Excellent customer service, enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool area. Good value and close to the Marina restaurants. Uber's to the beach can add up, it's about $15CAD each way to the popular areas such as Malecon/Los Muertos/Zona Romantica. Got eaten alive by mosquitoes, the hotel can't take the blame on this. Some of the bites appeared to be bud bugs because they were close together in a line pattern. However, we and the hotel couldn't confirm because they found no evidence of the bugs in our bed. Their hotel chain doctor believes it's gnat or midge mosquitoes. They were supportive with medicated ointment and changed our room to the top floor, this time we had a better partial ocean view. Negatives, a child pooped in the swimming pool and all the hotel staff did was collect the poop, most places would close the pool while adding disinfectant or extra chlorine or perhaps drain the water. Other guests who came after had no clue, they went in the pool. Other cons, the hot tub was not much warmer than the pool and the jets didn't work for most of our stay. The hotel room showers are low flow and rarely hot, the hotel is eco-friendly to a high degree in this respect.

We loved it and enjoyed it. We loved the pool, we just wish they would have it open 24 hrs or at least till midnight. It was beautiful at night in the pool and I would have loved to enjoy that a bit more but had to leave at 8pm because they close it. The tile in the pool is cracked and broken in some areas but we still enjoyed it. We also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast buffet, every morning they have different dishes and the usuals too. I wish they would do something similar for dinner too, that would be great. It is a little far out from the malecón, the beaches, dinning, shopping and other hotels but you can grab a taxi or rent a car. You can walk to some areas or across they have a shopping center. I do not recommend going to Puerto Vallarta in July or August it’s super hot and humid, and if you are like me that gets hot flashes, then you will not enjoy it as much, but it was nice to know we had an air conditioning hotel to get back to. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel always clean. Overall a great experience and we definitely will be staying here in our next visit, just not in July or August, lol.

Adjacent to PV airport (walkable, but they have a shuttle) and Marina PV, this is a first rate hotel with numerous amenities, excellent service, a terrific breakfast buffet (eggs, chilaquiles, pancakes, fresh juices and fruits etc), and quite reasonable prices. I stayed one night, for a mid afternoon flight. Checkout time of 1 pm much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, room was modern, large and clean. A high point for me was the infinity style pool (cool and hot areas), gym, and sundeck. Great views from the upper floor. Lobby area is spacious, comfortable, with a good restaurant, gift shop, and pleasantly decorated (lovely Chistmas tree was already up, before Thanksgiving). All staff I encountered were v. friendly, welcoming, and helpful. This property goes to the top of my list for places to stay in PV. Public bus stop across the street will let you take a 10 peso, 15-20 min, ride to the Malecon, Centro etc. Easy to use.

Very convenient as walking distance to Marina, and very good shuttle to the airport. Sun Deck and pool were nice but as it was Holy week the pool was filled with kids all day and night. Might be an idea to have an adult time maybe late afternoon or evening. Also had an excellent breakfast bar.

We were expecting that the king suite we booked would have had a sheltered balcony with chairs like the pictures had showed. Our suite which faced the highway had a very small balcony with no chairs. The floors in our room were swept but not clean. My white socks were very dirty after walking on the floors. They should be washed after every guest! For your English speaking guests you need to include more English speaking channels other than the news channel CNN and a sports channel.

The bed was very comfortable. Had a good long much needed sleep. I didn’t care for the fact there was not a window that opened. We just stayed one night. It was close to the Marina so lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Hello We were suppose to stay at this property but when we arrived they told us we we were at the wrong hotel. After we produced our confirmation they took some time and came back and told us we were getting an "Upgrade" to stay at the Holiday in Suites. We did receive any notification of the change. They shuttled us to the other hotel and after some delay we were able to checkin. After a long travel day it was unfortunate to have to make this change with no notification, which should have been very easy to provide.

The personnel did not show interest in finding shuttle to the airport. Tje boy with the baggage rollig car took a long time to go to our room to help us. I had to go down to the lobby to serve myself.

A wonderful huge buffet breakfast included, and the ride to the airport included. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with a light blocking window treatment. The only down side is that it was a bit dark for reading and putting on makeup. The marina and the airport were close by, though many of the buildings around were a bit run down and the sidewalk was rough. I would stay there again.

Gracias to staff especially dinning. Too far from downtown & romantic zone. But easy access to bus, but a bit of a ride. Factor in travel time to enjoy downtown & other popular areas & beaches. Nice pool, but jacuzzi was not hot!

Very good hot breakfast. Everything is new and clean. Great beds and bedding pillows too. Shower head is wonderful. My only complaint is the hot tub isn’t hot like Canadians expect!! Walking distance to airport. Sorianas across the street. Marina is also only about 3 blocks away easy walk. Beach isn’t too far away either to walk to if you consult a map.

Rooms are a good to great - we were on 2nd floor so convenient to pool and ice but a little noisier. Breakfast was a BIG disappointment. Not set up for volume relative to vacancy. Food is low end buffet and disappears as fast as they can bring it out. Literally a line up back to elevators (20+ people). We ended up going into Marina for breakfast. Other than that everything was fine. At end of day you get what you pay for just don't go there if you're a wake up and have breakfast person.

I would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms, clean facility, the staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast/lunch buffet was 7 AM-1 PM and was tasty. Lastly, the food we ordered through room service was delicious. The only negative aspect I noticed that the hotel could improve is the speed of delivery for room service, which was over one hour. Everything else was great.
