This was a perfect stay for a family of four (two littles) who were going to an event at PayPal stadium. It was so convenient! Pool was great for us to cool off before the evening event and also after breakfast, which is included by the way. We will definitely be going back!!

Property is clean and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful at the front desk. We had to leave early for a flight and they got us a breakfast to take with us. They helped us find our way around town and suggestions of things to do. A nice lobby with a bar as well. The only thing that was not exciting about this hotel was its location because it was located in an office park. Just not that scenic around the hotel. But it was very convenient to the airport, which was useful for our stay.

This hotel is so nice. Right across the street from Paypal arena if you want to see a soccer game. Also close to downtown but don't have to pay downtown hotel prices. Safe area. Room was nice and spacious. Loved the regular size fridge, filter water, and microwave. Bathroom was big with a great shower! Complimentary breakfast was great. Build your own parfait, pancakes, bagels, muffins etc. You can get coffee and tea at any time. If I had to find a flaw, just the toilet in the room flushes really loud. Also, there isn't another mirror in the room other than the bathroom to get ready. It was me and two other girls so it was a bit of struggle to get ready at the same. But overall, wonderful hotel! And comfortable beds!

Despite having to change rooms because the first one did not have the sofa bed, as my booking and confirmation stated, and the reason i booked, as I was traveling with my husband and adult son, this hotel is fabulous! From their customer service and prompt attention to the sofa bed issue, to letting me go back into the old room because i forgot something, in the middle of the night! The hotel is clean and so new, you still smell freah paint! The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the beds are appropriately named, heavenly! Only two things lacking...water pressure in shower is non-existant and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP providing shampoo/conditioner all-in-one...spring the extra 3 bucks a bottle wholesale and provide decent shampoo AND separate conditioner.Its better for your customer's hair, and will make those like me, with very long and fine hair, MUCH happier! I couldn't even brush my hair after I showered (30 minutes trying to get it out with the poor water pressure, BTW) and what i could comb was breaking because of the damage the stuff you provide did!

The hotel room itself was really nice and very clean. The one complaint I have is that I could hear the room next to us. I could also hear the people above us. I didn’t like how noisy it was. Had a hard time sleeping. Continental breakfast was really good. Plus the coffee in the lobby was also good. Coffee in rooms was horrible. Was expecting a nice keurig machine based on price per night for the room. That was disappointing.

I booked a suite with a kind bed and pull out couch so i could share with my teenage daughter. I ended up with a queen bed and an uncomfortable couch that did not pull out. They had no other rooms so we were stuck with it. Very dissapointing.

King suite sofa bed was not at all comfortable and really could only accomodate children in height. Sofa bed barly fit opened in room..6" or so from wall when opened. As a result I had to book another room for Friday night with no discount or change hotels. Parking only with parking spaces along side Hotel at $18 per night.

The hotel is nice and clean. I wish its made known ahead of time that parking fees and pet fees are separate or additional fees. We did like our hotel room, it was put together nicely with a little kitchen and with pots and pans. A coffee bar too. The room was clean we enjoyed it. The downside to that room is that we can hear noises from the next room. It woke the whole family and it was hard to get back to sleep.

Decent room. I like the amenities of having a refrigerator, microwave and stove. Would be nice to have if I needed them for a longer stay. But, my stay was only a one night stay. My only recommendation would be softer sheets and firmer pillows. I know the sheets are made of eco-friendly material, but they were not comfortable. The pillows were also very flat.

Room was super clean and smelled like fresh laundry. Looked just like the pictures. The mini kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was super clean, and beds were comfy. Only downside is the slightly thin walls (white noise fixed it) and the super water saving shower head. My less than 10 min shower turned into 20 because the water pressure was a trickle. Only downside. But the property overall was very clean and so was the room.

Next time I come to San Jose, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very clean, and my room is absolutely perfect. I love all the in-room amenities! My flight arrived in the morning and they allowed me to check-in early; I didn’t have to wait until 3pm to check in.

Traveled here to attended a Soccer match. The stadium is literally across the street. Check in was 3 but got into town a bit early. The young lady at the lobby was so awesome and got me into a room within 30 minutes. If going to an Earthquake’s match this is a great spot. I read in some other reviews of people complaining about noise and the hotel having thin walls. I didn’t experience that at all. I’d definitely recommend staying here .

I enjoyed the room itself, the kitchen was a nice add, the TV never worked passed 12 (midnight), I called the front desk, the lady told me she had no clue how to fix it and offered no comps or switch to a new room. My friend had to literally fix it herself. They were never clear about pricing and tried to take an extra security deposit from us and made us pay even more at the end for reasons they messed up on their end. Staff was inconvenient, room was convenient.

If you’re a fan of the NSL or NWSL this hotel is perfect because of its proximity to PAYPAL stadium. We went to an NWSL match and it was great to simply walk back to the hotel after the game. I also didn’t notice the airport noise and it’s very close to Santa Clara University.

This rooms are like staying in a studio! The rooms are super clean and very spacious! The only thing I didn’t like was that hot breakfast was very limited! Not a lot of options, a lot of carbs food though! Coffee was absolutely delicious (there is a professional coffee brewer 👌) overall I would definitely stay again!

Great for families as it had a kitchen and pull out sofa. I wish the breakfast listed it as continental breakfast plus eggs vs “breakfast.” It was a very light Californian breakfast I guess vs what we southerners view as breakfast! Very clean and loved the room. Beds were super comfortable
