Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Good air conditioning as it was extremely hot when we were there. Nice bar and the free drinks as an option instead of room cleaning. We were in the ground floor and my personal preference would to be on a higher floor.

Nice boutique hotel with an African theme situated perfectly in the centre of town close to restaurants and bars. The eurostar station is only about a 10 minute walk. All the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Sidonie on reception. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable with good quality duvet and linen. The air conditioning was lovely and cool which was very welcome as it was 30 degrees outside. The breakfast was varied and plentiful though the hot food was not warm enough. We enjoyed our stay during the Fête de la Musique and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night with our son who uses a wheelchair. The hotel absolutely fantastic just a short walk from the EuroStar and we were warmly greeted. Fantastic room on the ground floor which made it easy being step free and felt at ease that safety evacuation would be easy in the event of an emergency. Beautiful decor and room perfect for our needs including two large beds one of which a comfy sofa bed and we all slept so well. En-suite accessible wetroom with heated floor and extremely spacious. Breakfast delicious and amazing range of foods and drinks. The staff team incredibly attentive and knowledgeable and we can’t wait to return. Hotel perfectly situated near everything we needed. Perfect break away thank you
