It is a really nice hotel but noisy and there was an alarm that turned on twice, one day it was at 3am saying that we had to evacuate and when I called reception they said it was a mistake.

The third floor is located below a gym and the constant noise of a treadmill kept us up

Excelente Hotel y servicio, el único inconveniente es el estacionamiento, no hay lugares suficientes y es demasiado pequeño.para maniobrar, creo con Valet Parking se solucionaría el problema

Que Terrible que por el costo de la habitación no incluyan el estacionamiento a los huéspedes. Un fastidio tener que estar solicitando sello del boleto. Las habitaciones no son baratas como para que no absorban el costo del estacionamiento.

La habitación estaba sucia, en lugar de poner jabón de ducha pusieron crema y la crema de manos estaba vacía. No había tapete de baño

Llegué con previa reserva con una cama King y al hacer check in, la Srita Alexa me da una cama queen, me cambian de habitación después de una hora de revisar si había disponibilidad o no ( insisto llegue con previa reserva). Finalmente me cambian de habitación a una más grande de la reservada, pero había mucho ruido porque está orientada hacia Av. Revolución. Pero lo grave y asquerosísimo fue que cuando iba a disponerme a dormir alrededor de la media noche, abro la cama para meterme entre las sábanas y la cama estaba repleta de pelo negro y corto, cómo si alguien se hubiera depilado encima de la cama y el personal de limpieza nunca realizó el cambio de sábanas. Llame a recepción y la Srita Angelica subió personalmente a mi habitación para revisar y tomó fotografías de la cama. Terminaron cambiando las sábanas y hasta el cubre colchón que estaba asqueroso alrededor de las 2 am y yo tenía que salir a carretera manejando en pocas hrs, por lo que solicité a Srita Angelica late check out y muy amable lo ofreció sin costo. No volveré nunca más a este hotel donde la atencion es terrible de Alexa, Samantha, Alejandra y David el gerente. Las única persona que funciona y ofrece soluciones es Srita Angelica. Semanas antes me había hospedado ahí con la misma pésima atencion de Samantha. En realidad me hospedaba en este hotel por la ubicación, pero prefiero manejar más tiempo que volver a este hotel. Totalmente antihigiénico y con pésima atencion de todo su personal.

I previously stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a good experience, so I returned with high expectations. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing from the start. After arriving at 1 a.m. following a long flight, I checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There was urine in the toilet, hair in the shower, and an overall lack of cleanliness. When I requested a different room, I was given one without an apology, and my request for a small gesture, like a complimentary breakfast, was refused. The experience in the new room wasn’t much better. Housekeeping failed to provide bottled water on the second day, and it took three calls to the front desk before I finally received two bottles. Additionally, the hair dryer in the room was not functional. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the staff’s indifferent attitude toward customer satisfaction. After reading recent reviews, I see that my experience reflects a pattern of declining service. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, as the current service level doesn’t live up to the hotel’s standards.

Clean & spacious! Very nice hotel and would definitely recommend. Each staff member was so kind and the attention to detail blew me away. Rooms and bathrooms were large and had everything you would need. Overall a great stay and we’re very pleased!

La limpieza de las sábanas fue pésima

Tiene excelente ubicación y estacionamiento amplio. Todo el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones están muy limpias, la cama es cómoda y las amenidades que incluye son de utilidad ¡Hotel altamente recomendado!

Great location, and nice facility. The area is very centrally located, No complaints from me, The walls against the other rooms are thin, and you can sometimes hear the guest on the other room, but I guess it’s normal, it didn’t bother me much.

Very bad water pressure. But other than that, it was excellent.

The room is very comfortable equipped with a medium size fridge/Frezzer, dishwasher, sink, small electric cooktop, safe, iron and a HUGE 60"TV although not smart tv but you can cast your phone to it. Bed is super comfortable. The bad thing is its location although close to a metro station the area is not the best. I wasn't bothered by any noise.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Great rooftop restaurant with amazing views. The rooms are extremely spacious, in suite laundry, dishwasher and everything you would need for a short or long stays

Se descansa bien. Buena cama buen aire acondicionado. La habitación espaciosa. El agua caliente de la ducha o es muy caliente o muy fría. No hay punto intermedio.

Check in was a pain, they gave a room the card did not work and changed a card for another room which did not work and third time I went back they said they made a mistake of assigning wrong room and they gave third key and different room. It was pain of going up and down with languages three times. Room A/C was not cooling , room was very noisy.

HS Hotsson is a super comfortable hotel with kitchenette , washer and dryer and the staff is very, very helpful and always with a smile. We are happy to stay here. Excellent choice.

Terrible, todo en conjunto fue horrible. Desde que llegamos el servicio del personal fue terrible, muy poco amables, nisiquiera quieren dirigirte la palabra, no nos queria atender la persona que estaba en el mostrador, despues de 10 minutos decidio atendernos, cuando no habia nadie más que nosotros, después marcamos para pedir servicio a la habitación y deacolgaron la vocina y nunca contestaron, después marcamos a recepción y Alexa nos comunico nuevente y nunca obtuvimos respuesta ni de Alexa que era la recepcionista ni del restaurante, marque más de 10 veces. Al día siguiente contratamos el desayuno, el cuál esta terrible la comida esta salda, el cafe parece agua de calcetín, peor al de un velorio, el cafe de olla pasado y adicional la comida nos hizo daño. Que lastima tiene una excelente ubicación y vista de la ciudad, pero el personal tiene una actitud pésima. No vayan, hay muchos lugares en la ciudad con el mismo precio y mejor servicio.

Inició bien con el check in, rápido y sin complicaciones. El problema fue que aunque avisé que tenía que hacer el check out 2 horas más tarde (y me dijeron que no había problema), al otro día me bloquearon mi llave de la habitación y el personal se portó muy grosero al decirme que no había el check out a la hora que debía hacerlo (a pesar de que avise). Al parecer no hay comunicación entre el personal, y no registraron mi solicitud de check out mas tarde. Muy mal que el personal se haya portado tan grosero.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel dejó mucho que desear, especialmente por el pésimo servicio en recepción. A nuestra llegada, nos informaron que la habitación ya estaba lista, pero si queríamos ocuparla antes de las 3 pm (llegamos 12:45 pm) teníamos que pagar medio día adicional. Hasta ahí, podría entenderse como una política del hotel. El problema serio vino después: la recepcionista no revisó correctamente nuestra reservación y nos asignó una categoría diferente a la contratada. Más tarde, cuando ya estábamos listos para salir a un evento importante, nos llamó para decirnos que debíamos desocupar la habitación y cambiarnos a otra, prácticamente idéntica, solo ligeramente más pequeña. Este error nos hizo llegar tarde a nuestro compromiso. Cuando le pregunté qué habría pasado si no estuviéramos presentes, su respuesta fue que hubieran sacado nuestras cosas de la habitación, sin mencionar qué pasaría con los objetos en la caja fuerte. Un total desprecio por la privacidad y seguridad de sus huéspedes. Lo peor fue la actitud de la recepcionista: descortés, sin el menor interés en ofrecer una solución amable, y claramente más preocupada por encubrir su error que por dar una buena atención. La gestión de este hotel necesita una revisión urgente, especialmente en el área de recepción, donde parece no haber noción de lo que significa la hospitalidad. En contraste, el restaurante fue una grata sorpresa: camareros amables, anfitriona atenta, cocina excelente.

Nice suites hotel, very spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located. The area around the hotel is not necessarily nice but from there it’s easy to get to other parts of town

Second time staying in this hotel. Rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. Everything feels new. Reception people are super nice and welcoming. Room was quiet for being next to a busy avenue. This is a great hotel if staying for business, long stay, or just hang out in room to relax. I was on a 6 floor so I had a nice view. Its like an apartment, full kitchen and amenities. The only cons is not very convenient to public transportation, not in a touristy area. But fine if you uber straight from here. There is a soriana supermarket and sanborns 6 minute walk away and a pharmacy next door 5 seconds walk.

Excelente hotel para hospedarte. Habitación muy cómoda, atención excelente de parte del personal y la limpieza de la habitación impecable. Mi único inconveniente es que la zona donde esta ubicado el hotel se me hizo un poco insegura si quieres ir a lugares caminando. Nosotros preferimos usar transporte para no caminar por la zona.

Este hotel está maravilloso para quienes vienen a eventos o estancias cortas. Habitaciones super bien equipadas, como un pequeño apartamento. La comida y cocina del restaurant excelente y variada. Estacionamiento por 70 pesos diarios. Cerca de condesa Excelente opción para parejas también.

The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced on the road, and I have been on the road a long time. I plan on returning to Mexico City and the HS HOTTSSON will be my New Mexico City home. I would not recommend the rooftop restaurant, not because of the food but because of the service. I was the only person in the restaurant. It took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge my presence. I finally received a menu. There were at least five employees that I counted who were there. It took 15 minutes for them to take my order……correction….after 15 minutes I went to the bar area and 4 employees were simply standing around talking. Took a long time to get my first dish but after that things went smoothly. I have little tolerance for poor service. But other than the restaurant issue, this is an excellent hotel that I will certainly return to next year.

Rude waitstaff in the roof-top restaurant. 20 min wait for carpaccio which was actually cooked because it was probably sitting under a heat lamp. We complained about the wait time and tried to cancel the order. There were only two of us in the restaurant. He said we would still have to pay. All of a sudden it “was ready”. Why would we eat carpaccio that was grey and curling up from heat or being cooked. Server made a big deal and had a huge attitude. He also served us COLD red wine. Lol house keeping didn’t change the sheets. Just put them back on.they also stuffed the decorative pillow next to a wall and a closet. I would also be weary of leaving valuables there. We used the safe and still were missing $200 American dollars. I don’t want to blame anyone, as we know house keeping varies daily. The last day of our stay was clearly another staff member. Everything was super clean and organized. We also got new sheets! Front desk was phenomenal through and through. Always greeted us with a smile on their face. The mini bar guy was cool too. We did miss a day though. But nice guy. The hotel was nice. Our room was nice. Even not switching the sheets wasn’t that big of a deal. The nasty server that charged us over 400 pesos for two chilled red wines and a bottle of water( didn’t honor the 20% discount) and the theft is the reason we wouldn’t go back. Try the hotel at your own risk. Don’t leave valuables in the room!! The theft left us disappointed.

My only complaint was that the food (from the restaurant, buffet and room service) was often cold (and hard). The flavor was there but it was still disappointing.
