Sandman Signature Vancouver Downtown Hotel

The bathroom was a bit cramped for space, but functional. We couldn't find any local news channels on the TV. Otherwise the property was good and in a convenient location.

Hotel is a little dated but nice and clean and great location. Staff were very helpful.

Room was nasty food crumbs in drawers alone the edge of the carpets in the room way a thick layer of dirt and dust bunnies the need to buy an edging tool for their vacuum. There way sticky residue on the desk and what looked like dried boogers on the handle for the shower wand. It is renovated but it looks like the renovation was done like a slum lord. Just paint right over the damage and debris. There was black mold on the windows. And every day the cleaner piled everyone’s garbage next to our room door while they were cleaning rooms so a disgusting rotting garbage door filled our room every time we opened the door. This isn’t the worst hotel we have stayed at as the location is good but it was gross!!

We were able to have an early check in which was helpful after an early flight. Super comfy bed and nice bathroom!

Very beautiful hotel, clean rooms, great staff and close to everything.
