Elegant hotel with efficient and friendly staff. Excellent location for walking to all the places I wanted to see. Much quieter than the city center. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar with a great view. I enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised with how nice and convient the hotel was.

Nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was great. Very nice rooftop bar. Great restaurants with outdoor seating right near hotel. Trastereve is a cool area in Rome. Walkable to many restaurants. We also did a fun 4 hr foodie tour here and I highly rec the golf cart tours of Rome.

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are small, but that may be typical for Rome. The rooftop restaurant has a stunning view of Trastevere, made excellent cocktails, and had one of the best meals we had when staying in Rome. As Rome is famous for the many sites and walking, its nice to have a good restaurant in the hotel. Trastevere also has many good places to get food or a drink.

excellent venue..we booked the "superior room" and we (my wife and I) were pleasantly surprised at a full length shower and modern clean hotel room. we received the breakfast buffet as part of our deal (20 Euro if you didn't get a deal) which was on the 7th floor a roof top view of Rome ..the staff was very friendly and spoke English and reserved a taxi to the airport and guaranteed its arrival as we were worried based on the taxi strike the day before which left us stranded at FCO Airport. we had dinner in the roof top restaurant and it was excellent. The next day the Taxi driver arrived on time and only charge us 55 Euros for the trip..all in all I would recommend this hotel for a night stay in Rome

Positive: The hotel has many nice features: a huge rooftop terrace, tasty breakfast, great cocktails, elegant atmosphere, bus and train stations right outside, many restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby, about 30 minutes’ walk to the main sights, lively but safe area, and high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion in the room, no kids ;-) Negative: For a 4-star hotel, we were a bit disappointed. The staff didn’t greet us when we arrived, and cleanliness was not perfect. We had mold in the bathroom, water stains on the ceiling, and some marks on the walls. Also, it would have been nice if the breakfast menu changed. There was a big selection, but it was always the same in the end. Conclusion: For the price, we would choose a different hotel next time. Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff were really helpful and the breakfast staff worked so hard to turn around tables on a very busy weekend. Food choices at breakfast were plentiful and delicious. The room was spotless and really well appointed.

Such a lovely hotel, impeccably clean, gorgeous design and excellent, friendly service. We loved the breakfasts and enjoyed the rooftop bar. Would certainly stay here again.

Extremely disappointing. This was my 6th time in Rome and by far the worst hotel. The location is good and if you don’t look too closely the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. BUT the hotel is not clean. There was mould in the shower, hair on the bathroom and bedroom floor, a shower gel container and tissue box in the bathroom ripped off by previous guests. There are marks all over the walls. Keeping in mind the hotel opened in Sept 2022, it is not aging well. There was no soap in the public area toilets like the lobby and rooftop bar/breakfast area….how do the staff wash their hands after using the toilet? I complained about my room after check in and they sent a cleaner, offered two complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar, which then we were told were only for beer and soft drinks. I raised this at checkout and an adjustment was made. We stayed for 4 nights to attend a wedding in Rome, at no time were we offered any kind of information on Rome, we didn’t need any as we had been there before but staff didn’t know that. We were not offered assistance with taxis. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel, I think they are taking advantage of the location and constant flow of visitors to Rome; they know there will be other bookings regardless of the service they provide. I will not return to this hotel

Great hotel. Close to many restaurants. We had a family suite that was much more spacious for our family of 5 than I expected- basically 2 hotel rooms that were connected. Front desk staff very helpful, spoke English fluently, and gave great restaurant referral -albeit a bit of a drive- authentic italian unlike much offered in travestere.

The hotel itself is based is the lively area of Trastevere, which has great cafe’s and restaurants all around and walkable to everything. The property is very modern and clean and staff are welcoming and helpful. The roof top bar is a lovely addition and service was very good. We booked 2 rooms as travelled with Parents. Our parents rooms was nicer and had a bath. Our room was nice but the shower was very small and not powerful and flooded our bathroom everyday which was very annoying and it seemed a lot smaller than our parents. I would stay again but would request a room with a bath as the shower was not good enough. Other than that the our rooms overlooked a lovely courtyard and were very comfortable.

Lovely clean rooms and feel like they have been recently renovated. Staff are helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of options. Excellent area for food and evening night life. Only thing I would say is to be careful in the shower as it is very shallow, it floods very easily 😬 took about 30mins to walk to main areas such as Roman Forum, Colosseum, Trevi etc.. Lots of bus routes near by and can easily get to Trastavere station for a direct train to airport for €8.

We had a wonderful stay at Una Trastevere. The hotel offers a more upscale feeling and was a wonderful respite after a long day of walking. I was there with my husband in July and it was sweltering hot during the day but the hotel air conditioning worked like a dream and we were never hot in the hotel. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and quiet, overlooking the street on the 4th floor. The bed was very comfortable and the daily housekeeping was great. Our room had a spacious closet, modern in room safe, mini bar and desk with espresso machine. Rainfall shower head, bidet, spacious sink and well working hair dryer along with toiletries was provided. The rooftop patio and restaurant were very nice and offered an elegant atmosphere to enjoy a cocktail or dinner. We didn’t try breakfast but we did have coffee in the breakfast area which was very good. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is it is a bit of a walk to the historical sights, but as this was not our first time in Rome we were ok with this and appreciated exploring Trastevere as the food in this area is wonderful and less costly as it is frequented by many locals.

We didn’t try breakfast but we did have coffee in the breakfast area which was very good. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is it is a bit of a walk to the historical sights, but as this was not our first time in Rome we were ok with this and appreciated exploring Trastevere as the food in this area is wonderful and less costly as it is frequented by many locals.

I thought the location was good: steps from great restaurants and Gelateria in Trastevere! Loved the blackout curtains & windows, which were pretty sound-proof, allowing for quiet rest. Some of the staff were courteous; some were not very friendly. When I arrived, I was assigned the room next to the (very loud) elevator and asked to be moved. I am very sound sensitive and had been traveling (and not sleeping) for the prior 48 hours and really needed sound sleep. It would not have been drowned out with earplugs and a white noise machine. This turned out to be a very big hassle and inconvenience. It took over an hour to resolve, during which time I could not walk around, shower or lay down…just had to sit and wait. During this process, it seemed the staff was angry at my request and didn’t want to accommodate me. Finally had to stand at the desk to get this resolved, as it had already taken forever - there were no guests waiting to check in, so I have no idea what the hold up was. Finally a lovely staff member who seemed like a manager perhaps, stepped in to get this handled. I am grateful to her, otherwise would have had a bad experience here. Aside from her, did not feel the staff to be a very courteous bunch. It is also about 30-40 minute walk or a taxi ride to attractions, such as the Colosseum or Vatican. We’ve stayed at this brand before. It’s a beautiful hotel but overall this one was sub-par. Area was close to Travestare which was great, but area surrounding hotel was marginal. Homeless people and dirty. In the room, only paper cups for coffee and these and coffee, etc were not replenished after Day 1. Rooftop bar lovely but service was incredibly slow, given there were as many wait staff as clients the night we were there. The hotel offered to call a car service for us (to airport). Instead they called a taxi which didn’t show up. Every time we asked where the car was they said “i think it’s coming”. For a luxury brand this one did not deliver on this stay.

A very pretty hotel! Check in was excellent experience. The individual at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed for three nights and hotel only offered ONE bottle of complementary water which was a pity for hot summer in Italy. The first day we went out for some sightseeing in the morning and came back after 5 hours for some rest and shower, however our room had not been cleaned. We had to stay in the lobby until they got someone to clean it! The other day when we asked for some ice to bring to the room as it was too hot, the receptionist told us to grab it by ourselves from the bar! I don’t think this was proper response from a four star hotel. We made a formal complaint about all these things however the guest relationship manager made no contact. Hotel was fine just need to improve their service, staff training and especially management!

The rooms were quite small but clean, comfortable and well appointed - no issues there. The service is what lets this hotel down. The breakfast staff were excellent and cheerful. Some of the reception staff (one in particular) were a little rude and uninterested. For example, next to the reception desk the hotel advertised the euro final to be shown on their roof top bar, we asked at reception for details only to be told they know nothing about it and to go ask at the bar ourselves. Up we went (reception could have phoned) and eventually found someone to speak to and we booked a table in the bar for the euro final. When we got to the bar the following evening before the game there were no reserved tables and no staff serving drinks, neither did they seem interested in serving us. We went and watched the game in our rooms. the following evening after a long day touring the sites we tried to book a table at the restaurant only to have them hang up on us. When I called back I was told that means they have no tables available!? The hotel is well situated, Trastevere is a great place to hangout in the evenings with some of the best restaurants in Roma. The hotel is expensive and I expected better service. Also VIP access means nothing here.

When I checked in, I asked if the front desk could arrange for a transfer to the airport for an early morning flight the next day. They said yes and asked if €65 was acceptable, which I assumed was the total cost to take me to the airport. When I arrived at the airport, the driver insisted that I pay him. I tried to explain to him that I’d already paid the €65 to the hotel when I checked in. He disagreed so I called the hotel. The front desk informed me that the initial €65 that I paid to the hotel was the one way fair to have the driver done to the hotel and that to owed an additional €65 to the driver. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. I could have booked an Uber for €58. If they had told me this, I would absolutely not have had the hotel book a ride for me. I am very disappointed.

Great hotel however did not like the location. Too far from the center with all the main attractions. Otherwise, hotel itself is good. Breakfast is very good for a hotel in a main European touristic city. If you’re ok with the distant location, it’s a great value.

Great hotel in a great location - we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Also found out that Trastavere is definitely the place to be on the weekends, massive crowds of people just having a good time within a few blocks, but far enough away that the hotel was quiet.

My stay was wonderful. The hotel itself was gorgeous, very clean and simple in the rooms. Great location if you’re willing to walk a little bit farther into Rome for all the sites. The lobby and restaurant had great service and delish food. I had breakfast included every morning, with lots of variety! The rooftop bar and restaurant was even better! Food and drinks were great. Snacks with your drinks made it even better. Good location with lots of community and local restaurants around.

The rooftop restaurant has a stunning view of Trastevere, made excellent cocktails, and had one of the best meals we had when staying in Rome. As Rome is famous for the many sites and walking, its nice to have a good restaurant in the hotel. Trastevere also has many good places to get food or a drink.

My mother and I stayed one night on 9/22 and as soon as we started unpacking our things and wanted to take a quick nap on the bed after a long day traveling, we noticed there were black short hairs in the sheets, as well as black specks & red blood stains on the the sheets & duvet cover, and a small black bug crawling on the curtain in the room. When I noticed more black flecks on the sheets after wiping it off a few times & finding what looked like a shedded reddish color casing, I suspected bed bugs. So I went down to the desk and expressed my concern over the cleanliness & possible bed bug situation & requested a new room but they informed me they were sold out. They offered to have their cleaning staff change our sheet and duvet cover only and also offered a comp breakfast for my mom and I, however, we were leaving by 7 am before breakfast to catch our flight, so that wasn't good enough. Instead of apologizing and offering to refund partial charges or the entire charges, they offered a breakfast and never bothered to follow up after check-out. Considering this was a deluxe double room at a rate of $650+ for one night, this was totally unacceptable & one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. We have stayed at other UNA properties & they were wonderful compared to this. Additionally, we were expecting a room with natiral light and/or a view for that price and instead got a dirty corner room by a utility staircase with hairs & bed bugs. Photos of our bites attached.
