、しょうがなく他の物を頂きました。朝食が始まって1時間しないで売り切れるのなら、もう少し在庫を増やして対応して欲しいです！！

Los desayunos son terribles.

駅からも近く便利が良いです。朝食にパンケーキ、和食なら焼魚など選択肢をもう少し増やしてもらえるとありがたいです。

大変満足しましたが朝食をバイキング形式にして頂けるとなお良かったです。

初めて利用させていただきました。 京急蒲田駅から近く、少し距離はありますがＪＲ蒲田駅も利用できるため便利です。 朝食はビュッフェではありませんが、個性的な単品メニューでとても満足できる内容です。 中でも海鮮瓶丼は美味しかったです。
