Up Hotel is a clean, modern hotel, located right near a lovely garden and steps away from some fun areas and great restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay there for five nights during our first trip to Budapest. It was very accessible to public transportation and also the Hop-on Hop-off bus! :) We used the gym, which was small but adequate. And the staff was always very friendly and nice. Our room was clean and they prepared a king size bed so we were very comfortable. The only slight drawback is that we didn't love the bathroom layout - two 'stalls' (one for the shower, one for the toilet) and an open concept for the sink. Still, we loved it overall and are very happy we stayed here.

Limpeza e arrumação ruim, os lencois ficavam com as fraldas nao recolhida, com tsis de aranha no teto, mofo na parede e pior deixei camosas para lavar e mao recolheram, so quando voltamos a tarde e que falei com o pessoal e eles lapanharam e assim demorou mais um dia. Very central location with good transport links and a lot to do things. Shower screen faulty keep coming out of the runner could fall on person. Toilet bottom thick layer of yellow substance and stains on sofa. Very expensive bar menu.

The hotel has a good location near Nyugati train station and a 20-minute walk to the Danube. It's a bit tucked away but has a nice bar. The rooms were large and comfortable with good beds and good cleanliness. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I would recommend not choosing the single rooms with balcony. The room is a bit claustrophobic and the a/c wasn’t working in the winter. They did offer me to change room and removed a room service charge for breakfast as a gesture of good will.

We enjoyed this hotel. One significant issue -- the wifi is awful. It would suddenly drop out with no service. They kindly moved us to a room just above their server which helped slightly.

Hotel carino ,personale gentile. Abbiamo trovato un regalo per il compleanno. Camere carine , ben tenute ,un po' piccole e con il letto addossato al muro. Mancava di amenita' nel bagno e le asciugamani erano un po' dure.Necessita di almeno 1 km a piedi per il centro .

We traveled 2 adults and one teenager and stayed in a triple room. Everyone from reception to cleaning services to waiters , all staff were exceptional, kind , helpful and friendly. Room was specious , plenty of room to hang and store items/ x clothes . Water bottles , coffee , tea was a great plus. Beds were comfy and temp controlled. Breakfast was just delicious, fresh made, re plenished and varied a bit in the 3 days we were there. We walked everywhere , no public transportation needed. Plenty of dining options around. Absolutely loved it, definitely a place to stay in Budapest, and we will strongly recommended !

The Staff at the UP Hotel are phenomenal. They could not be friendlier or more helpful! This was true even before my husband became ill. Afterwards they went above and beyond. The manager has showed me how to get to the hospital, gone with me to interpret with hospital personnel who don’t speak English, made arrangements to extend my room. All the staff help in any way they can. They get a 10 out of 5.

The hotel was really clean and tidy and the room was great. The staff were friendly and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Its in a quiet street about 5 minutes walk from lots of bars and restaurants, so in the perfect position if youre there for a night out or seeing the sights. The hop on/hop iff bus stop is about a 10 minute walk away which is great.
