This hotel locates in the good location where you can take the light rail (just 3 minutes walk) to the Newcastle Interchange. Staff is very friendly. You can find the supermarket behind the building. Room is clean. I will come back to this hotel next time.

The hotel is nice but it feels a little “style over substance” as the room was quite small and we felt like all the extra quirky decor in the room got in the way (e.g. it blocked the fridge from opening fully). Not a fan of transparent bathroom walls especially at night when turning the bathroom light on. Staff at the bar at night took a long time to serve us despite not being overly busy.

The only comment I would have is the water pressure was on the low side.
