The hotel room was overall great, but when the weather got bad the power went out and part of the metal roof ripped off so we decided to check out early and head home.

Clean and comfortable. Fluffy towels. Parking lot well lit and staff were pleasant. No coffee pot in the room and breakfast was very disappointing. Muffin and honey bun, out of a box kind. Yogurt, Sunny D, no real juice. Milk was in a gallon jug. Two cereals and no fruit. Diabetics nightmare. Bingo hall across the road. Numbers called out, into the middle of the night, over a PA system and could be heard in our room. Guest a couple of doors down played music all night. We got to enjoy Chris Stapleton at 4:30 am.LOL

They have bright lighting right outside the windows and the curtains don't block them emitting light in the room. The breakfast was a joke. Coffee taste like water. There was only one yogurt and pack of muffins. A jar of SunnyD and not even enough milk for a bowl of cereal.

Easy check in. We felt the motel was very basic, lacking any extras or expected facilities. No hand towels, no toiletries and to finish it off the breakfast was shocking. Nothing to eat at all, unless you like very limited or one choice of coloured cereal, coffee which was awful and muffins in a wrapper. Would I recommend,🤔Nooo

The first room they put us in was a smoking room, because the online booking said that was the only room available. There was a noise in the bathroom, something to do with the plumbing, and they were unable to repair it, so they moved us into a better room (which apparently was available). I will say that the lighting outside the windows was so bright you could read a newspaper inside the room at night. The breakfast left a little to be desired as well. There was a toaster and fresh bread, but no butter. Froot Loops and Corn Flakes were the only cereal options, but they did have packaged pastries and muffins. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and overall, it was a good stay.

I travel by motorcycle, and stay at a lot of places along the path. This is a typical motorcycle Hotel. The inside room was clean although the outside looked a little bit run down. But that is the way it goes when you're taking motorcycle trips off the beaten path. There are two gas stations adjacent and that is really the only place to eat. At least it was a good shower a good bed and Air conditioning.

Room is DISGUSTING. Bathroom is disgusting. They need to do a remodel immediately. Dead & alive bugs in room, brown smudges on walls and ceilings. Tub is disgusting. Fridge was disgusting with yellow stains inside. No one should have to stay in a hotel like this. Expensive pet stay for NO REASON . Room too dirty to even want your pet walking around. Will NEVER stay here again .

Staff tried to up charge the prepaid room. So, I asked to see the room before checking in. Building is falling apart, I did not check in after seeing the room. I have never seen anything this disgusting. Bugs were everywhere in the room. I canceled my stay within 5 minutes I had to go to another hotel for the night. This hotel should be condemned by the health department. I want my money back. This place doesn’t look like anything you could imagine. I give this place a negative 999 on scale from 1 to 10.

When we pulled up, we honestly thought it was abandoned. Looked very run down. Front office was extremely small. Breakfast area was apart of that and it looked terrible. Room was clean somewhat. No towel rack (holes where it was supposed to be), toilet ran the entire time, shower almost burned my skin off, paint chipped on the walls, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, finger prints all over the thing above the curtains. The ac was off when we arrived and it had a sign to then it off after each use.

Check in was fast and easy, bed was comfortable. Experience was ruined when I stood in the shower for 10 mins waiting for the water to get hot...it never did. Never even got warm. So if you're looking for a comfortable cheap room, but no shower, this is your place.

This property is very quiet and safe. The rooms have undergone remodels and they are very comfortable. Excellent television and channel choices. I slept well here. It is conveniently located off of the interstate. I'm definitely staying here next time I'm around.

I was a bit skeptical but I have to say it was a nice stay. The room was clean, renovated, and had a fridge and a microwave. I did not eat the free breakfast to safe time, but it looked basic. The toilet should have been replaced during the renovation, it was old & very low (maybe too low for older folks) but it was clean! As far as I could tell there wasn’t much around it except for a gas station.

Was an affordable option for a night’s sleep. We stopped and the room was clean but definitely not updated. Our non smoking room had a burn hole in a comforter and there were lots of weird noises coming through the walls and from the a/c unit. Overall we aren’t upset at the price for the quality of room. After we left we received a phone call accusing us of stealing towels when there was only one towel in the room when we got there. The man on the phone repeated the accusation twice before hanging up on me. I wouldn’t stay again due to the poor customer service.

Fine for a night stay while traveling through. The bed was comfortable but I suggest adding more pillows or bigger pillows to the king size beds. We only had 3 very small flat pillows for 2 people

Room was awesome. The management was rude and very unprofessional. We were told by the attendant to park in a certain location the afternoon before we left. The general manager said that there was a lot of complaints that we park in the location that was told be the attendants. Management was very unpleasant and this situation but we only did what we were told to do. The hotel room was clean, shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. I would have given all excellent rating if the general manager would have been nice and understanding. Management was very poor to a paying customer. I would appreciate an email back with an apology for their mistake but I’m sure this rude manager will not take the time to email me back b

The check-in was smooth. The room & linens was pretty much clean. There was a cold mini fridge plus a microwave in room & the water was hot unless you had the sink on too. What i didnt like was there were a couple of roaches we saw BUT the nice man in office at 2 am was happy to move us, no problem. However this disrupted our sleep & come checkout, the boy up front wasnt very understanding & became rude with me & my spouse. I explained my situation but was forced into making the decision of paying for an extra night without any discount. It was just very inconvenient all around.

This property is very quiet and safe. The rooms have undergone remodels and they are very comfortable. Excellent television and channel choices. I slept well here. It is conveniently located off of the interstate. I'm definitely staying here next time I'm around.

If you are needing a place to stay when Tuscaloosa has an event and their hotel prices are nuts, this is a good budget option. The room was clean and as pictured. The staff is very friendly and nice. The breakfast is fairly non existent. There aren’t many restaurants near by. But if you need a basic inexpensive room, you could do far worse.

I came to Alabama go a basketball tournament and other hotels were expensive or sold out. This site was described as out of the city but close to events. 45 mins away on a dark road and the site was off the road. It really was a truck stop motel. The stay made you feel uncomfortable and unclean. It was a motel for truckers. The bed was dressed a the pictures described but not a place for women and children alone. The tube needed to be replaced.

Clean and comfortable. Fluffy towels. Parking lot well lit and staff were pleasant. No coffee pot in the room and breakfast was very disappointing. Muffin and honey bun, out of a box kind. Yogurt, Sunny D, no real juice. Milk was in a gallon jug. Two cereals and no fruit. Diabetics nightmare. Bingo hall across the road. Numbers called out, into the middle of the night, over a PA system and could be heard in our room. Guest a couple of doors down played music all night. We got to enjoy Chris Stapleton at 4:30 am.LOL

They have bright lighting right outside the windows and the curtains don't block them emitting light in the room. The breakfast was a joke. Coffee taste like water. There was only one yogurt and pack of muffins. A jar of SunnyD and not even enough milk for a bowl of cereal.

I was a bit skeptical but I have to say it was a nice stay. The room was clean, renovated, and had a fridge and a microwave. I did not eat the free breakfast to safe time, but it looked basic. The toilet should have been replaced during the renovation, it was old & very low (maybe too low for older folks) but it was clean! As far as I could tell there wasn’t much around it except for a gas station.

Easy check in. We felt the motel was very basic, lacking any extras or expected facilities. No hand towels, no toiletries and to finish it off the breakfast was shocking. Nothing to eat at all, unless you like very limited or one choice of coloured cereal, coffee which was awful and muffins in a wrapper. Would I recommend,🤔Nooo

I spoke with the staff about the accomodations, they had no interest in any improvement or feedback. The breakfast that was included was nowhere to be found. I would hesitate to recommend this location to anyone

The first room they put us in was a smoking room, because the online booking said that was the only room available. There was a noise in the bathroom, something to do with the plumbing, and they were unable to repair it, so they moved us into a better room (which apparently was available). I will say that the lighting outside the windows was so bright you could read a newspaper inside the room at night. The breakfast left a little to be desired as well. There was a toaster and fresh bread, but no butter. Froot Loops and Corn Flakes were the only cereal options, but they did have packaged pastries and muffins. my stay was for one night in Tuskaloosa for my daughter college graduation. The room was old looking. The comforter had a stain on it and the Bar/Bingo club made a racket for half the night keeping sleep to a minimum. Other then that it was great.
