Loved this hotel! Very nice newer, clean, beautiful. They even thought of some liiitle things that other hotels don’t. Comfortable Seating areas in the lobby, large covered patio with fireplaces and comfortable seating. Many tables and chairs out there too. A small pond with swings and chairs to enjoy outside as well. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Definitely a new favorite!!

It is a wonderful hotel, very clean and like new!! The room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We saw smiles from them all! It is quiet and yet close to stores and all the beauty of the city.

Really bad. The carpets were dirty- the place needs a thorough cleaning. The staff fails to tell you that housekeeping must be requested but seems befuddled when you ask for service. This hotel is an overpriced mess!

The sheets are not being properly cleaned with hot water and disinfectant or The bed and pillows themselves, half absorbed body, odors, and oils and need to be replaced! Very disappointing because we loved everything else about the hotel.

My favorite place to stay when I’m in town. Friendly staff, nice rooms. The nice gal at the desk placed me in a great room. It seems like it almost time for new sheets, and mattresses. Getting lumpy and the sheets were pilled and not as soft. My only complaint

The room was very nice with comfortable queen beds for the family . It was located close to the downtown with easy access to restaurants and shops . Little Traverse Bay was easily viewable . You pay high season , premium prices for exceptionally little. The staff exerts minimum effort. I stayed for four days and asked for service each day- my bed was never made nor my towels picked up. DONT STAY HERE- ever!

Beautiful, comfortable property with a great assortment of amenities. I also can’t say I’ve ever met a more helpful or friendly staff - shout out to the night crew on Aug 26 for assisting us with our 10 pm Ramen fix! Wish the location was a little closer to downtown but it did provide a quiet home-like atmosphere after our days exploring.

My wife and I were celebrating our 13 year anniversary. From the time we arrived to we left we had the best customer service from the front desk and all the staff there we will definitely go back. The facility is very clean quiet and comfortable. The food and drinks were amazing.
