We had a great stay at Roynet Mapo Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk to both Mapo and Gongdeok MRT stations, which made getting around Seoul very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large TV and fast Wi-Fi. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon check-in, which was a nice bonus. The hotel doesn’t have a pool, but it does have a small gym with two treadmills and two exercise bikes — good enough for a quick workout. There’s also a self-serve coffee machine and complimentary bottled water available in the lobby, which was a thoughtful touch. 2nd stay at Roynet, and it's generally a good value option with what most travellers would need. It doesn't claim to be 5 star quality, but it's great for what it is. Hotel is conveniently located between Mapo (nearer) and Gongdeog station. There's a good chain cafe below and many eating options nearby. Room is effiiciently laid out and there's the provision of a self laundry, water dispenser, microwave, ice maker for common use. Would consider staying again.

Staff is very kind and agreeable. Great access. The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Facilities are convenient overall. Especially, I enjoyed tea mini bar on the 3rd floor. If the bathtub was deeper, it would be beyond perfect. Definitely, I’ll come back. 3성급 호텔인데 너무 좋았습니다. 전기차를 충전하는곳이 없어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 자동차를 댈 곳이 많아서 좋았습니다. 화장실은 toto 브랜드 제품으로 설치되있어서 잘 사용했습니다. 수압이 좀 약했지만 그래도 좋았습니다. (욕조가 있어서 좋았어요.) 프론트에 커피머신, 제티가 있어서 아내랑 아이가 좋아했습니다. 근처에 낙지랑 쭈꾸미 파는곳이 있었는데 맛있더라고요 거기 한번 가보면 좋겠습니다. 솔직히 이게 3성급이라는게 놀라울 정도로 시설이 좋았어요.

Me and my friend had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the room size was perfect. Being close to a transit hub, there were no problems travelling around the city. After visiting Insadong and Myeongdong, me and my friend were both convinced we made the right hotel choice. Only negative thing is that you have to specifically request change of sheets at the front desk if you want sheets changed during your stay.

交通の便がよく（コンドク駅とマポ駅の中間でどちらも使える）どこに行くにも便利でした。フロントのスタッフほとんどの方が日本語をお話しになるので、助かりました。つたない韓国語を理解しようとしてくださったり、助けが必要なときはすぐに調べて案内してくださったり、感謝しております。コインランドリーはホテル規模に対しては２台ずつしかなく不便かなと思いましたが、私たちが使用したときは幸い待つこともなく使えました。洗剤は自動投入でしたし、他のホテルとは違い、コインランドリー独特の嫌な匂いが残ることもなかったですし、きれいに洗えました。清潔に掃除されているものと思いました。一つだけ挙げるとすると、部屋に前泊者のものと思われるネイルチップが落ちていたのが残念でした。部屋自体は大変きれいで使いやすく、備品の不足もなく快適だったので、この点が惜しかったです・・・。初日から若干不快な気分もありましたが、全体的には大満足のホテルでおすすめできます。（使用しませんでしたが、Wowpassの機械もありました）

Hotel is very well kept, always smell nice, there is coffee, tea and water available 24/7. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Bathroom is also wide, with tub and shower available. Stayed here for about 8 days. Really enjoyed the property. Wished the offered humidifiers for their guests since the air does get dry. Would book again if I am in the area. Really appreciate the staff helping us with temporary luggage storage since we had a later flight out! Also check out is at 12pm which is fantastic!

I really enjoyed the hotel room, I felt super pampered, because it was so spacious and I especially loved that the bath is seperate from the toilet area. It had a laundry room where the water dispenser, ice maker and microwave were all there as well. It was super convenient being on the same floor since I drink a lot of water, I had to keep refilling. This hotel was in between 2 subway stops so that was extremely convenient travelling.

いつもソウルに行くとこのホテルに宿泊しています。壁も厚く騒音も感じた事がないのでストレスなく泊まれるのでお気に入りです。ただ今回残念だったのは907号室に泊まったのですが、水圧が本当に弱くお風呂のお湯がたまるのも遅くシャワーもチョロチョロ程度でした。今回初めての体験でした。部屋によって違うのか？改善される事を願っています。

Family suite was very large. 5 people and a lot of luggage. Plenty of space for suit cases and enough beds for 2 parents and 3 kids. The beds are very firm. Not comfortable. One of the twin beds felt like sleeping on the floor. 2 bathrooms but no soap next to sink. Great breakfast place below hotel. Security in hotel is very good. Very nice and clean and a bit fancy.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for a while. They (housekeeping) damaged my phone charger and said they cannot take responsibility for it because the staff doesn't recall anything. Yet my charger went for fine that morning and not damage to broken when I got back to my room at night. So it was either housekeeping or someone else had access to my room? Check in was a terrible. I had a red-eye flight and was there about 10am. Staff told me they have rooms available but quoted me almost a full night to check in early. And I wasn't a 1-2 night guest. I was there for 7 nights. Then I asked what's the earliest I can check in for a lower charge or without charge and was told about 2pm but if I came after 3pm she'll give me a high floor. I came back close to 4pm and guess what, I got a low floor. So many other things were bad. Staff were pretty inconsistent with their level of service. Hot water in the shower didn't always work. Housekeeping sometimes didn't replace linens, water and mugs/glasses and by the end of my stay I had no bath robe or clean mugs. And no where to get them. I wasn't informed of the coffee, tea facilities available to guests until my 2nd last day. It's really such a shame because the location was great and the room itself was fine. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend for anyone wanting to stay more than 1 night.

Outstanding hotel. Not only the very new facilities and room. Love the design of the bathroom in the room. I had one incident while I stayed in the hotel. I left my phone on the taxi but I have no car plate number but only a Tmoney payment record. My phone was ringing but no one pick up, I went to front desk as them to help to call police. The front office manager Ms Min, she played an amazing magic, she get in contact with driver within 20 mins, I really don’t know how she did it! She was so professional. My flight was the next day so I was even gave up my hope on the phone. Thank you Ms Min you indeed safe my life and made this trip a very outstanding one. I will always stay at Roynet as the staff just went beyond their duty.

The hotel sits between two subway stations making getting around easy. The area has plenty of restaurants to choose from, but not much is open before 10 if you are looking for a western style breakfast. Although, there is a McDonald's and plenty of coffee shops near by. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They provide two bottles of water in your room daily. You can also get additional water bottles in the lobby on the 3rd floor. They provide water machines and laundry on the 10 and 20 floors. Free coffee is available at the lobby. Laundry will cost you 10,000 won to do a load (5,000 for the washer and 5,000 for the dryer). I had a standard twin room that came with two twin beds. You can push them together to make a king size bed. The room is small and does not offer much space, but that is typical in Seoul. The only complaint I had is that the bathroom sink light does not have enough light. This makes shaving and putting on makeup a challenge. There is an airport bus stop near by that takes you to the Incheon airport. The bus number is 6015 and it runs about every 15-20 minutes and takes 40-50 minutes to Terminal 2. There is also an option to take the airport train at the Gongdeok station, but there is no elevator or escalator at the station exit 1 that you would take to get to this hotel making luggage a challenge. I did scout out that there is an elevator at Exit 9 across the street in front of the Glad Hotel.

Roynet Mapo is easy to get there from the airport by the airport Train or by bus 6015. I got to the hotel around 11pm, the check-in counter on the 3rd floor and the staff was so nice. It just took few minutes to check-in. There are 7-11, CU and Olive Young nearby the hotel, and also a coffee show right on the ground floor. I am definely come back again.

Plenty of eats around the hotel, but that's not unique to this hotel since entire city of Seoul has restaurants everywhere. Two subway stations are a few blocks away, so if you have a lot to carry, that might be a concern.

조식을 추가해서 먹었는데 딸기잼이 원래주시는건데 다떨어져서 없다고 못주신다고 하더군요 대체할만한걸 요구하니 없다고하시네요 식빵을 도저히 먹을수없어서 조식을 아이들이랑 제대로 못먹었네요 조금 서비스가 황당하더군요 로비에서 커피 무료로 가능해서 좋았습니다 위치도 서비스도 나머지는 다 좋았습니다

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Zimmer waren für koreanische Verhältnisse sehr groß. Die Lage ist auch gut, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Metro und vom Bahnhof mit Zügen direkt zum Flughafen. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden außer mit dem Frühstück, welches für diesen Preis absolut unzureichend ist. Es gibt weder Kaffee noch ein Buffet, sondern man muss vor dem Frühstück ein Gericht wählen und bekommt es dann serviert. Weder kann man sich dir Inhalte so zusammenstellen wie man möchte, noch gibt es die Möglichkeit, Nachschlag zu holen.

非常に過ごしやすく快適でした。朝食も美味しかったです。周辺に美味しいレストランとカフェがたくさんあることもとても魅力的でした。とくにホテルから5分ほどの距離にある、ソンチュカマゴルの焼肉屋と、プリッツというカフェがおすすめです！
