Very spacious apartment. Clean heated pool and warm hot tub were great. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Gated to apartments so very secure. Great little beach. Small balconies, but wonderful view from building 3. Also building 3 very convenient to walk to pool. Limited items in kitchen but appliances especially washer and dryer were great. Will definitely stay here again.

We have been going here for years. It’s great for a family get away. We have 4 minor Complaints, which may not be complaints for others. The beds are very firm, the snacks/drinks around pool area are highly priced, the pavers around the pool are extremely hot during the day, and the “beach” area looks way better in pics. Other than that it is a great place to stay, very clean and Comfortable and safe. The grounds are quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

Wow! So much room. The pool was huge with a bar onsite. You also have a beach that is set with loungers to use. There is a dock to walk onto. Pickle ball courts you can use and tennis courts.

The condo was spacious compared with other hotel room options in the area. The pool was warm and they have a concession stand with snack and drinks, including cocktails. There is a restaurant on property but we didn’t get it. The beach area is small but you can actually walk in to the water. Which can be hard to find around the Keys. The balcony was pretty cramped with both my husband and me out there, but the ocean view was great. The property was quiet and secure with a gate and security.

Excellent hotel for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The rooms are big and very spacious. The whole apartment is clean and well stocked with basic needs. The pool is very large along with the jacuzzi. Its great that its open till 11pm, giving the guest to extra time to use it. I have very thoroughly checked hotels for out stay and Ocean Pointe Suites marked every box. We will defenitely going to return.

Beach area wasn’t quite what we hoped, but everything else was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved going to the pool. The restaurants at the pool and beach were good, and very convenient. The gazebo on the water was nice to hang out in. Didn’t end up playing tennis but two nice courts. Would stay again.

Large hotel with a great pool and hot tub area with walk up bar and grill. It does get crowded however, and can have lots of kids - that may be right up your alley or something to avoid. A separate basic restaurant on the water and a small beach area. Room was very nice with kitchen, could easily cook meals versus going out to eat (regular size fridge and electric stove, lots of cookware), but plenty of restaurants within 10 miles. Upscale versus your typical Rt 1 motels/hotels.

The resort has many amenities to offer, Marina, restaurant onsite, dock and a cute little beach area, more for sunbathing than to enjoy the sea. The pool opens until 11 pm, which is convenient during the hot summer months. The check in process went smoothly. The property is secure and the views are amazing. The apartment we stayed in 3308 was spacious and tastefully decorated. I would have given them a 5 stars if it would not have been so dirty. The tiles were sticky dirty and you can tell the carpet hasn’t been deep cleaned for a while

One of the worse condo stays I've ever had! Check in- Attempted to check in but checkin is not on site. The gate keeper handed us a paper with no explanation... just figure it out. Room- In my reservation I requested a lower floor due to height fears and my son's visual impairments. They put us on the top floor and refused to move us. Was told by reception to figure it out or find something else there was nothing she could do! Room- The room was filthy! Cobwebs on the wall, dust on the surfaces, and small bettle like bugs in the room. Toilet in master just keep running. (Took 2 days to get someone to respond to fix it!) Check out - was the best part. One we got to finally leave the deplorable conditions but was very easy. (Even though it's been 3 days and my bank stated they still haven't released my deposit. )

Not at all worth the money paid for this. Fridge was dirty, sheets had fuzz and hair in them, makes the whole place feel unclean. Nice view is only from 1 of 5 buildings, be aware. The sofa bed was horrible, thin, springs poking, very noisy pull out bed (so bad it doesn’t qualify as a bed in my opinion). Would not recommend, and would not stay again.

The hotel / suite itself was nice. The concept of checking in a completely different location was frustrating. We had a dinner reservation and I walked into the check-in office just after a group of 12 rather drunk individuals which was not ideal. Accommodation itself was great facilities wise, had everything we needed for our family. The downside however, was the cleanliness. Within an hour of walking around barefoot, my feet were black. I will attach a photo. I was also rather disgusted when we folded out the sofa bed and found a lot of food, hairs and even a whole goldfish snack on the underside. Clearly from where the previous people had been eating on the sofa. Ideally this needs to be cleaned and prepped for the next visitors as they may want to use it as a sofa bed - as we did. Some kind of safety lock on the patio door high up would be desired as it's a very easy catch for a young child such as my son who is three to open. He could also fit his head very easily through the railings and there was a large gap down to the side of our patio railing that I am sure he would have been able to squeeze out of had he wanted to. Overall a good stay but could be improved dramatically by a deeper clean between guests and a safety catch on the patio door.

Checking in is a long process. You can not check in before 5pm. Room was not ready until after 6pm because we were told it still needed to be cleaned. After finally arriving in the unit floors were still dirty. The unit seemed to be lightly swept, but floors were sticky and our white socks were black on the bottom after only a short time of walking on the floor. The grounds were nice and well kept but our unit needed a little TLC.

The property was clean and looked to have been updated. It has somewhat of a view of the ocean and was quiet. However, the kitchen was understocked and both the bed and sleeper sofa matrices where in need of replacement. The pool was nice and large and having music was nice as well. Drinks were pricey though..

Bed was hard as a rock and the bedroom fan was broke. They had a huge dresser in the bedroom and there was little to no room to walk around the bed. Ocean was in a distance. Nice property and pool area. Would stay again however would ask for a different room.

Nice big suite with a full kitchen. Great view of the water from the patio, though the patio is rather perilously small. Checking in was a little annoying because you have to go down the road to a completely different building to check in, then head back to the actual property. Navigating the buildings was also a little confusing.

We stayed in 4413 for a week. The gentleman that checked us was nothing short of amazing! I hope they know what a gem they have with him. We had a great view from our porch. Everything was clean, and they came in halfway through our trip to change bedding and towels. If you need anything, you just have to send a text. The pool was great. Music playing and a poolside concession if you got hungry or thirsty. We didn’t, so I can’t comment on how that was, but it was a nice option. I would 100% stay there again except for one reason that’s a deal breaker. The mattress was so uncomfortable. It sunk in the middle which is typically a sign that it needs replacing. I did not sleep well at all. I had read a previous review for 4413 that said the same so I was hoping it was replaced, but I don’t think it was. That was the only downfall to the unit itself. Everyone there was so friendly.

The view was great. As well as the beach and pool only issue was the bed it was terrible loke sleeping in a hole. Just kept rolling into my husband and we arent large people.

The place was ok. Definitely needs an update in the bathroom as well as in the bedroom. Very hard to move around in the bedroom because the furniture that is in there is way to big for the room. The couch in the living room is very old and needs to be updated.

PROPERTY 5 STARTS: because the property itself is beautiful, the area is very quiet, and peaceful and it was exactly what i needed this weekend after a month of insane migraines and dealing with emotional issues. THE APARTMENT: Beautiful and very homie, it has everything you need and i literally felt like i was home, also comfy beds & beautiful decor. CHECK IN: INSANE I am still giving this property a 5 start because i won’t let 1 unprofessional person ruined their rate ( WENDY CASTELLANOS ) Manager who has very little to no knowledge on how to handle a person with a service dog. upon arrival i was told i needed to send this person an email with my dogs ID registration and ID # as well as rabies shots and I Did yet this was not enough she went ahead with attitude and started to ask personal questions in regards his performance and why i needed him and my disability issues because she wasn’t present and needed to know. Clearly WENDY CASTELLANOS doesn’t know that is ilegal for a business to ask certain questions. As a manager you should do your homework and should become knowledgeable about what you can and cannot ask a person with a disability and her service dog. once i submitted my dogs legal registration info and my name as his handler and owner was printed on the paper that’s all you needed yet you went ahead and made me feel very uncomfortable asking with attitude about why i needed him and requested the doctors letter that specified in details my personal issues.

What I didn’t like was my son was coming for dinner and the staff would not let him park for a couple of hours. You should have a guest parking spot and check them in under the guest staying there. It was extremely inconvenient for us.

One of the worse condo stays I've ever had! Check in- Attempted to check in but checkin is not on site. The gate keeper handed us a paper with no explanation... just figure it out. Room- In my reservation I requested a lower floor due to height fears and my son's visual impairments. They put us on the top floor and refused to move us. Was told by reception to figure it out or find something else there was nothing she could do! Room- The room was filthy! Cobwebs on the wall, dust on the surfaces, and small bettle like bugs in the room. Toilet in master just keep running. (Took 2 days to get someone to respond to fix it!) Check out - was the best part. One we got to finally leave the deplorable conditions but was very easy. (Even though it's been 3 days and my bank stated they still haven't released my deposit. )

The property is placed on a beautiful area, the apartment also had a nice Ocean view. Only reason for our bad rating is the Staff of the place was very disappointing. The first night we arrived we called about the refrigerator not working. We called the office number and they said there was no maintenance guy available at that time. Instead of transferring us to another suite with fridge she said to wait until the morning. The following morning we didn’t hear anything from them. We called in the afternoon and said the maintenance guy stopped by and said the refrigerator was fine when it was not, all our food went to waste. A complete change of plans, we had to go buy breakfast, lunch, and diner outside. She mentioned that the maintenance guy would stop again. When he did, the refrigerator wasn’t working and he said there was nothing that he could do, he said to call and ask to be compensated for the wasted food and inconvenience. We called many times expecting a call back from the manager. No one ever called back, we gave up on calling them. These people have terrible communication and customer service. Just know that and keep in mind before your stay. We stayed three days without a refrigerator, it really was a disappointment how their staff never cared or called us, not even once. Great resort but having the check in at a different address is inconvenient and creates a lot of back and forth. Having everybody wait till 5 to check in creates a backlog. If the room are ready let people check in earlier to prevent line ups.

Check in was very quick and easy. The check in employee was extremely friendly and provided useful information about local attractions, restaurants, etc. Our condo AC needed to be serviced and a tech arrived within minutes after I called the office to report the problem. The AC issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes. The kitchen was not very well appointed, but the basics were provided (no mixing bowl, cutting board, baking sheet but there were pans, cups, bowls, plates and silverware). If you plan to cook, make sure to bring everything you may need. The property was very clean, the condo was very comfortable, the views were magical, and the nightly raccoon fest I observed from the balcony was highly entertaining.

Very nice place! Very clean. Would not waste money for water view because it was at least 100 ft away and could barely even see it. I recommend checking in during day light because having to find the place to check in in the dark was stressful! Lack of lighted signs and trying to figure out where to go was difficult. I can't figure out why they think checking in at the last bldg, down the hall on 2nd floor is a good idea? The guy who checked us in did just that and provided me with info in writing, thankfully as he shared little info during ck in. Overall though this place was great!

The condo was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a restaurant /bar directly on the property which was nice for when we first arrived. The property is very accessible by car to restaurants and activities. The beach on the property was very underwhelming, very shallow and rocky. The pier was nice.

An affordable and fairly priced crash pad in the keys. Everything worked fine and was clean. The pool area is nice. Check in down the road a few mins is weird but it’s not a big deal. Not luxurious by any means but satisfied with th w value for what we paid. Thanks.

Liked having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The resort was very quiet, even with what seemed like a lot of people staying. We were in bldg.#5 and loved the location. There is not a lot of shopping or dining nearby, must use a car. Pool area and hot tub very nice, very clean. Small rocky beach, but great to sit in lounge chairs avail there. Loved the gazebo out over the water, to watch the sun come up! (or I sat on my room balcony and watched it come up over the marina) Room was a good layout. Could use a bit of updates, but felt sufficiently clean. Staff was extremely responsive always. Very pleased with staff!!! Would stay again.

The condo was spacious and beautiful! We loved seeing the sunrise over the ocean every morning from the dining room window. There were a few things that could have been cleaner, but nothing that was critical. The beach is not as easily accessible as website made it seem. It took us a bit to figure it where it was, how to get there and it was a lm bit of a lengthy walk. Definitely not walk out your door to a beach. There's lots of restaurants, shopping and recreational activities to do very near. We would definitely stay here again if visiting The Keys!

Large hotel with a great pool and hot tub area with walk up bar and grill. It does get crowded however, and can have lots of kids - that may be right up your alley or something to avoid. A separate basic restaurant on the water and a small beach area. Room was very nice with kitchen, could easily cook meals versus going out to eat (regular size fridge and electric stove, lots of cookware), but plenty of restaurants within 10 miles. Upscale versus your typical Rt 1 motels/hotels.

The property was clean and looked to have been updated. It has somewhat of a view of the ocean and was quiet. However, the kitchen was understocked and both the bed and sleeper sofa matrices where in need of replacement. The pool was nice and large and having music was nice as well. Drinks were pricey though..

We loved our stay at Ocean Pointe suites. The suite was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. Everything worked properly and the bed was comfortable. Other than at check in, the only other staff we really interacted with were the folks at poolside bar and grill. They were great! So were the food and drinks! It's a nice sized swimming pool, bigger than some of the others we saw around the area. We were there in May and it didn't seem crowded at that time. There were plenty of lounge chairs and seating tables around the pool. There is almost no shade at the pool area so if you don't want to be in direct sun the entire time you would have to sit at one of the umbrella tables. There are no umbrellas for the lounge chairs. The private beach is small, but clean with several lounge chairs. Our experience was that the beach doesn't get too busy because it's not a great swimming beach. Generally, the beaches in that area of the the Keys are not the best for swimming. I did go in the water at the beach. I wore water shoes and I'm glad I did. It's very rocky and pretty shallow. If you want to swim in the ocean, you can do it right there but I suggest a snorkeling tour or something like that. There is a pier at the beach where you can walk out to look at the ocean, and it's shaded with some chairs. Overall, we would recommend a stay at Ocean Pointe suites. We felt safe and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and nice. The pool was great. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The beach area wasn’t great, but none of the beaches in that area are. Our unit was a little outdated but it was clean and everything worked properly. Would definitely stay there again, but hopefully the restaurant will be open. The food truck was not open in the evenings.

Check in was at 5pm, which we have never seen a check in that late in all of our years of traveling. The dinner menu was extremely limited (5 items) and pricey for what you got (basically bar food). We expected a little nicer ( some seafood given the area). There was only one server and she was responsible for bartending, waitressing AND cooking. She was sweet, but we waited a long time for our food and it was mediocre at best. If we hadn't checked in so late we would have gone elsewhere. There was no option to get breakfast onsite and we had another issue regarding our initial call to the hotel and the room rate. The beach area is very small. The room was fine enough as was the hot tub/pool, but all in all, the negatives outweighed the positives for us here.

Very nice well equipped condos, nice pool area with pool bar, beach is small and not real clean, restaurant not somewhere you want to depend on, location half way between key largo and Islamorada so you have to drive 15-20 minutes to get to most restaurants, etc Taken aback by the number of Ferrell cats and even raccoons on the property that are being fed by people unfortunately!

Beach area wasn’t quite what we hoped, but everything else was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved going to the pool. The restaurants at the pool and beach were good, and very convenient. The gazebo on the water was nice to hang out in. Didn’t end up playing tennis but two nice courts. Would stay again.
