The good: beautiful property, each room is unique and extremely thoughtful desigened. The amenities are good. Excellent location. They facilitated early check in and valet parking was great. The bad: the "kitchen" consisted of empty upboards and drawers and one electric burner (usless without a pot or pan). We had to make a special request for a knife and toaster. Then, for coffee mugs, they had to bring them from the Demetria Hotel and fill out paperwork. No hot water. No handtowels or soap in the half-bathroom (in a "grand" bungalow). Only one medium-sized bottle of drinking water. Strong odor of dead animal the first two nights. We had to mention it despite a maintanance guy being around the whole time, and only then did they dispose of a dead rat in a trap. Staff were okay but generally either on their phones or eating and not particularly helpful. We will be charged for a broken water glass, which is kind of funny given that the ONLY dishes we were provided with were two water glasses. This is still a good value for the price, and the design and comfort afe both great. But it's like someone gave up right before hiring and opening this place.

Staff was friendly and it was an easy check-in. Close to great nightlife. Room was clean. Only downside was no coffee maker in the room. There are plenty of coffee shops around, but most don’t open till 8:30. If you’re an early coffee drinker grab some the night before.

Very friendly staff and a great area to walk around with loads of shops and restaurants. The only problem is the property maintenance - rooms are not particularly clean and the property looks dilapidated in parts. If they put some effort into that, this could be a cozy boutique hotel.
