Well lit convenient parking. Helpful staff. Clean room.

Check in was easy. We were even offered a couple bottles of water . Room was clean and had plenty of towels. Gym was open 24 hours 😁. Breakfast was the typical ( eggs, yogurt, potatoes, sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, coffee, tea, etc)

Staff members were friendly and professional in their approach. Quiet environment and lots of parking spaces were provided and available.

Room was clean. Lots of options for breakfast. Free parking.

Property is slightly in disrepair. Elevators are slow and old. We got a room adjacent to the elevators and they were noisy and didn’t let us sleep well all trough our stay.

The gym was clean and machines were all good

Everyone was so accommodating. They kept asking if everything was okay, if we needed anything. The 24 coffee/tea option was perfect . The breakfast was also beyond my expectations. Everything was super fresh, clean and the bacon was not greasy and crispy. The room was very big and immaculate. Thank you , I will be returning for a longer stay.

Clean facility, easy checkin, great gym and pool.

There was no cleaning service (fresh towels, made beds). When I asked the front desk staff about why our room wasn't cleaned, I was informed that they only offer that "every other day." I then asked to have some cleaned towels dropped off at our room and was assured that they would be. However, no towels were provided, forcing us to use damp towels, and no follow up solutions were provided. The overall hotel itself was fine, but I wouldn't recommend.

When we arrived the room we got wasn’t cleaned yet and we had our room switched to a room that was half cleaned (beds done but bathroom floor was sticky and there was food on the carpet) Mark at the front desk was extremely helpful and had it cleaned nicely when we went to lunch. There’s a Primanti Bros across the parking lot is super nice and convenient. Pool was nice and clean but the room was 1000 degrees so we abandoned it pretty quickly. Breakfast buffet was legit and nice some of the guests were a little sketchy.

The hotel was fine. Just a small observation - The public area trash cans weren’t emptied promptly. There was a problem with the room thermostat (it wasn’t allowing the heat to come on.) We reported it and the desk management was very responsive.

Room was immaculately turned out with sofa bed and king bed. It was like being in a studio apartment.

THe best part about this property is that they have Smart TVs in the rooms.

Great stay... awesome room...only down side was thin walls and floors compared to other hotel's... but iur night was top shelf.

The apparent remodel of all Hampton Inn rooms over the last year made them appear and feel cheap. The beds have no support and are rock hard. The hvac unit won’t stay running on low and we couldn’t get the room to stay cooler.

We found this hotel conveniently located with easy parking. It was clean and quiet. My wife especially liked that there were two sinks in our room. All in all it was very comfortable.

Plusses: Newly renovated hotel with large room. On the downside, mattress was on the hard side and bathroom sink was not closed in.

The room needs a ceiling fan. It does not cool evenly. We were hot sleeping last night in the bed. Also, the pull out couch mattress was terrible.

I have stayed here a few times now. The property still has a new feel to it. Staff was friendly Check in/out was as smooth as it could get

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly. I was shocked to receive a call from the hotel after we checked out, my daughter had left an pair of wireless headphones on her bed. They called me and let me know, and we were able to pick them up. We will always pick this location next time we are in York.

Mark at the front desk was awesome. He did a wonderful job, and was very friendly. However we got accused of being loud, and talked very disrespectfully by another front desk personnel. Despite us informing her, we were not the ones causing the noise. Her response was “I don’t care, be quiet.” We were met with nothing but attitude from her. Mark even informed us there was no noise complaints listed around the time she said there were noise complaints. The rooms were good, they have complementary water, coffee, and hot tea.

Everything was flawless and the customer service was absolutely superb.

Typical Hampton, couldn’t find our reservation which meant a long check in.

awesome stay clean cold AC and the staff at front desk welcomed me like family... Michelle and Teddi will be the reason I return!!! this was a get away and think and enjoy AC and as soon as I can swing it again I will ! highly recommend the accomodations . only disappointing part was breakfast..... has a lot to be desired.... limited choices, milk ran out .... but hey coffee was excellent! thank you Michelle on 2nd shift and Teddi on third fo making me feel comfortable and welcome

No food at hotel

The hotel is a nice hotel. The bathroom was clean and they provided high quality soaps, shampoos etc. the beds were decent and we both slept well on them. The room was clean and had quality modern furniture. All the staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. There was no traffic noise or any other noise to interrupt our sleep. The location and hotel seemed very safe. They are close by to many different types of restaurants for a quick meal if needed. As is more and more common, the cable channels were minimal and forced us to stream on our devices. Breakfast was not great at all. There protein options were in need of some reworking. They had waffles and fruit and sugary cereal and yogurt, but if you don’t want to end up with a sugar crash, you will need to look elsewhere for protein that you would want to eat. They tried making fried potatoes, but when you stick them in a chafing dish heated by water, it just left them a mushy mess. On the upside the coffee was about as good as I have had in a hotel. We would stay again, but be prepared to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Great free breakfast, very clean

Not so good. I don’t know why this hotel got excellent rating. This is the worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed in. We stayed in the Hamptons in Massachusetts and they were much nicer. My phone in my room did not work at all. Lucky I had my own cell phone to call out with. The breakfast bar was very sad, I got there at 10 of eight in the morning. There was no sausage there was no eggs. I told the lady and she said she would make some more. Then only one waffle maker worked. The waffle batter machine was empty she had to refill that. Then the milk container was empty , she had to refill that. Then the oatmeal container was full but it was ice cold it wasn’t working. Your employees there do not keep up stocking the breakfast bar. Very disappointing. I just ate a waffle and left. I did not a wet. want to wait for some Prefab cheese omelettes. Hampton and you can do better. They also are doing some construction outside the building. It was 8 o’clock and they’re already starting doing whatever I don’t know they had some cranes out or some heavy duty equipment. So if somebody wanted to sleep in, looks like they can’t. I pay the premium to get a whole good hotel , next time I’ll stay somewhere else never again the rooms were clean, but it was just very basic. Also, the TV only allowed you to get 12 channels. The lady at the desk when I complain to her she said have you stayed in the hotel before. I told her of course I have the Hampton inns in Massachusetts. She just turned the TV on

Michele at check in was the BEST!!! As were the ladies taking care of the breakfast area in the morning.

Pleasantly surprised. Quick overnight stop but definitely would stay here again. Nice breakfast too!

Staff was helpful with an altercation experienced, but not so much when we requested more breakfast food be put out. At 9:30 there was no hot food left and we were told it was too late to put more out. We had parents and players of our lacrosse team that didn’t get much of anything to eat.
