It was a little hard to communicate with staff. We check in late @2:00 am. Cause we came in a late flight. I ask for late check out nobody replied. The cleaning lady came. At 10:25 to get out out. Turned off water and turned off lights. I thought. That was very rude. The amenities were amazing and the view. The staff from restaurant was amazing. The room was impeccable. Except for that incident.

Very nice experience. Customer service was extraordinary with Levio and Emi - some of the best I’ve ever experienced. We stayed in the family suite and it was very fine. View was quite good from the top but definitely not the classic caldera landscape that people pay top dollar to have. Close to town was very nice as well.

For starters, after the first cleaning my razor, hair comb and pumice stone were missing from the room. I sent a message and never got a response. The room was okay. I guess some would call it clean but there is much room for improvement. The bathroom shower had a lot of residue on the shower head and there was mold on the grout. The windows were all foggy and definitely needed to be cleaned. The pool was dirty and even after asking for it to get cleaned, it didn’t get cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable. Reception was never there. The only thing saving it from being a one star was the view, location and the nice gentleman that served breakfast every morning.

The place was super nice in general, have an amazing view and helpful stuff. Breakfast was not served in the room as advertised, but the stuff in the cafe was really nice and welcoming. Maybe its due to the season, we travelled in may and the pool had a lot of insects in it.

Nice area, walkable, restaurants within walking distance. Receptionist friendly and helped with directions to the shopping areas. Room was ready before scheduled time to check in and clean
