The self parking was a very long walk from the parking garage to the elevators. This meant dragging suitcases all the way. They supposedly had a tram but there was no way to contact them and the Concierge didn’t help either. The hotel check in was “strange” no lines or signs to direct people, instead people kept jumping ahead of those that formed a line. The front desk staff person didn’t tell me the room only the floor (it was on the key envelope). She didn’t mention the long walk or where stuff was in the hotel. Odd, usually the staff explains everything and gives directions. The room was average in size but less than you would find at a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn or La Quinta hotel. The beds were too hard, pillows were cheap polyfill (no feather options), the fridge is a mini without a freezer. No way to freeze ice packs if needed. There were small bloodstains on the comforter. When the weather got cold the condensation from the windows drips on the windowsill which meant anything placed there got soaked. The walk to self parking was the worse there should be an elevator with valet carts at the entrance by the parking garage. Self park guests shouldn’t be considered lower on the guest ranking just because they don’t want to pay even more for parking. Self parking was $28 plus tax a day and valet was $42 plus tax a day. I was very disappointed in this experience. I have stayed at Rosen Shingle Creek before and didn’t have a bad experience but Rosen Centre is a different story

They were remodeling the units above us and all around us. Construction began before 8 am (which was 6 am mst). Had to move rooms due to hammering, drilling, halls crowded with tradesman. There was construction on the floor we were moved to as well, but it was a little better. No prior warnings that this would be happening. No discount. No apologies. Very disappointed. I rented 2 rooms for 4 nights there. Very expensive lesson learned.

The hotel itself is fine but their policies definitely rubbed me the wrong way. They chart $15 extra to use the gym facilities which is unheard of. In addition, when I asked for a slightly later check out time, they initially said no because there wasn't any space or open rooms. However, they then said if I pay extra, then there is suddenly room available to do this. They should just be consistent with their messaging.

I always stay at the Rosen Centre anytime I come to Orlando for the night! The security deposit was $25 per night but now it’s $50 which is fine. The only con is the parking unless you valet expect to walk through the back of the hotel other than that the property is beautiful with plenty of food options, a Starbucks & room service

Hotel clean and well-maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. I mistakingly reseved a room for one online and the hotel management made an exception with the 3rd party supervisor to allow my roommates to be added on at no additional cost-truly grateful for that! Only issue was our bathroom had a musty smell, which was taken care of promptly. Extra fresh towels and bath staples promptly provided. Lots of restaurants onsite. Red Lobster, Dennys, Ihop main restaurants we found within easy walking distance along with Walgreens. I was there for a quick business retreat, so did not get to the beautiful pool or spa.

The rooms weren't as clean and updated as I expected for this hotel, and the carpet smelled moldy. Another thing I didn't like was the coffee shop closes at 1 pm. This particular hotel was a further walking distance to most of the restaurants and attractions on international. With that being said the bars and property restaurants were nice, and the cafe has the best pastrami sandwich.

As soon as I walked into my room, It smelled like sweaty feet. I then looked on the ground, and found a huge toenail in the rug. After a long day of work, I went to shower and found mold all on the wall. Upon leaving the shower, I found a dried bloodstain in my towel. I brought the towel to the front desk and they replaced it with new ones. When waking up the next morning, the first thing I saw was dried mucus on my nightstand from the previous people who stayed in my room. The staff and service was great, but the overall stay and the room was not. I would never recommend this hotel unless it is an absolute necessity.

I was so excited to book this hotel because 1. It’s attached to the convention center and we didn’t have to worry about parking and 2. For the money we spent, I thought it would be luxurious. Number one was fantastic but number 2 was a major let down. The valet and the front desk were fantastic, their staff are so sweet. But…..there is a motion activated sensor on the thermostat, so the room stayed hot ALL the time. My husband had to go buy a fan. The air did not run when we were out of the room and at night when we were asleep. It was miserable! Then, I paid $20 for a breakfast buffet that was generic hotel breakfast. Like, I’ve had better breakfast from a Holiday Inn. Powdered eggs, grey sausage links, frozen biscuits, microwave pancakes that a kid had rummaged through and tore up. The only good thing I have to say is that the coffee was great and Stan (our “waiter”) was so awesome. All in all, for the money that I paid for this stay, I was pretty disappointed. We stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn on the way home and enjoyed our stay so much more.

The hot water took forever to go on. I had to take a cold shower the first day. I complained and someone was supposed to fix it, but never did. I just had to run the faucet for 5-6 minutes then switch to shower. The place just had a very 70s-80s vibe.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and professional staff. Rooms are very nice, only complaint about the room is the water pressure in the shower is weak. We were paid up for 2 days and on the second day we left to go have breakfast and got a call our son had been in an auto accident we quickly went back to the hotel to gather our things and head back home. I went to check out and I told her we needed to check out early which was about 45 minutes past their check out time. She asked was anything wrong with the hotel I said no that we just learned of our son being in an accident and we need to go home. She said ok but you won’t be refunded for the early check out. I was annoyed but didn’t have the time to argue it and I left

I think we received free parking but I need to make sure I didn’t get charged for that . We got upgraded to Club but not the club benefits as we weren’t given a card to have the free breakfast . Staying on the higher floors isn’t really an upgrade. Beds were so uncomfortable. Won’t stay there again .

Hotel room was really nice! It was comfy and the AC worked great! They put us in a room near the elevator and it was just a little noisy between the traffic and the ice/vending machine. The walk from parking garage to the front desk/rooms is LONG! Overall I would stay here again.

Very comfortable bed and bedding. Great soundproofing in the rooms, I never heard anyone else and I know it was very busy. Room has a little fridge but not a freezer. Room doesn't have a microwave but there is one available for use in the lobby cafe. As a woman travelling along, I felt very safe there. So with soundproof room, comfy bed and feeling save, I slept very soundly. Highly recommend.

This is our go to when we have tournaments at OCCC. It’s so convienient and always clean and comfortable. My only complaints are the water pressure when using the shower-it’s awful. I usually end up washing my hair in the tub faucet because it’s easier to get rinsed. Also the tv channels are not great. I only bring this up bc when we have downtime with toddlers it’s nice to have Disney channel

We initially had a $125 hold placed for a deposit by the hotel. After checking out, we noticed an additional charge of $255. Upon calling the hotel staff, they explained that they were processing a refund for the $125 deposit but accidentally charged us instead. However, this has left us very confused. Instead of refunding the $125 deposit, we were charged $255, which was completely different from the amount of our deposit. At this point, neither the deposit nor the mistakenly charged $255 has been returned to us. Essentially, we’ve been triple charged. Booking was a nightmare! Even with my confirmation email they could not find my reservation. I then got charged for my stay by Expedia and again by the Rosen hotel. I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get it fixed. The Expedia staff were helpful but the hotel Staff from the Rosen were terribly rude.

I reserved a King room. Upon arrival i was given a double bed room. I asked, Why, considering I had reserved a King. The rep was smug, stating reservation for a king is not guaranteed. I replied, first time I have heard that. I guess it offended her because she simply handed me the key. Honestly this is a great place to stay for events at the convention center. Much better value than the other nearby hotels. Service was good, rooms are nice and the mattresses are SO comfortable. Would stay here again.

I selected this property because it had a skywalk to the convention center which was very convenient. Parking was expensive at the hotel ($28) which was really the only downside to the place. The room was spacious and very clean, modern in design. I had a couple room service meals there- the breakfast was excellent, the meat sandwich was ok. The grounds were well maintained and check in was fast. I would definitely select this hotel in the event of another conference in the area.

Apparently, they were open the few days prior during a volleyball tournament, but the choices were very limited. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean and not too far from the airport. There were plenty of dining options outside the property, but be prepared to walk a bit or take quick uber/lyft rides.

None of the resteraunts on property were open the entire weekend. We were not able to watch any movies on demand because our room hadn't been "updated" per the tech that they sent to the room. We were charged for drinks at the bar, which we never went to because it was closed most of the time. I would not recommend this hotel, there are many better options.

The hotel is very nice but don’t eat there. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was lousy— they advertised a dinner buffet that sounded wonderful but the salmon, chicken and brisket were all disappointing tired leftovers that should have been discarded.

I booked this hotel for me and my daughters. My daughter had a cheer competition at the Orange County Convention Center. This is our third time attending this competition but first time actually staying on property. It created so much convenience for us. The convention center is attached directly to the convention center and it was so nice. There were so many dining options -- and there is a little market that I learned is open 24/7. So nice. It's also DIRECTLY next door to Walgreens so it was so easy to hop over if we needed something and also there to get some more cheaper snacks. :) The pool space is BEAUTIFUL and the walk up poolside bar/restaurant is so nice. The line... although short at times... was a long wait -- but it was still great service. We really had a great time. Customer services was amazing. I was also able to read a little bit about the Rosen family while in our room and it touched my heart to learn the back story of the man who pioneered the hotel -- and also about his family. We will be coming back. (Oh there was no microwave in the room -- not super disappointed but a convenience I do appreciate). The fridge however was very night to have.
