Exton Hotel and Conference Center

We had no washcloths, towels, hand towels, shampoo, soap, and lotion in pur bathroom. Went to turn on the tv and no remote control. We got in late checking in and the line was long.. I waited until the next morning to go to the front desk. I was able to get everything but washcloths. We had friends that stayed too and they only had one set of towels, washcloths, and hand towels. The price you pay you shouldn't have to ask for those and they were cleaning rooms at 8 at night.

Did the job and was just enough.

It’s a decent place to stay. Our room seemed a bit outdated but overall it was clean. Breakfast was good, $6.95.

We did not stay after seeing the condition of two of the rooms. One room was not ready after 4 pm which the manager said was not a hard time but a general time for your room to be available. Paint oeeiling from the walls. Rust around the drains. Curtains of different sizes on the windows. Black filth on the comforter. The room on the second floor was at the end of a dark hallway with rooms agar the entire way down the hall. As you walk by the opened doors exposed rooms filled with trash and sheets on the floor. Absolute filth. The manager was highly combative and I had to press for 30 minutes for my refund. The photos online are not accurate. They have been doctored.

Enamel on tub was literally half gone and edges were sharp. Conditioner provided was only half full. Beds were clean.
