The front desk lady Liza is super helpful and friendly. The staff who delivers breakfast to your room every morning is so kind.Junior Suite rooms are huge and have tons of room to make you feel right at home. The jacuzzi outside of the suite rooms are such an added plus to the hotel. The modern ambience of the rooms make you feel cozy and lovely.

If I could give Irene City Villas 6 six stars I would! Liza and Nick were super helpful. They made great suggestions for activities and food and were so accommodating. The property is in a great spot - easy to get into Fira and the bus stop but is in its own quiet area. The bed is comfortable and the hot tub is a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the island. Breakfast is served to the room everyday which was so nice! My partner and I loved our stay here and would suggest Irene City Villas to anyone staying in Santorini.

I was greeted with enthusiasm by Kostas. He gave me the run down for the villa and the area, including places to eat with a view as well as local family run restaurants worth a visit. My suite was smaller than the pictures suggested but that wasn't an issue as it will light and airy. I nearly always dozed off quickly at night as the bed was so comfortable and the hot tub was great, especially after a day walking. The pool area was small but suited the size of the compound and got the sun from about 9am until mid-afternoon. Breakfast was brought to the rooms each morning based on the order from the night before so I was able to wake up more slowly than in other hotels. Even the last day was organised around me by Emmy. The hotel was closing for the season, and it was clear quickly that everyone was in full tidy up and clean down mode, but she arranged for a sun bed to be left at the pool for me to chill and a taxi to pick me up at 6pm even though checkout was 11am. All in all, this was a great stay.

Perfect hotel, staff was very helpful and nice, the room was amazing, bigger than expected, clean and had all we needed. The breakfast was incredible! (Eggs, pancakes, crepes, Greek specialties,etc). they bring it at your room at the time of your choice and you pick items you want for breakfast the day before. The spa was at perfect temperature (just warm enough).The location is also perfect, not in the crowd, easy parking and 15 mins walk from the amazing view area. We are normally a bit picky on hotels but this one we Highly recommend!

Property in a good location just about 10min walk to the main center of Fira. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Suites are very large and comfortable. Very quite area. The hotel does not have a volcanic view and faces east. The pool is on the smaller size with no view. Breakfast is delivered as room service and has an abundance of options.

Hard to say what part we liked best. Probably the friendly and helpful staff, but the entire place was approaching flawless. The room was both beautiful and functional, with the jacuzzi and the amenities being top notch. The included breakfast was amazing, with our only regret being that we ordered too much food. Perfect walking distance from the heart of Fira, kind of makes me wish we spent more time in Santorini. On top of it all, the price was not unreasonable. If we ever make it back to Santorini, I would totally try to stay there again.

Our experience at this hotel was more than FANTASTIC. The staff was amazing, the room excellent, the facilities are great. My wife and I had a long time without having such a great experience in a hotel, and this was superb. We stayed in a junior suite and the room is exactly as published on the pictures. The jacuzzi was cleaned every night. The breakfast was delicious. And again, the staff was EXCELLENT!! I would recommend this place to everyone.

The staff was amazing and so helpful getting us rides when we needed one! It was SO NICE getting breakfast sent to our room! The location was great, we could walk to restaurants. The room was very nice and spotless.

The service at Irene City Villas is amazing! Our suite was wonderful, clean and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic and so lovely to eat on the privacy of our own kitchen. The staff helped us with tours and dinner reservations. If we go back to Athens, we will definitely return to Irene City Villas!

Great apartment, spacious and comfy. Our check in took very long. We were exhausted and tired and didn't need to spend over an hour talking about what we already knew. He was trying to be helpful, but ignorant of our condition. Check in should be quick and fast, no need to try to sell us car rental, excursions, etc on arrival. We already had everything planned. They don't apply paper towels or laundry detergent. Store across the street sells it. About a 10 min walk to the bus station.

Very Helpful staff. They arranged all of our transportation needs (rental car, private shuttle etc) and made us dinner reservations. Nice rooms with a view and comfortable accommodations for the entire family.

I loved that we were welcomed with a fruit plate and bottle of wine. Liza at the front desk was so helpful and informative. We had the grand suite and it was perfect with lots of room, large balcony and tastefully decorated. The morning breakfast had lots of options to choose from. Would stay again

We were so happy with our stay. The staff are incredible and very accommodating. The suite was so spacious and the morning breakfast, delivered right to your private dining area was delicious! Highly recommend. We will definitely stay there on future trips to Santorini

This property was just perfect for our family of 5. The location was perfect, the grand suite was more than big enough to fit all of us. We are traveling with 3 daughters ages less than 10 and this hotel was just the best. But most of all Liza was just amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left she was so great with our daughters . We built long lasting memories thanks to Liza and Irene City Villas. Thank you!

We had a great stay as a family of 4 there. It was within walking distance of so many great restaurants. The staff were remarkably helpful and provided great suggestions for things to do with two kids (4 and 7). We only had 2 full days there but my kids are already asking to go back.

I was greeted with enthusiasm by Kostas. He gave me the run down for the villa and the area, including places to eat with a view as well as local family run restaurants worth a visit. My suite was smaller than the pictures suggested but that wasn't an issue as it will light and airy. I nearly always dozed off quickly at night as the bed was so comfortable and the hot tub was great, especially after a day walking. The pool area was small but suited the size of the compound and got the sun from about 9am until mid-afternoon. Breakfast was brought to the rooms each morning based on the order from the night before so I was able to wake up more slowly than in other hotels. Even the last day was organised around me by Emmy. The hotel was closing for the season, and it was clear quickly that everyone was in full tidy up and clean down mode, but she arranged for a sun bed to be left at the pool for me to chill and a taxi to pick me up at 6pm even though checkout was 11am. All in all, this was a great stay.

Liza's service was beyond excellent. She provided us with all the places to visit, tours to take, and restaurants we needed for our two-day and two-night short stay. We arrived knowing nothing about where to go, and she took excellent care of our time at Santorini. Hard to say what part we liked best. Probably the friendly and helpful staff, but the entire place was approaching flawless. The room was both beautiful and functional, with the jacuzzi and the amenities being top notch. The included breakfast was amazing, with our only regret being that we ordered too much food. Perfect walking distance from the heart of Fira, kind of makes me wish we spent more time in Santorini. On top of it all, the price was not unreasonable. If we ever make it back to Santorini, I would totally try to stay there again.

The service at Irene City Villas is amazing! Our suite was wonderful, clean and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic and so lovely to eat on the privacy of our own kitchen. If I could give Irene City Villas 6 six stars I would! Liza and Nick were super helpful. They made great suggestions for activities and food and were so accommodating. The property is in a great spot - easy to get into Fira and the bus stop but is in its own quiet area. The bed is comfortable and the hot tub is a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the island. Breakfast is served to the room everyday which was so nice! My partner and I loved our stay here and would suggest Irene City Villas to anyone staying in Santorini.

Perfect hotel, staff was very helpful and nice, the room was amazing, bigger than expected, clean and had all we needed. The breakfast was incredible! (Eggs, pancakes, crepes, Greek specialties,etc). they bring it at your room at the time of your choice and you pick items you want for breakfast the day before. The spa was at perfect temperature (just warm enough).The location is also perfect, not in the crowd, easy parking and 15 mins walk from the amazing view area. We are normally a bit picky on hotels but this one we Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony and the custom breakfast brought to us each morning. We were about a 10 minute walk from the main area of Fira. The host gave us great recommendations of where to go on the island. The air conditioning held up to the heat of July! We recommend staying here!
