The best part of this stay was the personnel, who remained polite and was not defensive when faced with my complaints. The apartment (68), was very dated. It was HOT with one ac unit that served tbe bedroom only. There was a part of the closet that was sagging and seemed about to fall. There was no coffee maker- I had to resort to tea which I do not fancy. The apartment was definitely disappointing and the worse i have stayed at. 5pm an attendant came to "sterilise" the pool despite several guests including children making protests. Her response was that she was leaving and no one would be available to sterilise the pool. We were advised to use it in 2 hours. The redeeming grace...the surroundings. The place is near everything especially nice beaches.

The beach was right across from this property the only problem was the water in the shower was not draining out quick enough but i didnt really pay any attention to it after awhile the view was amazing it was really quite at times but you can hear the people from the bar it was a lovely space very homey i wish the AC could circulate in the entire place but i love having the doors open to get the cool air as well it felt like a real jamaican experience will definitely stay there again i was on the second floor glad i wasnt on the third due floor. The receptionist and security guards was very welcoming and nice. Felt safe the entire time. There was ants but i think its when it gets cold but i would like if they spray it more or have a spray so we can do it i dont mind. I told them about it and they did come and do something but it happens in the early mornings. I loved it there probably because i am a country girl and they also fixed the faucet while i was there thank you for that but would love if the drainage in the shower would be fix too would definitely stay there again thought 8/10.

This was not our first visit to this property and we were always very satisfied. Although we definitely felt safe and loved the convenience and the courteous staff, we can't say the same for the same for the accommodation. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the dated furnishings and the old and dangerous range, dirty sticky refrigerator and dilapidated window dressings The a/c was not producing enough cooling throughout the rooms. The earth shaking noise from the sound system on Sat from 7pm till 2 am was absolutely horrific!!

Each apt is privately owned. Our room was charming but everything was old - AC only in the bedroom and blew down onto the head of the bed. Very clean - but never updated . great view but beach access was difficult. Lovely staff.

I truly do not know where to start! That is how awful of an experience it was. If you are looking for cleanliness please do not come here. If you are looking for professionalism please do not come here. They were not willing to refund my money when I got there and seen the place. Manager was so unprofessional she was not on site. But called when the front desk person explained alll the concerns and issues I had. I spent 15-20 minutes going back and forth with this woman. Not only was the place HOT but why did the bathroom have somebodies poo stain and what would appear as either period blood or maybe poo on the toilet seat? Listen I travel to Jamaica yearly 2-3 times and I’ve never received such AWFUL service. I’m warning you don’t even bother. They also charge a mandatory 80 USD for cleaners …. LOL a huge joke. When they mop the place IF they come —- the mops smells so awful not to mention the towels they give. I hope this helps someone.

The room where i was is: 1. poorly maintained, and though I paid the mandatory US$20 for cleaning, nothing was done. 2.To make matters worst, the shutoff valve to the toilet leaked continuously, and it appeared that management knew, as there was a bottle of some sort placed under the valve to catch the water. 3. The kitchen had reasonable looking appliances, however the counter and the cupboards were unhygienic, as there was a roach which came out at nights. 4. Lastly, in my opinion, the photos do not represent the reality of the rooms.

Half roll toilet paper and had to ask for more. No paper towels. Roaches in pots and pans. Refrigerator leaked and no way to Clean it. No broom or mop. Always had to wait for new towels. Never could get house keeping to come. Couldn’t sleep at night cause of the Margariaville. Should have been noted. Bed pillows are beyond Used! And the bed sheets were used u can tell not washed. Over all bad experience.

Property is in a good location, however the apartments 63A & 62B are run down. The furniture are and dust. No air conditioning in the living rooms only 1 in the bedroom. Bathroom qas dirty up on arrival. Beautiful views i must say

Only had A C in bedroom that was not cold. First room first floor balcony door was not safe could see it was busted in before staff was nice enough to move me to 3rd floor was awful hot AC needed in living room The living room was so hot could not stay there. WiFi was awful very little hot water. Pan were awful to cook in dirty sponges refrigerator needed to be defrosted was not very cold. Staff was helpful but had to leave this place needs to be upgraded. Nice location staff on site were helpful but needs better AC and WiFi and hot water awful

The checkin was poor. A detailed orientation was not provided. I had to ask questions to get answers. The room needs to be renovated. Nice location but the shower was in a deplorable conditions and furniture is ancient, lighting fixtures didn’t work. Apartment needs renovation. AC wasn’t working. There was an all over the property and roaches. We were locked out of the room because of the door knob it was rusty, receptionist had to help us to get in the room. 3/10

I needed an emergency stay and Fisherman's Point came to my rescue. I had the only room available. The property isn't the best in terms of cleanliness (the bath and the shower curtains were dirty). The shower pressure isn't great but they have working AC and fans so I didn't get bitten in the night by mosquitoes. My aparthotel had a working microwave that heats food well and a fridge. I had a separate living room with a dining area which was nice and I could view the sea. Simone, Gloves and I think his name is Chris, were wonderful and very professional.

Booking was for 2 adults and 2 children instead they said upon arival that it was only for 3 people. I showed proof from hotel.com and they didn't care. I showed where hotel.com says 3 beds house 4 people yet still she the manager vana taylor refused to look at my confirmation. They at first gave me no gate re-entry card from private beach so i had to walk around building for re-entry. They didn't give me any wifi password.so no wifi. They charged 10dollors per night for cleaning which never happened. She proceeded to berate staff in front of customers. She told me make sure i leave everything the way i saw it implying i would brake something because we disagreed i assured her that i was a professional. That wouldnt happen. The bathroom is dangerous as the door handle squashes your finger when you close it from inside. Ps. I never raised my voice in our exchange the one plus is that sleeping on the ground helped my back lol.

I liked the location easily accessible to the night life. I showed up for my reservation and was told I didn’t have one (I didn’t have a reserved room) despite showing proof of my receipt. I waited almost 45 minutes going back and forth with the person at the from desk (had no clue what she was doing). So I finally asked to speak to the supervisor and magically I was granted a room. Poor communication of the system. I recommend calling the property directly before traveling to ensure you have a secure reservation.

The beach was right across from this property the only problem was the water in the shower was not draining out quick enough but i didnt really pay any attention to it after awhile the view was amazing it was really quite at times but you can hear the people from the bar it was a lovely space very homey i wish the AC could circulate in the entire place but i love having the doors open to get the cool air as well it felt like a real jamaican experience will definitely stay there again i was on the second floor glad i wasnt on the third due floor. The receptionist and security guards was very welcoming and nice. Felt safe the entire time. There was ants but i think its when it gets cold but i would like if they spray it more or have a spray so we can do it i dont mind. I told them about it and they did come and do something but it happens in the early mornings. I loved it there probably because i am a country girl and they also fixed the faucet while i was there thank you for that but would love if the drainage in the shower would be fix too would definitely stay there again thought 8/10.

Half roll toilet paper and had to ask for more. No paper towels. Roaches in pots and pans. Refrigerator leaked and no way to Clean it. No broom or mop. Always had to wait for new towels. Never could get house keeping to come. Couldn’t sleep at night cause of the Margariaville. Should have been noted. Bed pillows are beyond Used! And the bed sheets were used u can tell not washed. Over all bad experience.

This was not our first visit to this property and we were always very satisfied. Although we definitely felt safe and loved the convenience and the courteous staff, we can't say the same for the same for the accommodation. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the dated furnishings and the old and dangerous range, dirty sticky refrigerator and dilapidated window dressings The a/c was not producing enough cooling throughout the rooms. The earth shaking noise from the sound system on Sat from 7pm till 2 am was absolutely horrific!!
