Property undergoing renovations to bring up to date. I stayed in new side clean. Stairs outdated undergoing a makeup. All staff members we came in contact with were very pleasant. Lino in the cafe area was a pleasure, hospitable, respectful, welcoming. I can’t wait to see the final renovation. Closed to main highways. Good location.

Liked location, breakfast was good, staff fantastic,Renovations meant long walk to front desk and breakfast. No elevator for luggage to room on second floor Hotel overbooked, not given room we were expecting. Expedia was blamed for this. First night upgraded, second night downgraded.

Highly disappointed got there and couldn’t find the room due to construction. Found cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. Manager was very disrespectful and didn’t want to refund but a small amount of that we paid for when she said she would give half of the stay back. Stay at your own risk at this place.

My recent stay at La Quinta Inn was absolutely unacceptable. When we checked into our room, there was hair in both beds that clearly wasn’t ours. The towels were covered in stains, and the shower had facial or pubic hair with visible dirt across the walls and floor. To top it off, there was even a crusted booger on the bathroom countertop — absolutely disgusting and proof that the room had not been properly cleaned. We also found two roaches in the bedroom — one dead and one alive. Despite making multiple complaints over back-to-back days, nothing was ever done. We were told housekeeping would address the issues, but the room was left in the same filthy condition. We were also promised a discount for the inconvenience, which we never received. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — unsanitary, unprofessional, and completely below basic hospitality standards. I would never stay here again until management takes real action to fix these serious cleanliness and customer service problems.

This hotel should be closed by the Florida Department of Health due to the roach infestation (we killed more than 10 roaches in different sizes - we got pictures). I have never ever had an experience like this in any place, especially in a hotel room, and on top of that, the negligence of employees saying they would charge me for a night because I was leaving that room full of roaches. The hotel also was very dirty, the stairs were rusty and dirty, and the room was bad, including the white tub with the floor black, the radio/clock was a piece of rusty metal the same as the bath curtain and the luggage stand. The room carpet, I guess, never has been cleaned... It was a nightmare because we had to leave with my poor son tired and it was very hard for us to find another hotel. We checked in around 2:00 pm and went out immediately and when we returned around 8:45 pm the nightmare started.

Basically you get what you pay for. Don’t get fooled by the price, breakfast is very simple, the rooms are old and the seating area is small. If you’re comfortable with that, then this is the perfect hotel. The service is great, location is very good as well if you have access to a car. The only thing that I thing should be much better is the Wi-Fi, very bad for year 2023 even for a budget hotel.

Just looking for a good night’s sleep. Very pleasant night desk clerk. Room was clean but hallway carpets were a disaster with lots of holes/bumps/tape to repair defects. Happy that rear doors were secure. Room 142 right near ice machine and boy, did we know it! My side of the mattress was completely caved in and sagging. Luckily I already have a bad back, so no extra damage done. I am including photo. Toilet seat so loose it almost spun off. Breakfast adequate. Pool area looked nice. Needs serious infusion of $$ to restore it to LaQuinta/Wyndham standards

Overall the stay was good. No bugs, free breakfast with multiple options, proximity to stores, restaurants, and activities is excellent. Free parking and pet-friendly also . The room did have a rotten egg smell and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well, but those weren’t huge issues to me otherwise I would’ve reported to the front desk. The most annoying thing was the deposit. $100 in CASH only. This facility needs to update their policies because this is a dated process and extremely inconvenient. There is an ATM in the lobby, but there is a $3.50 fee. Make sure you are aware of this before checking in! Room 138 if you want to fix the smell and drain.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now the first time it was as if I found a gem as this location is incredibly close to the entrance of Universal and the turnpike. This time around I decided to bring some family along. Initially it was all about the same until we put our things in the fridge which was advertised as an amenity of the rooms. After about an hour we checked on some things and the fridge was not cooling at all. I called the front desk and the front desk girl showed up and disconnected and replugged the fridge and told me to wait an hour and see if it had cooled down if not they would get me a new one or move me to another room. Sounded fair so I did just that and took some stuff out as well in hopes of it working, when I checked in an hour it was the same temperature (warm). So i called again and was told they had no other fridges and no other rooms so to rotate my things and take things out because they had no other solutions. That being said I had perishables and was traveling with my 60 year old father in law who needed these things at a moments notice to take his medication with. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager and they told me they would call me in the morning. It was my father in laws idea to unplug it for a few hours since it may have frosted over that saved all of our food and money. The manager never called and I didn’t bother I just won’t be coming back, incredibly inconsiderate and bad hospitality. Says a lot about management.

We love this hotel we stayed there before 3 years ago and we loved it that's why we booked it again it's at the international drive everything is beside you if you walk or drive. We will come again if we go to Orlando behind the hotel is Universal studios and Universal CityWalk you can walk or drive there it's about 3 mins with car. Disney and Disney Springs it's about 15 mins drive from International Drive to Kissimmee the only thing is be carefull of the way they drive they cars because it's not like Canadian people and if you like cars like the Ferrari and Maserati check out the dealers ship it's about 8 minutes Drive from the la Quinta hotel where we stayed they have a nice show room you can go and check it out and even take pictures. Sorry I forget to mention they accept dogs and they have free breakfast every morning.

The room was very clean. TV channels are awesome. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful with a lot of variety. Room amenities are very good. Hallway carpeting could be better. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was very convenient for Universal Studios. They provided a shuttle service. However, the driver left Universal a half hour earlier than was posted. Good thing we arrived early to catch it back to the hotel.

Bedd, sheets, pillows, rooms, all look like they were used for the last 20 years and never replaced. Bathroom showers weren't well kept, property was under renovation on the front side so breakfast was just a to go box with a scoop of eggs, toast and sausage links. I didn't like breakfast at all, they served all week same boiled cold eggs no ham/sausages which according to webster it does not classify as continental breakfast. Suggested if they can served something else, eggs other than boiled, their response only on weekends. Needed only two amenities wifi and bf.

Nice modern upgrade, noise 8-6 from Renovations but we were out in the day so no problems. Breakfast modified to grab and go, eat in your room or by the pool due to renovations.
