The staff were helpful, attentive, and available. Parking was easy and safe but there is a daily charge of $15. Swimming pool was very clean, restroom area in pool area was very clean. There are 2 patio areas with tables and chairs. Breakfast... 2 options. A bag and go option. With fruit, water, snacks. Ready to go, easy to eat or take to Disneyland. Second breakfast option was a voucher for the Dennys next door. Which was great. Great choices for kids and adults. Room is a little outdated with older carpet. A fridge and microwave were in the room. Shower had a little window which was great for air flow.

Both me and my kids love this hotel so much we booked it for a second night from the huge pool to the warm Jacuzzi to the super comfortable beds. Everything was absolutely perfect and most definitely to our standards. Looking forward to our next day. Thank you for having us.

Between the price, location and amazing staff we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for our Disney vacation. We arrived early for pre check in and was surprised our room was ready and we got to check in early for no additional cost. The room was clean and a good size. It had a good bathtub which is definitely a must if going to Disney, even just to be able to speak your feet at the end of the day. The pool was fantastic not only a great temperature and very clean, it is a salt water pool which is better for your hair and skin imo. The hot tub was even better for relaxing after waking 10+ miles in the parks. Without being able to soak and relax I definitely don't think our family's vacation would have been as enjoyable. We definitely will be looking at staying here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay within walking distance of the parks.

Good location. Was even able to see the fireworks from the property. Pool was cold and hot tub was warm but the bubbles didn’t work. Like how they have a hot breakfast deal with the Denny’s in the same parking lot

We booked the hotel because we wanted to do a family swim. Their pool area is spacious and it has a decent size hot tub, as well. This area is always kept clean and maintained with clean pool towels. We had fun as a family. Thank you Best Western Pavilions!

We checked in very late after our landing in LA, and we stepped in our room at almost 11:30, the first thing we saw is the food crumbles on the floor , those are suppose to be quite easy to clean.

Carpet dirty and not vacuumed. Woke up to flooded bathroom shoes and clothes soaking wet. Several other rooms also flooded same morning. Had to pack up all our belongings and children and move to another room. Caused our day to be delayed by 2 hours

The room was very clean and we received maid service every morning. We arrived at the hotel to drop off our luggage before heading to the Disney parks. A room became available and we were allowed to check in immediately. Great customer service!!!

I am a huge clean freak and germaphobe and I usually am grossed out by hotel rooms, but these rooms were SO CLEAN I couldn’t find a single thing that grossed me out! The rooms are dated but I don’t mind, they are well taken care of. The breakfast is also amazing, free breakfast at Denny’s!

We ended up at this hotel after a spontaneous Disneyland trip and realizing we booked the wrong place. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room felt dated and unclean, with a warm, stuffy atmosphere since the air wasn’t running before we arrived. It took quite a while to cool down after a hot day walking through the parks. The carpet looked like it was designed to hide stains rather than being properly cleaned. The bathroom was bare, and we even found both a dead and a live cricket in there. Also the bathroom had a creepy window that doesn't lock that opens to the parking lot behind the hotel. For $220 a night plus an extra $15 for parking, this place just isn’t worth it.

We weren’t in the room much, but when we were it was dark and not really a place to hang out. The beds were very comfortable and we slept good! Lots of different pillow choices, which was nice. The voucher for breakfast was good as well.

Repeat guest. My hotel of choice for my Disneyland trips. Super friendly and professional staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good AC. Solo traveler feels safe. The only things that keep it from being 5 star are the water pressure and the thin walls and ceilings. You can hear your neighbors and if on ground floor (my preference) walking sounds like stomping. But for the price, the cheapest parking fee so close to the parks and all the other good things I just try to grin and bear it. And the free breakfast included from Denny's next door (2 coupons per room included but you can purchase more super cheap at the desk) makes it super easy to get up early if you want to get to the parks early.

Location was perfect, only about 20 minute walk to the gates of Disney, staff were very nice and welcoming. The walls are a bit thin though so we could hear everything from our neighbours next door and the people above us and the AC didn’t seem to be working well but overall it’s a great place for the price - would stay here again!

This is a decent place to stay. If you are on the main floor, you will hear a ton of noise from upstairs. Walls between rooms are also very thin. It’s a good 20 minute walk to Downtown Disney. 30 mins to park entrances.

Overall, not bad….the only major issues were the TV, the AC and the WiFi were all terrible. The AC’s looking like they are from the 90’s….it was so loud and so dirty that I could smell the dust burning. The wifi was absolutely terrible, couldn’t stream anything as there was nothing worth watching on the TV, which was also old and needs updating. Could also change out the shutters for black out curtains…too much light was coming in from outside made it difficult to sleep.

Wow, I didn’t know they had a tiny lcd tv that was smaller than my monitor at home and is NOT SMART Internet is running about 23 mbps and is very slow, even though knowing that, it is hard to connect through their website connection service.

The hotel was within a 20 min walking distance to Disney. Our room was cleaned every day by the time we got home with fresh new towels and bed made and things tidy. It really made the difference! The only downside was the fridge wouldn’t close all the way so our food couldn’t stay too cold, but it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. They provided us with vouchers to the nearby Dennys, the hot tub was big and the pool was beautiful. It was a great hotel, we would definitely stay there again!

Followed instructions regarding ADA to contact hotel with booking # in advance. I did and Giovanni was very rude and said that we could get room on 2nd floor with no elevator even though my husband was on wheelchair I told him I would contact corporate that he was not following ada accommodations and their on line instructions. Called next day to speak to a manager, however spoke with Hanna and she let me know that we were getting a downstairs room. After first night our bathroom was cleaned trash emptied but beds not made and pillows as well as cushion left on the floor. We were not told that housekeeping was just going to do that or not coming.

It was quite disappointing. No early check available but the people at the desk was given early check in. Shower curtain was broken. The male front desk attendant with glasses was not helpful and a bit rude!

We had fun. The TV wasn't working properly so I went to the reception to let them know. By the time I got back to the room the guy was there trying to fix it. They replaced the TV straight away. Can't fault the service. Free hot chocolate and other hot drinks in reception. The Denny's breakfast is a choice from a set menu, but you can add extra stuff and pay on top. It was fine, and better than most free breakfasts in the Disney area. I've eaten a lot of them. Overall a good stay. The walk to the park is not too bad but people with a walking disability might find it tough. It's a bit lonely walking back at night but it is well lit. There wasn't many other people around though. Just be aware in Anaheim, grown men riding small bikes are up to no good.

Enjoyed our 8 night stay at Best Western Plus Pavilions. Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Our room was cleaned daily whish is a bonus in post Covid times. We had a coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge in the room. All areas were kept extremely clean. Breakfast vouchers were very helpful, as well as the To Go bags. We walked to the parks via Down Town Disney (approx 15 min) and to the park entrances was another 10 min walk. Felt safe walking day or night. The only issue was connecting to the internet on occasion. Wasn't a big deal as it didn't happen often. I would definitely stay here again!

So impressed with this hotel. Easy walk to downtown Disney and the Disney parks, and the staff was consistently wonderful, helpful, and professional. There's a Vietnamese restaurant next door that's outstanding - highly recommend! Easy parking, freeway access, and getting around. Will stay here again for sure.

My daughter and I recently stayed here to spend a few days at downtown Disney and the Parks. It is not a short walk, but not bad...about 10-15 to Downtown and 15-20 to the park entrances. It was very convenient to go through security at the DT entrance. Rooms and property are not fancy, but are very clean and staff was helpful. On site self parking is $15 extra per day.

Great property very near the walking entrance down Disneyland Dr to the Downtown Disney Entrance. ART shuttle covered stop right in front. Nice motel, well kept property. You get a voucher for breakfast to Dennys right on property and a daily grab and go you can use as snacks for the park. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

This hotel was perfect for the occasion, a Disneyland trip. My family and I used the pool even though it was a bit chilly. The room was a decent size, but I was a bit disgusted when my son found a "lubricate" bottle on the side of the bed. The free breakfast was at Denny's which was not the greatest. They also provided a to go breakfast which we never picked up. The walk to Disney was a good 15 minutes. I would stay again, as I have in the past.

Description on Hotels.com says they have a shuttle to Disneyland. They do not. They said we could catch the Anaheim city shuttle for $6 each person. The description also said they had breakfast. They do not. They give you a voucher for 2 people to eat at Dennys next door. Makes it hard if you have a family you were planning on feeding. If I had known either of those things beforehand, I would have stayed somewhere else.

We decided to take a last minute trip to Disneyland and wanted a budget friendly clean hotel within walking distance! This checked all of the boxes. It was a little misleading saying breakfast was included. They give you a breakfast voucher for 2 people each morning of your stay to eat off of a limited menu at Dennys next door. There were 4 of us so that was a bummer. It was a really short walk to downtown Disney were we hopped on the tram to and from the park. We would stay here again if we couldn’t find a cheaper option that included breakfast for us all.

The ‘included’ breakfast was a basic pack of an orange, a cereal bar, a pastry, and some water. Or they offfered a voucher for three items at Denny’s for 2 of the 4 of us. Overall it was decent, but I’ve had better versions of the ‘plus’ brand from best western.
