The staff is really nice and helpful! The location is also really nice. My only but is that the room didn’t have AC, something that I didn’t like. But the rest is all good!

The place is under renovations and everything is in the hallways. The paint on the walls is coming of or dirty. The shower door looks like is going to fall and water comes out leaving a pool of water in the bathroom. The place is well situated and quiet for Polanco near Masaryk. But until they finish the renovations I won't choose that place.

The ladies at the front desk and Juanita at breakfast were phenomenal—their customer service truly goes above and beyond. We stayed in a suite-style room, which worked great, especially with the microwave and mini fridge (there was also a mini stove, though we didn’t use it). We were in Mexico City to run errands at the embassy, and the location was perfect—very walkable, with plenty of restaurant options nearby. It’s also the area where I felt the safest. Highly recommended! Check-out is at noon, but they kindly stored our small bags until 3 pm, when we were picked up for departure.

HORRIBLE SUBSTANDARD DUMP. Two bedrooms were not connected. One bath towel and one hand towel per room, no soap, no drinking glass, a small TV in one of 2 bedrooms that didn’t even work, cheap tattered furniture, dirty floor, no wall decorations and he “kitchen” had NO cups, glasses, or utensils! We refused to stay in such shameful conditions so they sent us to their other “better” hotel. Same horror, but at least the 2 bedrooms were connected. We left and forfeited over $500 in non-refundable payment. STAY AWAY!

The staff was great, the room was not done when we arrive but it was a great room
