I booked room 16 on the top floor, the room was clean, but there was no hot water to shower for 5 days, the toilet did flush, full of human waste. I am fluent in spanish, the maintenance boy knew nothing how to fix it, (it was the water pump). The cleaning lady let me shower once in a dirty room. This place is not maintained. I messaged the hostess multiple times with whatsapp, they used an automated robot response and did absolutely nothing. 6 days unable to shower. They stole my money and disgraced Polanco Mexico.

La propiedad es bonita, pero entiendo que no es un hotel, parece más un edificio de departamentos. Los acabados de la sala y recamara parecen nuevos, sin embargo el baño si se nota que es antiguo y requiere remodelación. Durante nuestra estancia se fue la energía eléctrica desde las 9 de la mañana, hicimos checkout y aún no regresaba, no nos ofrecieron horas de cortesía o algo adicional y entiendo que no cuentan con una planta de energía electrica para casos así.

Muy limpio, baño, cama limpios. El baño se inunda por que la cortina de plástico de la regadera está muy corta, olor a caño, tuvimos que dejar correr el agua un rato para bajar el olor, pero todo huele a humedad. La cama rechina parece que en una vuelta se cae, entra mucha luz, mucho ruido, no sirve el volumen de la tele, no tiene suficientes trastes por ejemplo solo un vaso para 2 personas, no tiene toalla de manos. No nos gustó, muy caro para lo que es.

La ubicación es excelente, sin embargo, anuncian “cama individual” y realmente era un catre con colchón que cada vez que te mueves rechina horrible, había muchísimo polvo abajo de la cama, las paredes estaban súper sucias, el baño terriblemente sucio y no tienen amenidades básicas como plancha y secadora de cabello. Las pedí y me dijeron que “no sabían dónde estaban”. Adicional a eso, no hay manera de usar el internet.

Lo mejor es la ubicación! Pero el edificio es viejo... las sabanas manchadas, sin contactos en la habitacion ni para la lampara de buró. Los colchones bien. Pero la apariencia de la habitacion es de regular a mala. Baño se ve sucio, pisos manchados, regadera pequeña y poca agua Me hospede en la que tiene coconeta pero reamente ni la use.. y creo es lo mas rescatable.

Las paredes son muy delgadas y tuve que escuchar intimidades de otros huespedes. Llovió y entro agua bajo la puerta. Aadicional llegue en la madrugada y avise y sin embargo no fejaron la llave donde indicaban y pase mucho susto hasta que abrieron la puerta. A pesar de que el personal fue muy amable estuve muy asustada. Las sabanas y la cama no se sentian limpias.

Definitivamente lo mejor es la ubicación. Los cuartos bien en general, recientemente remodelados. Limpieza en general bien, aunque en mi cuarto había hormigas. La pintura de paredes y muros no en el mejor estado. La insonorización hacia el ruido exterior no es muy buena, se oia mucho el zumbido de una bomba de agua y algún otro motor de los servicios. Me dicen los empleados que han tenido problemas de agua en momentos, aunque no es tanto culpa de la propiedad. En general es buena opción por el costo y la zona.

The location is great but the room is not soundproofed at all, I could even hear the next door occupants sighing ------ like they were standing next to my bed and sighing! The wooden flooring in the hallway was also very bad, uninterrupted sounds of people talking loudly suitcase wheels rubbing on the floor and the thumping of things falling on the floor. It was booked for three days, but I decided to leave the first night.

Muy bien ubicado el hotel, pero junto a Marina Nacional, una avenida muy ruidosa. No se hace limpieza a la habitación diario sino que hay que solicitarla. El espacio es muy pequeño, pero no me pareció mal. Si la habitación individual con baño privado tuviera un Refri, estaría muy bien.

Llegamos 6:30pm aproximadamente no abrieron al tocar el timbre. Solo pudimos entrar por otros huéspedes que estaban saliendo y al entrar, tampoco bajaban a recibirnos. Hasta varias llamadas al personal por fin bajaron a atender.

Se tardaron en entregar la habitación casi una hora, no había nadie que atendiera, el Sr Armando nunca contestó el tel y la Srita Nicole dijo que llegaba en 5 min y tardó como 20 min. La habitación estaba mal arreglada y no hubo agua caliente. No nos pudimos bañar y aunque le llame an Armando nunca contestó. Es pésimo servicio para la ubicación que tienen. Tuve una experiencia muy negativa en este hotel. A pesar de haber realizado una reservación con antelación, al llegar no me abrieron la puerta para hospedarme, lo que resultó en que me quedara sin cuarto. Este tipo de situación es completamente inaceptable, ya que confié en la reserva y esperé un servicio profesional. Es muy decepcionante que no haya habido ninguna solución por parte del hotel, dejándome sin opción de alojamiento a última hora. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie debido a la falta de atención y compromiso con los huéspedes. ESPERO LA DEVOLUCIÓN DE MI DINERO

Es de bajo costo y la habitación es buena sin embargo el servicio es malo. Trate de dejar en resguardo mi equipaje desde la mañana y no logre encontrar a alguien que me apoyara en el teléfono que tiene el hotel. No tuve serviso de toallas, quedaron de llevarlas porque no habia toallas limpias y nunca llegaron.

Es un edificio de departamentos de 1 habitación con cocineta (equipada con microondas, frigobar, estufa) y sala cada uno. Se encuentran a menos de 10 minutos caminando de plaza carso, Antara y plaza Miyana. La limpieza del depto no es diaria. La relación precio- calidad es buena. El lugar es cómodo.

Alojamiento económico. Excelente si requieres hacer un trámite, viajas por trabajo o algo por el estilo. Está en Polanco, la plaza Antara está cruzando la calle, en ella podrás encontrar un cine, food court (area de alimentos) y muchas tiendas de ropa. El edificio es algo antiguo y se nota en algunos detalles, la habitación en la que me hospedé era cómoda, había agua caliente (presión media) télévision con Izzi, servicio de internet. Recomendable, volvería a ir 👍
