Best Inn

Awful quality of bed and bedding. Poor lighting. Bathroom was worse than grungy! Under side of toilet bowl was very streaky with mess. Along the floor board there was so much that should have been swept and mopped. We had a 2 night reservation but changed our plans and left after the one night. An experience I hope to never experience again

The most gross motel I’ve ever stayed at. There was sewer flies EVERYWHERE, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, cobwebs and spiders all over and just absolutely trash. I’m talking choking on bugs going to sleep.

driver needed sleep before next trip---dogs barking next room & kids screaming. Bathroom floor had feces that no one bothered to clean up & heat was broken. Left & slept in vehicle!! should get a refund, there 3 hrs

Used rubber by the parking spot, shotty interior that smelled like mildew, piss, and old food. Walls hardly finished, nasty dirty floors sink when you walk on them. Nothing in the room was clean. Nothing. Old pizza crust and just nastiness under the bed. Towels and wash cloths are stained. Tub was disgusting. Been itching since we got there. Hopefully nothing travelled with us. Save your money and sleep in your car or camp and youll be much more comfortable. Looks more like a place to hide from the law or smoke crack. If thats your thing and you dont mind weird bites, this is your place. Couldnt find another room but wish we had just driven the remaining 2 hours and camped.

What was unique? The bed bugs

This Inn was subpar in many ways. I killed two daddy long leg spiders in the bathroom, and there were cobwebs as well. We chose to wear sandals into the shower. Two of the electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work, but the one above the mirror did work. The small refrigerator contained someone else’s 2 Liter half-empty Pepsi bottle. There were food particles and one long hair in the bottom of the refrigerator, the chairs in the kitchenette were soiled. There was no coffee pot in the room as the outdoor sign suggested. The free Wi-Fi was unsecured. The air conditioner labored all night, yet did not cool the room. Once there, we read the other reviews, and did a bed check and found a small bug (about the size of a pinhead) crawling between the sheets. It probably was not a "bedbug". We pulled the sheets and examined the head and foot of the mattress, and saw no other evidence of bugs. We considered sleeping in the car, and checked other hotels, but were stuck because the weekend was during the Wellsville hot air balloon rally and other lodging in the area were booked full. When we went to complain to the manager, he insisted there was no bedbug, but added maybe it was an ant or a fly. They also insisted that the room was clean. In the end we reluctantly chose to sleep in the room, that being said, at least the mattresses were comfortable. I have traveled internationally to Third World countries, and have had better accommodations.

The rooms next to the one they gave us the key to contents were all sitting outside and the doors were off. Expedia take this off your site. This is not something you would want to support or have as an option for places to stay.

Qires sticking out of the wall the heater did not work fire alarm not in stalled... place had mold on celling bacth room nasty as all hell

The place is simply a wreck and other guests were loud and noisy all night. The worst motel I have ever stayed in.

This place is a dump. It appears that most of the rooms are on a month to month bases. The room was dirty it reeked of pot and cigarette smoke furniture was broken the chairs in the room was cheep lawn furniture. There was no control for the heat so the air conditioner ran almost continuous .the refrigerator was totally iced up and ran continuously the bathroom needed to be totally gutted and re modeled. I don’t think the windows have ever been washed. The entrance door did not shut or lock properly you could see day light all around the door. DO NOY STAY HERE

Room was bad , lights very dim , bad smell , did not feel safe , door felt unsecured, shady individuals outside of room , Miracle stood in room for 10 minutes mainly because family looking for another hotel to spend the night, once found gave back room key to front desk and never looked back, Disgusted with hotel and Disappointed Hotels.com for having this as a choice, this is a first for me and my family a refund for not spending the night in those conditions is valid

The room was musty and set off my allergies. The mattress was old and very uncomfortable.

The room was in a terrible state of repair. The floor was coming up in place which created a tripping hazard, There were numerous cracks and holes in the walls. The bath towels were very small and not very absorbent. There was a single, low wattage lamp in the sleeping area.

We were unable to make the trip due to my wife taking ill. The motel did not respond to my comment. They had their money and that was all they cared about.

Arrived to find appearance NOTHING like presented via Expedia website, office was closed & no one answered number posted on door. Discovered that location is used as “half-way home for released convicts & that police is constantly called for “incidents”! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The staff was nice and was hospitable

I reserved a smoking room and when I got there the guy tells me that he doesn’t have a smoking room left. I told him I reserved one and that the only reason I was at that hotel was because I was able to reserve a smoking room. He tells me I can smoke in the room but not much. I get to the room and he definitely shouldn’t have been concerned about me smoking. The bathroom door knob fell off in my hand on the first day. My husband fixed that thankfully. Go to take a shower and that’s a joke! We ended up going to Walmart and bought a cheap shower head for the shower. We also bought 2 more pillows because the ones that were in the room were horrible. The rooms are cheap to rent but you definitely get what you pay for. Be prepared!

This place was a complete dump. The place was inhumane. The bathroom was gross, the a/c turned on but did not cool. From when I got there it was a complete bad experience. I was down there for the weekend and rented a 2 queen bed room. The person at the counter ended up telling me that the room I had rented was not available and that’s the only choice I had. The place is a place to stay for the homeless. Completely horrible experience.

This hotel should not be on you website it is disgusting could not even use the shower so gross has Decon in closet beds are gross but was stuck here paid for 4 rooms and couldn’t get a refund. My niece had a service dog and I was charged $10 which is illegal!

You charged me twice and I never checked in due to the terrible condition of the hotel!!! It looked nothing like the picture on your website. The condition was horrible!! I tried to cancel my reservation and the website didn’t work. I tried to cancel with the hotel and they told me I couldn’t. I am very upset with your website!!!!

Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! The place was a motel style with private entrance which we appreciated for an easy commute to our vehicle and other guests were quiet. It was the middle of the week. Typical motel setup with the basics. We also appreciated being able to check in at 2:30pm which I believe check in is at noon according to hotels.com so that was a bonus since it’s earlier than other motels. This was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you.

It waa scary, there was a tent less than 30 ft from my room. The doors were kicked in. When locked you could still push the door open. Boogers all over the wall. Bed gad stains all over and brown clumps all over. I honestly was so scared I did not return I lost 190 dollars because of the false advertisement their pictires are from other hotels.

I slept like a log, but it wasn’t even close to being “modern.” Clean, but no breakfast offered.
