I was impressed with your staff and the high end finishes and design everywhere but the pool. Pool needs better finishes, (areas are stained), better furniture (netting was stained), cleaned up (in the morning there were socks and plastic cups and cans flying around). Plantings, to hide the non-view through the wooden slats. Overall seems like a different level of quality from the rest of the hotel.

Excellent property with wonderful staff!! The pool and fitness room were perfect. The location was a 20 minute walk from the main Broadway area. Food and beverages were great! We definitely would recommend this hotel!

The pool was absolutely disgusting. Thick layer of scum on top and hairs everywhere. Felt super sticky after getting in. Stained carpets, peeling paint in ceilings. Some staff really nice, others not so much. They don’t allow longer than half hour grace period when checking out unless you pay more. Area next to hotel is shady, abandoned car park, lots of homeless people.

The property is beautiful. However, the pool is atrocious. We were there for 3 days and on no given day, even getting to the pool as early as 10am were there available seats. There was 1 server. There were no available chairs and children with water guns and splashing everywhere. Nobody was in charge. It really ruined the stay.

Our room was impeccable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the details made the stay feel luxurious. No need to pack your own toiletries—showers are stocked with BYREDO Mojave Ghost products (if you know, you know). The rooftop pool area felt like a hidden oasis in the city, the perfect place to relax and recharge. Location-wise, the Conrad couldn’t be better: tucked far enough away from the chaos of Broadway to enjoy peace and quiet, yet still within easy walking distance to both Broadway and The Gulch. Highly recommend!

The porters at the property were very hospitable. The bartenders and pool service were welcoming as well. Upon arrival I requested a better view but the staff was unable to grant that request…probably through reasons they couldn’t control. The gym was very clean and the pool/area was scenic. My only gripe was that there was no airport shuttle service which I would assume a hotel this upscale would have.

Everything was great except for cleanliness/venting of the bathroom. Bathroom had a slight mildew smell. The steam escapes up into the recessed lighting which is then open to the ceiling interior. Here I witnessed what I described as black mold growing mostly within the drywall. I imagine this is throughout most bathrooms.

Very nice hotel. Valet was very friendly. Room was not very clean which was disappointing. Floors were not swept and vacuumed. Called housekeeping to ask them to vacuum floors the next day but didn’t happen. Request was ignored which I was not happy with. Overall ok experience

This is a no go for me. Left things in the room from previous stay. Food in the fridge from whomever. Tobacco “snuff? In the bathroom. No and no. Will never go back . valet were adamant about tipping and no share tip. Could not wait to leave. Restaurant… breakfast. Arrived at 6:59. Did not open until 7 am. She came up to me and said.. please give me a few minutes. Yup. No. And Thank you.

not clean room. did not sleep both nights b/c of the loud noise coming from the street due to people drag racing. I have stayed there before and the rooms, front desk and noise was great. I am disappointed by the service which was not very professional when I checked in. The bed was made but they did not provide clean coffee cup or replenish the coffee pods. again, disappointing. I would like not stay there again most specially because of the horrible noise. when I checked out the front desk lady acknowledged the issue with the drag racing and basically said they are "working on it". had I known that, I would not have stayed.

This is the first time I have had a two-star experience at a five-star hotel. Initially, I had a positive impression of the Conrad Hotel, which is situated north of the Gulch and downtown Nashville, Music City. The entryway exudes understated luxury. However, the five-star experience ended The hotel suite offered a view of the cityscape. Nevertheless, despite being on the tenth floor, the traffic noise was incessant, making it difficult to sleep on the busy Friday night. When I reported the noise issue, I was informed that the windows were soundproof. However, this assertion was contradicted by the persistent sound of vehicles and engines. While I appreciated the manager’s attempt to relocate us to another room, the additional $250 per night before taxes was unacceptable. It is perplexing how a patron who has paid for a bedroom suite with the expectation of a quiet environment can be subjected to such noise. On Friday evening, I indulged in a luxurious bath. Despite two days of cleaning, the bathtub remained uncleaned until Monday after another request. Many of the housekeeping staff don’t speak English and this might be why my request went unfulfilled.

It was all one would expect from the Conrad. All the little things were attended. The Byredo Mojave Ghost fragrances as well as bath and body in the bath was a beautiful touch. I appreciate the separate toilet in the bathroom but there was a slight sewer smell there. But it was not enough to distract from an otherwise glorious room and visit. Premium king corner with a balcony 5th floor. Absolutely stupendous view over the pool. It was a Father's Day weekend and the visit was a present to my boyfriend. He loved it!

Staff was great. Room was a little weathered, carpet stains, marks on walls. Bed was uncomfortable, all four of us thought so. 2 doubles in room. There should be a little table on the left side of the bed just like the one on the right side of the other bed. Both beds share the table in the middle and the bed to the right side has a little table on the right side of the bed and the bed on the left side of room does not have a little table on the left side of bed. If they are two people in the bed one person does not have anywhere to put things. It was annoying. Food service very slow but food was good. I did not like the server giving me everything a la cart one morning and making the bill higher. I also asked for a splash of soda water in my juice and he brought me a 7.00 bottle of club soda seperately. So he

We really enjoyed this room — lots of space, great storage, robes, awesome shower. Also, the modern touch controlled lighting and curtain drawers (controllable from bed) are really super. We arrived promptly for the 3:00pm check-in, only to be informed our room was not ready. We were asked to wait in the lobby or bar, where we sat for nearly 50 minutes without ever being served, even after speaking directly with the manager about the lack of service. During this time, we noticed at least six other families also waiting for rooms. While the front desk staff was apologetic, no gesture was made to acknowledge the inconvenience—no late checkout, no complimentary drink, not even an update on when our room might be available. We were simply told to sit and wait. Ultimately, we were able to check in an hour past the designated time, which disrupted our evening plans. When we did get to the room, we immediately encountered an AC issue. Fortunately, maintenance responded quickly, and Steve was outstanding—kind, courteous, and determined to resolve the problem. We appreciated his professionalism and effort, though it meant we were preparing for our evening while the repair was underway. The following morning at breakfast, the hostess staff was warm and welcoming, and the food was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the waitress never returned to check on me during the meal, only reappearing when it was time to present the check. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-kept. We would love to return in the future, but our concern is that the service may not meet the high standards we’ve come to expect at Conrad properties.

The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were super clean with a big bathroom, nice couch for lounging, and a very comfortable bed. The only thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator instead of the pay for mini bar. All the staff I encountered was extremely friendly And I enjoyed seeing the bellman. Welcome me in the morning or when I was returning in the evening.

This hotel and its staff are excellent. Absolutely 0 issues with the building or the team of people. We got 0 sleep because of it being located where it’s. It was nothing but motorcycle and cars raving their altered exhaust and doing burnouts at the intersection all night long. We were there on a Friday night so I am sure it’s a little different during the week. We just did not get any sleep and made the price not worth it. This is not the hotels fault at all but it is enough to make me warn anyone who is wanting to stay here.

Great hotel and staff. However, local groups use the intersection outside of the hotel to rev their engines, blare their bass, and drift across the streets. The noise from the engines didn’t stop until 4am. The hotel and local police need to get a hold of this situation before I could recommend. I was on 7th floor but it wouldn’t have mattered if I was at the top. Unbelievably loud.

The staff were very friendly and professional. It started with the door /valet attendants who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome to the check in staff. The property is clean and the rooms were perfect. The overall ambience of the bar , restaurants and pool area made us feel welcome and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was upscale with high tech controls . All in all this is definitely a spot we will come back to when visiting Nashville . Note it’s far enough for quiet yet close enough to all the restaurants , bars and live music.

Will preface by saying that I was able to get a refund for one night. Overall, check in was terrible, Mohammed who checked us in at 10 am stated that our room was not ready which is fine. Upon the return to the hotel at 4:30 we received our keys to the room which we did not book which was in lower category. Mohammed did not indicate that they were oversold, nor disclose that he is putting us in a different room which is not a good look for Hilton. At 4:30 pm he was not there and another gentleman tried to solve the problem but going back 6x to speak to your manager is a poor reflection on Hilton. Clearly we are unhappy and a manager can’t come out to speak to us is not a good image for Hilton again. We were standing for over an hour bargaining as if were in a market for a mistake that Hilton made blatantly. Also, the rooms are run down, paint chipping on doors and we had a flood in the room from the leaking shower. The crew arrived quickly to mop but that was in the middle of us getting ready for dinner which is an inconvenience. Make sure to triple check that you are getting the room that you booked.

Although check in was at 3pm, we waited in the lobby until almost 5pm to get into our room. Every time we asked about the status, we were told that Housekeeping was not responding to inquiries. The Front Desk Manager was standing behind the desk the entire time, but did not interact with us at all. Our room was also not cleaned by housekeeping during our entire stay, and although we pre-ordered coffee to be delivered at 6am, we had to call at 6:45 to see where it was and was told that it would be at least another 15 minutes. On the positive side, it is a very beautiful hotel and the turndown service was excellent, but we would not stay here again.

Absolutely incredible. We encountered so many staff who blew us away with their service (Charles, Mason, Howard… just to name a few) This property is convenient to Vanderbilt University and so many of the amenities around Nashville. The hospitality at this hotel is top-tier and we will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel itself is very nice. My real complaint…. We drove in for the GNR/Carrie Underwood concert. We specifically chose this hotel because of the 3pm checkin. Got there at 2:37, not ready, ok. Went back at 3 still not ready. Front desk said “well we were sold out yesterday and today and we are really busy, check back in 30 mins”. 3:30 room was ready. By the time we checked in, got ready, ate dinner and uber’d to the venue, by time we got to our seats it was 6:27. Concert started at 6. So because of the ineptness of the Conrad/staff management to staff the hotel properly during a busy time, me missed 30 mins of the concert.

This is my 2nd review because I had 2 reservations back to back. This hotel puts the Conrad brand to shame! The service is ridiculously poor. I mentioned it to the front desk manager as I checked out and he seemed more concerned that I was planning on leaving a negative review than actually fixing the service issue the hotel has. Completely absurd! Pool area is neglected. Lack of staff Restaurant staff is unbothered. As I said before, waited 30 minutes for a glass of water. Front desk staff is unbothered Definitely not worth the $700 a night price tag!

Beautiful hotel. Mediocre service. I had to remind the gentleman at the front desk this morning that he’s in the hospitality industry and needs to adjust his attitude accordingly. Not even a warm greeting as I was checking out and checking in again ( had 2 reservations). The food and beverage service gets a royal F. Waiting 30 minutes to get a glass of water is just unacceptable. Exactly what happened to me this morning. The pool area barely gets cleaned as guests roll in and out. Definitely not worth the high price point.

From the valet staff (Edwin was a gem) to the front desk, to the bar and restaurant staff, the customer service at this hotel is top notch! They were friendly, genuine and exceptional in their roles and I would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking for a spotless, classy, inviting, comfortable and convenient stay in downtown Nashville. Highly recommend having a drink in the lovely lobby bar before heading out on the town!

Very comfortable and upscale hotel within a 15 minute walking distance of downtown. Nice pool with cabanas. Very stylish restaurant with some extraordinary dishes (the lamb lasagna was especially delicious). Above all, the service was outstanding. Very welcoming and efficient.

It was an amazing stay with a beautiful corner room and a great and attentive staff. The breakfast on site was great and even did room service one night once we over did it a bit during the day and the food was outstanding.
