Pictures were definitely deceiving. The pool pump motor was broken (I work for a pool building/technician company so I do know) and it was deafening and you could hear it throughout the whole courtyard, over our ac in our room and also into the back parking lot that has a walkway to seaworld. Had a “resort view” and we did not have a view

The lobby, grounds, landscaping, pools, included mini golf, 1 ft kiddie pool, all we're gorgeous l, very clean, sparkling water in the pools. Trees and humility. But, then you go onto the room and its just okay. Microvave and refrigerator, but not so clean. Gross handles and fingerprints. Bedding is nice, but everything is so damp from humid conditions. Water smelled of sulfur. Hard wood flooring is nice and there are plugs in the lamps. I would say, fun property and amazing location, but, rooms suffer from lots of turnovers. Pizza from the Market was good but one staff handing Starbucks, the store and pizzeria orders, means expect to wait. Having Avis in the lobby is very convenient. Bell men were courteous and quick.

Decent amenities. The pools were nice enough and having a bar at one of them was convenient. The mini golf course was being renovated so it wasn’t usable. The villas are antiquated, two story motel rooms. They did a mediocre job trying to update the grounds. I complained about the ridiculous $40/night to park and they waived that fee. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t cooling well enough and I told the staff twice. It had not been fixed when we checked out after a 4 night stay. There were a ton of people there but we were not bothered by any noise. The place is within walking distance of both SeaWorld and Aquatica. The breakfast buffet was good but overpriced for what it was. That said, almost everything in Orlando is overpriced. I’d stay there again in a pinch but it will not be my first choice despite the convenience to attractions.

Nice pool areas. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was spot-on. Enough "home" space (cupboards/fridge/microwave) to stay there for longer than a weekend. Lots to do, gym was just ok could be a little better. Location - walkable distance to Sea World, Aquatica, I Drive, Orlando Convention Centre. I'd stay there again

Room was very clean, property was nice. I was in town for a conference at the convention center. The website was a little misleading. It is actually a 25 minute walk from the hotel. However, the weather was nice, so I didn’t mind the trek. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

I've stayed here several times over the last few years. It is not my first choice for the area, but the location is very good if you are visiting SeaWorld or Aquatica and don't have a car. With that being said, the cleanliness has been decreasing. During this last stay, our curtains had large stains across them. Our lampshade also had staining and a sticker from a previous guest. The room smelled of mildew. The tub and the sink looked grimy and had gray patches. On the positive, there was no visible bug activity. Regarding accessibility, unless you are in the tower, there is no elevator. If you cannot use the stairs, make sure to request a first floor room. The front desk was overburdened at check-in time with both people checking in and people asking to be placed in different rooms because they did not know that they would need to use the stairs to access their room. I already knew about this issue from prior trips and so I requested an accessible room. I use a walker and the room was fine for my needs, but it would likely be challenging for someone using a wheelchair. The doorway to the bathroom is narrow and the way the door swings outward is difficult to get around. There is also no transfer bench, just grab bars. I'm not sure if this is something that could be requested if needed. Overall, I would excuse the issues that this hotel has if the cost was lower. The location really is great, but other than that, the quality does not justify the price you pay.

Our stay this time was disappointing compared to our previous visit. The room was not clean — there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, leftover beer in the fridge (likely from the previous guest), and cobwebs on the lamps. The lack of cleanliness really stood out, and unfortunately, it has left us unlikely to stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely disgusting Room with hair all over the shower wall. Old wet moldy coffee filters inside of a.c unit. And yeah still in the trash can!!! I asked for another room which they did accommodate only to leave my daughters swimsuit by accident in the first room. When we woke up in the second room the next day and realized we left it we called the front desk and they said that house keeping doesn't see it in lost and found and they would check the room again when the next guest checked it at 11. They found the swimsuit still on the room after the next guest left!!! Did they even clean the room properly when they checked me into the next room??? So gross!

We had 3 rooms and 2 of those rooms we ended up having to move. Had roach, no hot water and the other the tub was leaking and flooded the bathroom area. Terrible experience for a Hilton hotel😩

The issues were that they never had cookies available and they charged a very high price for Parking that was not listed when we made the reservation. Quality of the room was lesser than expected. Extremely thin walls, you can hear everything in the room next to you and outside of your door. We were next to the pool and were woken early in the morning to the sound of kids screaming. If you plan on sleeping in, or are trying to peacefully enjoy your stay, it is impossible. They left out pictures of the shower purposely. The shower was extremely tiny and didn’t look properly cleaned. We were not put in the DoubleTree tower, but rather what looked closer to an outdoor motel. The hallway being outside was allowing bugs and frogs to get into the room. The ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign was a damaged magnet meant to stick to the door, rather than something to hang on the door knob, so it kept falling off our door. Overall it wasn’t worth the money. You can get hotels for the same price in this area for much better quality.

My experience here was not a good one. I was placed in a "VILLA" which is just a regular room, near the pool and .guessimg a restaurant that had live music on Fridays. None of this was mentioned to me during check in. The pool is open to guest until 10pm you can hear the screams and music playing from other guest devices disturbing you while you try to sleep. There are guest smoking weed on the patio as if they are casually smoking at home on the back porch. You can hear every other guest talking, coughing, sneezing next door. I got little to no rest the 3 days i was there. Check out day could t have came any faster i will not be returning.

The villa we had was very dated, had a very pungent mold smell, furniture and decor was warn, the shower was very small, the toilet sat exceptionally low to the ground (not ideal for people with knee issues), and carpet clearly needed replacing. I suspect the tower rooms may be nicer, but for a Hilton branded hotel, the villas are an epic fail. I do not recommend.

Just the check in started off an amazing experience the front staff Vanessa made the whole experience positive, very knowledgeable and sweet provided even some upgrades along with the rest of the staff and the dining area for breakfast was Maria and the night crew Luisa & Aliano was super sweet I believe everyone we met had nothing but smiles. I honestly say this was one of the best trips to Orlando.

We booked this trip as a little staycation—our first getaway since welcoming our son into the world six months ago. With Grandma and Grandpa kindly babysitting, we were excited for some much-needed time to ourselves, though a bit anxious about leaving our baby for the first time. That anxiety melted away the moment we arrived at the front desk. Chris greeted us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. He took the time to ask about our stay and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. From check-in to giving clear directions to our room, everything was smooth and easy. What really stood out was that he remembered us by name the next time we passed through the lobby. There are hundreds of hotels in Orlando but I will be returning just because of the wonderful hospitality Chris showed us. Thank you Chris!! p.s The food was amazing as well. We ordered lunch at the pool and room service. 10/10 service and quality

As a Hilton Honors member for many years, my experience with Mr. Luis Sanchez, who I thought I was respectfully addressing a customer service concern, but I learned from another manager at your hotel this morning that Mr. Sanchez lied to me about the Hilton employee who represented the Hilton brand as a rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and undisciplined employee. Because I had never been treated with such disregard and disrespect as a Hilton customer, this shocking display of customer service cannot go unaddressed. My wife felt so humiliated that we checked out of your hotel and requested a refund, which left me so disappointed in Hilton.

The staff was really nice but the check in process was absolutely HORRIBLE! The line reached from the counter to the door. Once I got to the counter, they said only one of the rooms was ready (check in time was 4 but the room wasn't ready until almost 6). I had to get back in a really long line again to get the second room key. The rooms were cleaned in a rush. An empty beer bottle was left behind and the beds were sloppily made. The drapes were filthy and the door creaked every time you opened it. The pool area was nice and relaxing but not enough to make up for the extremely long check in and the poor state of the rooms.

It was overall good but they didn’t give us the room I purchased from Expedia, so we got a downgrade without an explanation. They also do not have wheelchairs for disabled guests and no camera in the pool area to review guests that were drunk and violent. But it was a convenient location with a lot of places around and staff was generally nice.

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld for one night before our flight home. The check-in process was smooth, and we really appreciated the warm cookie we received from the concierge — a nice welcome touch! We stayed in one of the tower rooms, which was comfortable and clean. However, parking was a bit of a challenge — there were no available spots at first, and we had to drive around several times before finding one. It was also a little confusing to find the correct entrance from the parking lot; we ended up following other guests to figure out how to get inside. Once we settled in, everything went smoothly. The live music near the lounge and restaurant created a pleasant atmosphere, and although we didn’t have time to use the pool, it looked very inviting. What truly stood out was the breakfast — honestly, the best breakfast we’ve had in the past six months of traveling. There were made-to-order eggs, a great buffet selection with cheeses, croissants, and more. Absolutely delicious! Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay
