This hotel was clean and well located. The hotel needs to seriously rethink their policies regarding earthquake alarm; the city earthquake alarm went on but the hotel didn't have a corresponding alarm, thankfully we vaguely heard the city alarm and through the window saw people in the streets vacating adjacent buildings so we vacated, but the hotel never informed the guests (of course all the hotel personnel vacated). They argued their policy is not sound the alarm unless is a big quake, what type of thinking is that? The earthquake was 5.5. In Mexico City, earthquake alarm is a critical thing. On a separate topic, the elevator had problems and got stuck, had to be constantly reset, leaving guests awaiting for a long time, they claimed they called maintenance but they would arrive until Monday, so the entire weekend was an elevator gamble. Seems like this hotel is trying to save money on maintenance.

Tuve que pedir que limpiaran mi habitación el dia domingo y me dijeron en recepción que yo debi haberlo solicitado poniendo el anuncio pero comenté que no habia nada. Tuve que pedir que llevaran papel higiénico ya que lo limitan a una pieza. Este tipo de cosas aunque si lo limpiaron y me dieron el papel, incomodan como huésped el tener qué pedírselos.

Hotel pequeño pero cómodo, ideal para un par de días de trabajo y descansar. Cuentan con habitaciones muy limpias, cama cómoda, 3 pequeñas almohadas (mi cama era King Size, yo hubiera preferido un par de almohadas de tamaño regular o al menos una más grande de cuerpo). Pero todo bien. Ofrecen Smart TV por lo que puedes ver tus cuentas de Netflix, Amazon, Disney +, etc sin problema. El internet si es un poco lento de repente. El desayuno en la terraza del 9o piso está muy bien por lo que pagas. El conserje y los botones súper atentos. El agua caliente sale inmediatamente. Extraño el jabón de barra, pues es shampoo de cuerpo y no hay toallitas para bañarte, solo la del cuerpo para secarte, la de piso como tapete y las de manos. La vista muy bonita con ventanales muy grandes.

Me gusto en general, el unico inconveniente que tuve fue con el aire acondicionado que solo tenia para frio y yo padezco fibromialgia y no tolero temperaturas bajas pero solicite una cobija y con eso tuve, mi experiencia fue muy grata, gracias

Él hotel esta muy buen ubicado casi en Insurgentes y a 2 cuadras del World Trade Center. Las habitations renovadas y Moderna’s PERO no te permiten controlar el aire acondicionado, las ventanas no se abren, así que tuve calor y aunque hablé a recepción no hicieron nada, el control es central y ellos deciden si lo encienden o no. La otra situación es que el control de ingreso es exagerado, mi hijo me quizo ayudar con la maleta y no le permitieron pasar porque no estaba registrado. Aun así disfrute la zona de la CDMX en este hotel relativamente economico

A pesar de que la hora del check out venía en la hoja de entrada, m hubiera ayudado mucho el que me lo recordaran a mi ingreso, ya que la srita del mostrador fue directamente a tocar a la puerta de la habitación pidiéndonos que nos retiráramos ya que habíamos excedido el tiempo del check out y que eso implicaría una cuota adicional de mediodía por lo que le informé que en no más de 5 minutos estaría desocupando la habitación. Ya en la parte de abajo y de salida amagó con hacer un cargo de 590 y que debía pagarlo no me negué sin embargo le recordé que estaba en disposición de dejar la habitación en cuanto subió solo para poder tomar mis cosas y en ese momento el gesto fue de total desagrado. No me negué al pago en ningún momento ya que desconocía la hora de salida pero un poco de cordialidad hubiera sido muy grato de su parte.

el hotel cumplio con el objetivo, lo que tengo que decir que el servicio al cliente del call center y la recepcion, nada profesional. Muy groceseros al punto que tuve que decir que les iba a dar un mal review para que asi mejoraran. Actuaron como que no iba a pagar mis dos reservar a pesar de ya haber pagado una y la otra aun no llegaba el dia para ingresar. A parte de eso el resto del personal muy amable y atento.

Él hotel esta muy buen ubicado casi en Insurgentes y a 2 cuadras del World Trade Center. Las habitations renovadas y Moderna’s PERO no te permiten controlar el aire acondicionado, las ventanas no se abren, así que tuve calor y aunque hablé a recepción no hicieron nada, el control es central y ellos deciden si lo encienden o no. La otra situación es que el control de ingreso es exagerado, mi hijo me quizo ayudar con la maleta y no le permitieron pasar porque no estaba registrado. Aun así disfrute la zona de la CDMX en este hotel relativamente economico

Our stay at TRYP was good. We booked the family room with bunk beds. Our first impression was that it was quite small, but we were okay with it since we weren’t planning to spend much time in the room due to all the activities we had scheduled. We are a family of four, and our kids are 8 and 10 years old. The bathroom was way too small for us. The restaurant is on the 9th floor and has a great view; however, it is also very small. The breakfast was good but a bit pricey. All in all, if you are not planning to spend much time in the room, it’s manageable. The hotel is located in the Nápoles neighborhood.

The room was very clean at check-in. A nice touch was the floor lamp that casts warm, orange-ish light, which was gentle on the eyes in the evenings. I like that the 9th-floor gym was equipped with a working air con and water cooler. The staff, including the bellhops, were courteous. This stay was a very good value for the price.
