This hotel is about a 30 minute drive from Mexico City International Airport Benito Juárez. I stayed at this hotel while handling business at the Venezuelan Embassy, which is literally a couple of blocks away (5 minute walk), making it an excellent and very convenient choice. One pleasant surprise was the complimentary breakfast served on the fifth-floor terrace each morning (approximately 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.). It was a nice bonus that I hadn't expected when booking. The neighborhood felt safe, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance offering a wide variety of dining options. The staff truly made my stay enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Check-in was quick and effortless, and although my confirmation email stated that check-in began at 3:00 p.m., they kindly accommodated my early arrival, which I greatly appreciated. One thing to note is that the hotel does not have hallway ice machines like many hotels. However, when I asked for ice, the staff promptly brought a glass of ice to my room, which was a thoughtful touch. The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi in my room was inconsistent throughout the day, and the TV channel navigation was somewhat confusing. Aside from those minor issues, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly stay here again.

The property is in a good location but it’s an old building that has been renovated and they’re still working on it. You can find some disgusting stuff in the bedroom specially in the bathroom. It’s clean and The rooftop is amazing and the breakfast is delicious the staff are very friendly and very professional. Well it’s a good place considering the quality-price

I stayed at this hotel in Polanco for a short solo trip, and it was a very convenient choice. The location is excellent—safe, walkable, and close to restaurants and cafés. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside is the noise level, which can be quite high, especially at night. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend it for families or longer stays, but for a short solo trip, it works well.

Imagine this - you arrive in Mexico City a little past midnight. You then take a taxi to the hotel - arrive there around 1am - you check in and looking forward to laying down after a long night of traveling. So you check in, get your room key and head to your hotel room. As soon as you open the door, your jaw drops and you feel yourself getting upset. We walked into our hotel room (mind you this is around 1am) we are super tired and want to sleep! The bed looks like someone was just sleeping in it and through the comforter over the pillows. Pee inside the toilet, towels left on the floor, trash still inside the trash can. This room wasn’t even cleaned! Had to go back to the front desk and speak to someone that didn’t care to even deal with our issues! We were given a new room which was decent - but I couldn’t wait to be out of that hotel and will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone. You can take your chances and book a stay but don’t say you were never warned about the lack of hospitality this place has.
