Read reviews before booking, otherwise we were terribllu disappointed with our stay. In an area we liked and barely there. The pool is deceiving. They are all in private rooms. That was one of our disappointments when booking.

La experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad: no hay piscina, y la imagen de portada muestra un cuarto especial que no está disponible. El "desayuno incluido" consiste únicamente en un pequeño plato de fruta y un jugo; todo lo demás se cobra aparte. Muchas áreas comunes no estaban disponibles y el ascensor no funcionaba. El cuarto tenía múltiples fallas: la ducha goteaba constantemente y causaba mal olor a humedad, las perillas del lavamanos y la ducha estaban dañadas y hacían ruido continuo, el sanitario estaba roto, y el baño se inundaba, lo que lo hacía peligroso. La televisión no funcionaba correctamente: solo accedíamos a Disney, pero daba error por "muchos dispositivos conectados", así que no podíamos ver nada. Una de las camas estaba en una parte alta, accesible solo por una escalera inestable, lo cual es muy poco práctico y peligroso, especialmente de noche. La iluminación estaba improvisada con cinta eléctrica y no había privacidad suficiente; desde afuera se podía ver el interior del baño y del cuarto. Me sentí incómodo durante toda la estancia, temiendo que me cobraran por daños preexistentes. Además, querían cobrar $800 MXN por transporte desde el aeropuerto, cuando Uber solo cuesta entre $130 y $170 MXN. Reservé una habitación para dos personas, con piscina y desayuno, pero lo que recibí fue un espacio mal mantenido y lleno de problemas. No lo recomiendo. The experience was very disappointing.

No air conditioin, practically not parking, staff friendly

es un buen lugar, con buen diseño e imagen, habitaciones comodas, sin embargo con algunos detalles: la luz de la habitacion no se apaga en su totalidad, es decir no puedes conciliar bien el sueño pues no se peude obscurecer la habitacion por completo, habia una fuga en el lavabo que no tenia solucion, no hay programacion de sky como lo dice sus publicaciones, solo hay canales del congreso y cosas sin chiste, no hay nada interesante o bueno que ver en la tv, el estacionamiento es demasiado reducido y deben sacar mas vehiculos si piensas usar el tuyo, un tanto ruidoso por el cierre de las habitaciones vecinas, en general dariamos un 7 de calificaion, mas o menos el desayuno contienetal que ofrecen, solo jugo y una peqeuña porcion de fruta y cafe.

Las habitaciones están muy pequeñas, las camas muy duras, el mantenimiento les falta en habitaciones ya que las perillas del lavabo no cerraban completamente y se tiraba el agua todo el día, la regadera no tiene borde para que el agua se detenga por lo que se sale toda el agua a la taza del sanitario., por otra parte el personal es súper amable, el restaurante del hotel riquísima la comida y muy accesibles los precios del menú, el diseño por dentro del hotel es precioso, volvería solo por el personal amable y por la comida del restaurante.

El lugar es lindo, de los pocos con albercas privadas. Pero el desayuno es un robo, solamente café y fruta, deberían mejorar eso o especificar que incluye.

The room was amazing with a private jacuzzi upper level, private entrance , clean, updated and their breakfast is good.

Everything was amazing just keep in mind the included breakfast is fruit and juice coffee or tea but the menu is amazing as well and very affordable. Rooms are very comfy and the hot tub was clean and private.

The staff was great, the restaurant on the 4th level was also great! My complaint has to do with the room and bathroom situation. The shower has no protection against the water pouring out all over the bathroom floor. There is also no AC which can be problematic. The hotel also is not in the best area and there’s not a lot to do in the neighborhood. Other than that the experience was fine, I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff!

En las fotos para reservar no concuerda con los servicios que se pueden obtener cómo la alberca y el jacuzzi,solo es para habitaciones privadas es lo que se comento por parte del personal

Me da mucha pena tern que contar esto pero el precio no esta nada barato y el lugar o diseño esta super lindo perooooo encontro mi esposa una cucaracha y cabellos en las sabanas y no era uno, eran varios como si solo hubieran hecho las camas sin cambiar las sabanas

la propiedad en si esta bien esta bonito ,cuando marco la palbras Dirty no me refiero al hotel en general si no al haceo de las savanas de la cama y de las almuadas las note sucias y con mal olor que no avian sido lavadas talves despues de que otras personas estubieron ahi ,y otra cosa que no se ve bien son los grifos de abrir el agua tanto del vaño como de la sucha ,y el agua caliente cuesta que salga .el resto todo bien amabilidad muy buena

Habitaciones impecable

El hotel esta bonito al igual que las habitaciones, sin embargo el personal de limpieza no hace el aseo correctamente, en mi estancia no cambiaron las sábanas y solo estendieron la cama deje una pluma bajo las cobijas y por la noche ahí seguía, no barren abajo de las camas, si te acabaste el shampoo el primer día no te dejan más, el frigobar solo te dejan 3 bebidas para toda tu estancia.

Property was overall very nice and clean but the staff was not friendly at all. The room did not have one window.

Muy elegante el hotel, y en muy buena zona, lo malo que paso es que el día que nos hicieron el servicio de limpieza no nos dejaron el remplazo de las toallas, jabones y tampoco lo que es café, pero la alberca espectacular, la comida también

I booked a room for 2 adults. What i observed is its technically a bathroom, attached with a sleeping pod /crawl space to sleep. You cannot stand in it. If you are spending most of the time outside, it might be a better place to come crash at the end of the day. If you need to work, there is no table to set your laptop. There is a room , a kid of hallway where you have couch, but its not for everyone. Certainly not for me. Room service is good. Bar and breakfat are nice. May be i am outdated for this kid of modern living places. your milage may very.

The hotel was a unique experience for my wife and I. No sitting area in the room but communal sitting areas shared between a couple rooms. The beds in our room were inside a cubby that can be completely closed from the rest of the room. A higher cubby requires climbing a ladder, similar to a bunk bed. Each cubby seems best for a single person. We shared 1 a couple nights bet way more comfortable when we slept apart the next 2 nights. The mattress is not especially thick so not the most comfortable. Other rooms may be very different so check the details before booking. I'd stay in this hotel again as it is a great location and seems to be good value. Other item to note is we had 2 windows that open into the hotel. Leaving the windows open for air certainly makes nights a bit louder when people return for the night. Guessing more expensive rooms have windows to the outside but not sure.

Unfortunately no A/C

The staff is friendly and polite. While the hotel does lack a few things and needs improvements in things that are an everyday need. The hotel does not have AC nor Fans in room while the staff was able to accomodate with a standing fan, in my opinion I was not happy due to the hotel becoming humid. Breakfast was not included as expected, you are served only a plate of fruit, a cup of coffee or oj, anything else from that you will have to pay. Wifi lacks in speed and not convenient in case you need the business center.

It’s a very beautiful hotel, the murals on the wall were mesmerizing. Staff was very friendly. However: There is No AC. I reserved a room that had an advertised patio but there was no patio. Beds were very stiff. The hotel itself was very clean, but 2/4 nights I stayed, the sheets were stained, there was not toilet paper, and no floor towel. In addition, rooms were advertised as soundproof but I could hear it all: Doors opening and slam shut, people talking and laughing, kids crying.

Staying at the Cadillac Hotel was great, the bed was very comfortable, the internet worked great, the rooms felt comfortable to be, plenty of space to store stuff, a usable desk space. The staff were great and helpful. I highly recommend.

Great location, trendy, nice but the beds were like coffins

Room doesn’t have AC and bed is really uncomfortable. Hard to figure out the shower knobs will get too hot or too cold no in between. The breakfast is just fruit juice and coffee and the airport shuttle is not included it’s an extra charge.

Place is clean, walking distance for the square. The only downside is very noise, doors slammed so loud all night long. Overall I highly recommend this place.

I've stayed here before and love it. Wonderful staff. Super cool design. They have fans just ask. I was in a king room this time and the bed was super comfortable. Special thanks to Victor and Ricardo for taking good care of me. I appreciate it! See all again I'm sure.

Excelente servicio

I wasn’t a fan of the male receptionist, he was not welcoming at all, however I had a better experience with the female receptionist during checkout. I say this because I was so excited to finally arrive to CDMX, and his tone and lack of hospitality really set a negative tone to our trip. When I walked into the lobby around 2:30pm he never said hello or even made eye contact with us, instead he was typing away on the computer (which is fine maybe he was busy) so I hung around until he was finished and again without making eye contact he said “dimè” which translates to “tell me”. So I introduced myself and said that I wanted to check in, he continued typing away then said what’s your name again? after a few mins he said your room won’t be ready until 3pm. I had my ID out and form of payment and he continued typing (I was thinking he was getting my invoice together or something because he never said anything after that, I thought he was going to at least charge me or take my ID) so I stood there a few mins and finally realized what he meant to say was I couldn’t check in until 3 so come back at that time, however he never said that. He just let me stand there until I got the “hint” usually there’s customer service for example he could’ve said something as simple as “take a seat and I will gladly assist you at 3pm” or “hey we can’t check you in or charge you right now however we do have a restaurant/bar upstairs. I guess that’s too much to ask. The hotel itself is nice and tidy

The staff was amazing! The room has a cozy feel to it with very nice lighting. Daily housekeeping is always a plus.

Very rude people at the front desk unwilling to help will not recommend this place to anybody

It's a beautiful hotel. It's close to centro historico making shopping and dining options accessible. It's very close to the metro if you like that. If you want to sleep really cold, then this hotel won't work because they don't have airconditioning. Also, one late afternoon, I was calling room service but no one answered my call. I called 3x but no answer.

Property is located in a convenient area. Walking distance from the Zocalo.

Extremadamente cerca del Centro Histórico, cerca de estaciones del metro, el staff excelente, completamente recomendado, además las habitaciones estan bellísimas.

Se me hizo bastante bien el hotel, vi comentarios sobre la regadera pero no se me hace nada molesto, no es para tanto. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación ya que llegas a casi todo lo turístico en 15-20min en uber y caminando esta cerca todo, solo la zona de noches hay q tener cuidado, en general me pareció bastante bien.

The property is very convenient for tourists. Close to Isabel La Católica on Line 1 which can take you to Chapultepec and many other popular destinations. It’s also very close to line 8 if you’re looking to transfer to various other lines. During the day you can absolutely make the 15-25 minute walk to the Bellas Artes or Zocalo Square. I will say that at night the street that the hotel sits on isn’t the prettiest, but

De todo está excelente, fácil ubicación, instalaciones cómodas y agradables, personal atento. El único" pero" es sobre la comida al desayunar, ya que se paga un tanto adicional para ello y personalmente es... Insuficiente, rico, pero insuficiente

Alles in allem wirklich ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Besonders das Personal ist sehr engagiert. Beim Frühstück ist ein Teller Obst und Kaffee/Saft inklusive, der Rest ist gegen Aufpreis.

It was a hit and miss experience. The first day I checked it was great. Andrea really goes above and beyond for the guest. I had complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. I asked for additional water and it was free of charge on day 1. After that, the additional two days different people at the desk told me I can buy more water at an additional cost. It was confusing. They don't have air conditioning but provided me with a fan. The rooms have a nice rustic antique look to them. The sink is tricky as the water pressure and the way you have to turn it on caused me to get water everywhere the first time. I quickly learned how to use it and it is great now. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. The hot water is very hot. Be careful. The cleaning lady was very nice and polite. All the staff were nice and polite. Just some mix ups with timing of my cleaning and the complimentary water on the first day not for the entire stay. It's in a good location. It took me 20 minutes to get to the historical center and it was great. A lot of food options close or use Uber Eats/Didi if you prefer delivery. The breakfast that is included is terrible. They only offer fruit, coffee, and juice. You have to pay more for eggs, chilaquiles, enchiladas, etc. They could do more to improve that part of the hotel. But it is very Boutique and Schick. Lots of Mexican art and culture throughout the hotel. Overall an enjoyable experience. I'll update more later.

Lugar céntrico por si quieres visitar el l centro de la CDMX, la cama que me tocó estaba dura pero te acostumbras el lugar muy bonito y la comida del restaurante súper delicioso me encantó.
