Staff was not very friendly or accommodating. Felt like we were an inconvenience to them.

A very well located hotel, on the lakeside, with wonderful views from the rooms at the front with balconies. The ferry terminal is 100 metres away with access to all the other beautiful towns on the lake. What makes this hotel special is the staff who are very warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location as the hotel was in the city centre. Staff was super helpful as they were able to call ahead a taxi for us to bring our luggage to the train station. Breakfast was also included and has lots of options. When we stayed, their was a local market right outside the hotel on Tuesday. Hotel was also located next to the port where we could get the ferry/boat to a different part of the lake.
