Loved this location and hotel, loved the cafe at the first floor there was a train station really close by along with Family Marts. They had AC that was functioning and that made a huge difference in our comfort! It was a nice building with great amenities

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times now due to its great location - so close to many subway lines! Very easy to get to. Room is a small but not unexpected as it is central Tokyo. The room is well equipped with a safe, fridge (with bottled water, free of charge), amenities (there are more at the entrance if I need more). There is a little gym and the public bath too, the public bath is a great idea after a long day of meetings.

Excellent location, great customer service, and easy check-in and check-out. Closest JR station is a 10 min walk away. Closest metro station is a 4 min walk away. There is a coin washer/dryer on the second floor, but it is recommended to only do light loads sjnce the machines are a bit small. Toilettries are available to take if you're missung something. Luggage transportation to another hotel is available if you don't want to travel with luggages throughout the day and you're heading out to another city. Be mindful of the timing for delivery though. If you request it at check out and you are leaving for Osaka or Kyoto, it will arrive the next day.

Modern clean hotel. Pleasant breakfast/ bar area. Rooms are (very) small with no storage apart from a couple of hooks. Bathrooms clean and work well. Staff friendly. Gym has cardio and a single mat, no weights or weight machines. Didn't try the onsen.

While rooms are small, hotel had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Conveniently located in Ginza district within walking distance of train station. Onsen was lovely. What struck us most was the inviting lobby setup and checkin as well as open bar/coffee area. Would definitely stay again

Only a few minutes walking distance to the Tokyo Metro at Higashi-Ginza. Staff were warm and welcoming. Most amenities are available for self-service at the lobby. Self-service laundry available for a nominal fee, and the machines remain locked for a period after finishing so that you don't have to feel rushed. Did not try the public bath, but rooms were clean and comfortable. You have the option for room service; but, if you decline, they will still give you a new set of towels every day. Wifi worked with no issues, and air conditioning was excellent (<70 degrees Celsius) during summer season. Hair dryer and hangers included. Only area for potential improvement is having better ventilation in the shower, as it would take a long time to dry out and I didn't see an option outside the shower for turning on a drying fan.

We had a wonderful stay at the square hotel GINZA! The location is perfect. Central to everything we needed in Tokyo and just a short walk to Tokyo Station, which made getting around super easy. The rooms are cosy but exceptionally clean, and the entire hotel is spotless and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For the price, this hotel is amazing value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo! Arigatōgozaimasu!

Beautifully decorated hotel, friendly helpful staff, free luggage storage, nice cafe. Very poor cleanliness, toilet was dusty and dirty, room was very dusty and gave us allergy symptoms. Location good and accessible but very busy area + loud street noises due to main road. Everything else aligned with a 3* hotel aside from the cleanliness which was poor.

Twin room premium - The beds were so hard, it was like lying on a wooden block. Asked for a mattress topper but made no difference. So uncomfortable. Toilet room looked dirty and stained on the walls. I commented to staff who said it was in need of painting. The toilet and bathroom were at separate ends of the room so you had to walk from toilet to wash your hands in bathroom. It was a reasonable price but we woul,d not return. Rather pay more for comfort.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short, easy walk to great eateries and, best of all, Starbucks Reserve (my favorite!). Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!!

The location was great and area walkable. The staff of the hotel did not speak english and were a bit rude. They did not let you drink or eat anything on the common areas (e.g lobby) that was not bought from the hotel. I believe this was our right as we are paying the hotel and they should have a common area where we can sit down and eat or chat without being kicked out. The room did not have a table or chairs so where are we suppose to eat snacks or anything ? Staff did not want to help or took the time to explain why. The gym only had 3 machines for cardio? but did not have any weights or mats. Breakfast was okay - same food every day. Not many options. Beds were comfortable but they should provide pillows of different styles. Overall okay but extremely expensive for what it is.

The hotel is modern and clean, however the room was very small despite getting the Deluxe Double which is one of the large rooms available. Staff were helpful, the toilet and bath in the room were brilliant. We had a coffee in the bar which again was great service. The room would be a great size for a solo traveler, but for 2 nights it was a tight squeeze for 2 adults with luggage which is why the lower rating. Also, the aircon controller was positioned directly opposite the bed so we kept waking up cause of the green light on it and had to cover it with a shirt as we could not locate a way to turn off the light but keep the air con on.

The hotel is a short walk away to Higashi-Ginza, Ginza, Yurakucho Station which makes it very convenient to get around. It's easy to get to Narita or Haneda Airport too via Exit 3 (elevator) of Higashi-Ginza Station next to the Kabuki Theatre. Food options are plenty and the main shopping area is just 2-3 roads walk away and takes less than 10 mins walk. The room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay and the staff were very friendly! We really enjoyed the winter specials (apple pie & apple tea latte) from the cafe at the lobby as well.

施設環境は綺麗で快適に過ごせたのですが、スタッフの対応に始終違和感でした。先ずチェックインシステムについての説明が雑です。予め事前チェックインをしておくように説明を受けたのですが、そんなシステムがあるとは思わなかったのでその場で事前チェックインをしました。これで完了かと思ったら、今度は隣にあるPCの操作が必要との事で、、しかもシステムを導入しているPCの台数が限られているので、前の人のチェックインが完了するまで待ちの時間がありました。予めチェックの流れを説明して欲しかったです。そもそもホテルに着いていながら事前チェックインする必要性は？チェックインシステムについても自分で操作しながら把握していくスタイルは違うかと、、次に朝食についてですが、朝食自体は美味しかったのですが、写真にあるようなベーグルは出て来ませんでした。いかにも朝食で出てきそうな写真に惹かれていただけにショックでした。だったら注釈で朝食に含まれていない、別途料金が掛かるなど記載して欲しかったです。極め付けはチェックアウト時です。混雑していたためか、スタッフがイラついていました。施設環境が良かっただけに何だか残念です。リピートは無いかなぁ…。

Had to self scan our passports on arrival using a machine, which was a bit of a nightmare after travelling for 30 hours. Staff weren’t very helpful and just left us to it, then were rude to us and laughing amongst themselves when the machine cancelled the process. Put a bit of a dark shadow over our stay, after having such positive experiences with hotel staff during our other stays. Toilet is in a different room to the sink and shower. Toilet room had sparks/stains of goodness knows what up the walls. Nice area to stay in Ginza, close to everything

The highlight of this hotel is the fabulous breakfast and the staff. Bar service was excellent but drink size was minuscule. I am not well travelled in Japan so I can only judge by American standards.

Very modern Hotel , i like the hotel expect the room was small , Breakfast seating area was very limited only few tables . Also at breakfast it was quail eggs offered not chicken eggs and some staff were not consistent in our request for hot milk . Location was fantastic so near the subway station .

I loved the amenities (facial masks) and the day-service staff at Frontdesk. The girls at the frontdesk were very helpful. Very good to could lend an adapter. Breakfast was good but could be a bit more choices (maybe ham/salami instead of salad) Thank you for a nice stay!
