Clean hotel, close to the outlet mall, restaurants, Publix, Target, etc. Downside is they charge $20 a night for parking, but its an open parking lot with no decal or anything given. It does have a pool and a gym which is useful for those who require it. They also offer breakfast, it seemed standard, with eggs, toast, bagels etc.

The included breakfast is more limited than I had expected, but acceptable for the price of the room. The staff was very responsive. The room was clean. The place was quiet. The EV charging was accessible and easy to use. The billing was straightforward and accurate. The temperature in the room was very comfortable and easy to adjust. The bed was comfortable and clean. Regardless that it is becoming the norm, the parking charges are excessive. The fact that more hotels are doing it doesn't mean that others have to. It added an extra $57 to our three-night stay. The parking fee is my only criticism. Otherwise, it was a very good experience.

Well, i went through Expedia and i did not see anything about having to pay for parking at the hotel. Who does that? Ridiculous. Just add it to the room total. Also, you couldn't get the fancier looking breakfast foods unless you paid for them. And, OJ wasn't even provided in the continental breakfast. OJ/Florida should go hand in hand. The faucet in our shower always seemed like it was going to break off the wall each time we used it. The free shuttles to the parks, which is what i was really interested in, were at certain times of the day that weren't convenient to us, so that was really unfortunate. We had to spend more money in parking. Ugh! I only saw the outside pool once, but it looked super small for such a large hotel. We survived our stay, but we will not be back.

Issues with shower draining and very slippery. Problem was reported Thursday evening late. We requested they take care of the issue Friday as we would be out entire day. Returned at 11pm and issue had not been addressed. Took almost an hour for someone to finally come and clear the drain which was packed with hair and discusting. Also BEWARE $19 per night for parking.

Very small space for eating. Dirty and sticky room. Dirty shower with a lot of chlorine. It seems like they didn't clean it and just threw chlorine in to do its job on its own. We arrived at night and the smell was very strong. We had headaches. The worst pillow I've ever used and the mattress was terrible.

Walked into the room and the floor was sticky and bugs everywhere. Had no other rooms so had to leave and books somewhere else. Took 2 weeks with multiple calls to get our money back after they stated we wouldn’t have an issue getting money returned

The property was dirty, floors gross. The room was dirty, stains on the pillows and sheets and hair. The bathroom was dirty. I took a chance because reviews seemed ok, but it wasn’t worth it. Slept with a sweater over the pillow because we arrived late and I was too tired to change hotels and had Disney early the next day.

Hello, The property is renovated, and as of September 2024 looks like new. Shared areas looks modern and enjoyable. Front desk staff is good enough, not outstanding. The room, looks like new, beds are comfortable, carpets and bathroom looks new. Here is the only problem we had: We found one big cockroach in the bathroom floor, and one little cockroach in the sink. My wife was disgusted. They need to improve the pest control maintenance.

$19/day parking?!?! There is plenty of space in the lots so it’s just a money grab. Just be honest and charge $20 more per night. Our key card quit working on day 2. I went to the desk and told them my room number and they gave me 2 more key cards without even checking ID. I could’ve told them any room number and they would have given me the key card. Phone calls to my room throughout the night. Called the front desk and they told me to unplug my phone. Very noisy. Kids running down the hallways past midnight. Bright light coming into the room under the door so I put a towel in front of it to block the light. No storage for clothes. It’s ok, but wouldn’t stay here again.

This is an average hotel in a great location to many activities, outlet mall and even a grocery store but there was no storage in the room for clothes. There is one drawer in the nightstand but no closet, or dresser or anything of the sort. They have refrigerators in the rooms but no microwaves you have to go downstairs in the lobby to heat up your food which is another inconvenience. There are only two elevators inside the entire hotel as well and going up and down can be time consuming. The buffet breakfast is basic but it gets the job done and it’s free.

This is the first time I’ve ever given negative feedback for a hotel but the experience here definitely wasn’t the greatest. The room itself was good — it was clean and stocked with necessities. Had a fridge but no microwave and the floorboard was damaged and had pieces popping off, which we had to avoid stepping on. Walls are thin, so you could hear surrounding guests. I reserved this hotel solely on the fact that they provided shuttle service to “ALL” theme parks, which we unfortunately did NOT use. I called ahead of time prior to booking and spoke with a staff member who stated they provided a free shuttle service to all theme parks, including Universal and Disneyworld, and they stated they had FLEXIBLE hours, but I 100% received false info. The free breakfast was okay, food was mostly bland. The shuttle service only provided ONE time slot for drop off and pick up for minimal locations. The first day, we waited for a shuttle that came late. Unfortunately, the shuttle driver said they were full and “would have to come back later,” but never told us a specific time. we ended up waiting another thirty minutes before deciding to use Lyft on our own, for the entire week for pick up & drop off here is their current schedule, which I was I had a chance to look at prior to booking: Departure: 8:45 AM for universal studios & epic universe. 10 AM for EPCOT. 11:50 AM for Hollywood. Returning: 4:15 PM Hollywood studios. 5:40 PM Universal Studios. 6 PM Epic. 10:30 PM EPCOT.

Nice large bathroom shower was nice nothing for woman to put leg up on to shave tho however it was a nice shower hot with great water pressure.it was clean but they don’t come by to clean I had to keep making beds taking out trash etc ask for towels and bags for garbage even had to ask for toilet paper. The pillows were horrible very uncomfortable.

We stayed here because of the reviews that it had gotten. Honestly the place is a new build been and was very clean. the rooms where small, only for sleeping. No dresser just 2 night tables, a chair, a bed, and a desk. No closet just 4 hangers, so you live out of your suitcase. Best thing is that you are close to all Disney and Universal attractions. (15mins by car) You have food places within walking distance and the outlet mall is within walking distance. The only thing why i did not give a 4star over all is the Ants. Ants in the bathroom, on the walls, the sink and by the air conditioner on the desk, and on the floor by the desk. If you just looking for a place to rest your head then this is the place for you. If you are looking for more than look somewhere else.

I accidentally left a ring in the room when we were checking out. We realized just 5 minutes later and returned to the hotel about 15 minutes after leaving. By then, the room was already half cleaned, but no staff member was there. When I reported it, the staff showed little concern or willingness to help. Their only response was, “That’s weird, all forgotten objects are reported,” and they just wrote down my name and number “in case we find it.” The lack of urgency and accountability was very disappointing.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t any maid service the whole stay, nor that I had to ask at the desk for more shampoo and toilet paper and new towels for a 6 night stay. Staff was friendly, but not sure I’d stay again.

It took the front desk staff 45 minutes to check in the two guests in front of me. This was very inconvenient after a long day to try and keep a toddler and baby from getting upset. Additionally, charging $19 per night extra for parking is robbery. For positives, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good.

Needed a little one night stay before hitting Disney. This little hotel was close by and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean, had a great little breakfast we weren’t expecting, plenty of parking. Lovely staff who let us check in a little early and it is across the road from outlet shopping. It was a great little stop over spot. Bed was comfy too.

Room was clean, need hangers in bathroom for towels, breakfast was horrible since they charge for all protein items like eggs, sausage, bacon, only available included was waffles, bread, and thing of that nature. Our room card wouldn’t work, every night after getting tires from the parks we would have to go to the front desk and have to have the room card reactivated, the was not OK! Specially with kids! It an OK hotel just to sleep and shower. Nothing else.

Overall average for the price. Location was convenient. Breakfast was decent but had too many tables in the main area which made it hard to maneuver. Rooms were lacking drawer space to unpack for a four day trip. Bed was less than comfortable. Too soft and sunk in the middle with weight of two people.

Sadly, they said they have a restaurant but it’s frozen food at a counter that they heat up. Not a restaurant! The breakfast was really bad. The food options are very few, again heated up food. The pool closes at 8 and has very few spaces to sit. They were very old and broken. The hotel was old with a facelift. Also, paying for parking. The price was good but not worth it. Just spend the money and stay somewhere else. Very disappointed because of what they advertised was not real!!!

Good location, room was decent. They don’t have tissues in the rooms or at the front desk so I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose. Then the fire alarm went off for a few minutes. The breakfast was very minimal.

Great basic hotel. Nothing fancy but clean, lots of parking, location is great with lots around and close to the parks. Shuttle to the park was a nice touch but times are slightly inconvenient so you may have to Uber at least one way. Biggest complaint is that breakfast sucks. Would stay again!
