Great location and great room! It also has an amazing rooftop! Areas of improvement: Not consistent presence at the front desk (you don’t have a “key”, so you can’t get in yourself and have to wait for someone to let you in the building), and they don’t give you a new towel every day (you have to bring old wet towels downstairs and then they’ll exchange and give a new one but you may not always have time in a rush)

Very easy check-in because there is a person at the front desk, unlike many small places. Amazing rooftop. The place is small but very functional and really good attention to detail. It's at the edge of condesa so a short walk to the heart of it. 100% would go back

Great Space. Modern space. It’s an apartment style room. There is construction going on right next to the hotel. If you plan on staying in the hotel majority of the day I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Otherwise take advantage it’s affordable and new!

La estancia ha sido excelente desde el ingreso al inmueble como al salir del alojamiento. Está muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son confortables, están limpias y bien equipadas. Lo más sorprendente ha sido el trato del personal, muy atentos y amables. Tiene una terraza en la parte superior que merece la pena utilizar, al igual que el gym, con todo lo necesario. Sin duda alguna me volvería a hospedar aquí.

The apartment was clean. Location is okay, within walking distance to great restaurants.However, if you are looking for a quiet place at night, for rest, this is definitely not a place to stay. The traffic and the neighbouring dogs are extremely loud. There is no parking at this “hotel” and it’s tricky to find. Furthermore, the hotel’s name, as it’s advertised on Expedia, is no longer. The number of the building is also not outside the hotel, which made me loose over an hour of my day, to find it. The hotel is located straight across a university, so during the day there is a lot of noise and bumper to bumper traffic. The air conditioning was not working, during our stay, so it was extremely hot in our apartment, even with the windows open at night. Aside from the cleanliness, which was my favourite part, I would definitely not stay there again .

Had a really nice stay here. Friendly staff, felt very safe with front door staff. Clean and nice facility, overall quiet. Beautiful rooftop patio. Great location for getting around Condesa and Roma neighborhoods.

En general el hotel esta muy bonito, se ve limpio huele suempre super rico, la atención es buena, esta en una ubicación segura, nosotros nos ivamos caminando a comer o cenar, sin embargo la regadera fue todo un problema, no se lograba regular el agua, o salia super caliente o muy fria, la vdd es que ni lo reportamos porque casi no estuvimos en el hotel.

The area is nice but the room was too noisy with the university in front, the room was a bit dirty when we arrived, we specifically asked them not to enter to clean for the duration of our stay and they went inside the room several times to remove the garbage without informing. The dryer didn’t work.

Apartamentos a buen precio, amplios y bien ubicados, pero con muchos pequeños detalles que en conjunto hacen la estancia un poco incómoda. La calefacción no funciona y el agua caliente de la ducha está fría. El mobiliario no se encuentra en el mejor estado. Los alrededores del edificio huelen a caño, y hay una escuela enfrente que es muy ruidosa a casi todas las horas del día.

El lugar es bastante agradable, amplio, limpio, seguro y cómodo. Sin embargo, lo que no me gustó fue que no hacen la limpieza ni tienden tu cama. Cuando fui a preguntar para que limpiaran la habitación me comentaron que lo hacen cada 5 días de estancia. Yo me quedé 3 días y sólo me cambiaron las toallas. No me gusta que se ahorren el servicio de limpieza, ya que para eso mejor reservo un airBNB y no un "hotel" en expedia. Gracias.

The hotel is in a very noisy area and the walls are incredibly thin. It was impossible to sleep or get any rest so I left after the first night and stayed in a different area. Also, requesting basic items was a hassle since I am not fluent in Spanish.

The rooms was great! The front desk staff very helpful! BUT no joke on the noise—they are doing construction 2 doors down so, if the kids from the University dont wake you up in middle of night, the construction will! (Who knew they could make noise until 10:30/11:00)

I pretty much enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was very clean, and the hotel is close to restaurants and grocery stores in the area. One thing I didn't like was the walls are not very sound-proof. You can hear your neighbor's talking at night.

The apartment was clean. Location is okay, within walking distance to great restaurants.However, if you are looking for a quiet place at night, for rest, this is definitely not a place to stay. The traffic and the neighbouring dogs are extremely loud. There is no parking at this “hotel” and it’s tricky to find. Furthermore, the hotel’s name, as it’s advertised on Expedia, is no longer. The number of the building is also not outside the hotel, which made me loose over an hour of my day, to find it. The hotel is located straight across a university, so during the day there is a lot of noise and bumper to bumper traffic. The air conditioning was not working, during our stay, so it was extremely hot in our apartment, even with the windows open at night. Aside from the cleanliness, which was my favourite part, I would definitely not stay there again .

Had a really nice stay here. Friendly staff, felt very safe with front door staff. Clean and nice facility, overall quiet. Beautiful rooftop patio. Great location for getting around Condesa and Roma neighborhoods.

Everything was great. Just not enough space in bathroom near the sink to unpack a cosmetic bag. It's written 1 bottle of wine per stay, but nobody offered it to me. And if you want to use laundry, you should make a reservation.

Park Life Condesa was very accommodating, super kind and responsive throughout our stay. I had an outside delivery, and the staff took great care of my package and made sure I received it without any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean and perfect for our short stay. The only downside was some noise from construction next door and a school across the street, which made things a bit loud at times. Overall, it was a great stay and a solid option in Condesa.
